Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种大型洁净烘干间,涉及洁净技术和洁净设备领域。
背景技术
GMP,中文含义是“生产质量管理规范”或“良好作业规范”、“优良制造标准”。GMP是一套适用于制药、食品等行业的强制性标准。2010版GMP有明文规定:“已清洁的生产设备应当在清洁、干燥的条件下存放”。在制药、食品等车间生产中,生产设备的清洗和存放是最普通的一道工序,由于微生物在潮湿的状态下极易繁殖,已清洁的设备在清洁、干燥条件下存放的目的就是为了降低受到微生物污染的风险。因此,食药车间中生产设备在清洗和存放的工序之间,必须加入干燥的工序。即在生产设备清洁后,必须采取措施使生产设备干燥,然后才能存放。
在老版GMP实施中,企业多使用压缩空气吹干等,此种方法效率低下,现已较少企业采用。另一种常用的干燥方法就是使用热风循环烘箱进行燥干,以制药厂为例,随着药机的不断改进及自动化程度的提高,现在需清洁制药生产设备数量增多,尤其是物料周转设备的改进及普及应用,需清洁生产设备体积在逐渐增大,在实际的生产使用中,热风循环烘箱已无法解决需烘干器具数量多且体积大的问题,继续使用热风循环烘箱进行烘干生产设备,将会影响到企业的整体生产效率。
发明内容
本发明针对上述缺陷,目的在于提供一种结构合理,具备很好的干燥烘干性能的一种大型洁净烘干间。
为此本发明采用的技术方案是:本发明包括有烘干间(1),所述烘干间(1)侧面设置有保温彩钢板围护(1-1)以及处于所述保温彩钢板围护(1-1)内侧的对应设置的送风隔墙(1-6)、回风隔墙(1-7);
所述烘干间(1)上方技术夹层内设置有空调箱(2);
所述保温彩钢板围护(1-1)和送风隔墙(1-6)之间设置有送风夹道(1-5),所述保温彩钢板围护(1-1)和回风隔墙(1-7)之间设置有回风夹道(1-4);
所述空调箱(2)一端接出送风主管(3)并延伸至送风夹道(1-5)内,所述空调箱(2)另一端接出回风主管(4)并延伸至回风夹道(1-4)内;
所述送风主管(3)位于送风夹道(1-5)的部分设置有送风口(3-2)、回风主管(4)位于回风夹道(1-4)的部分设置有回风口(4-3);
所述送风口(3-2)、回风口(4-3)对应设置形成使风进入烘干间(1)内的循环通道。
所述空调箱(2)包括依次设置的回风口(2-1)、空调回风端(2-2)、表冷除湿段(2-3)、中效过滤段(2-6)、冷却挡水段(2-7)、空调风机段(2-8)、加热段(2-10)、空调出风段(2-11)和出风口(2-12);
所述回风口(2-1)连接所述回风主管(4),所述出风口(2-12)连接所述送风主管(3)。
所述表冷除湿段(2-3)和中效过滤段(2-6)之间设置有新风口(2-4)和新风混合段(2-5)。
所述送风主管(3)上设置有风速传感器(3-1)。
所述回风主管(4)上设置有温度传感器(4-1)、湿度传感器(4-2),所述回风主管(4)位于回风夹道(1-4)的部分上设置有压差传感器(4-4)。
所述烘干间(1)上设置有保温对开门(1-3)。
本发明的优点是:1)本发明解决了传统的热风循环烘箱有效烘干面积小,效率低的缺点,可根据实际生产需要确定洁净烘干间的面积,一次性可烘干某生产批次的所有生产设备,另烘干后,通过自控系统调整普通工作模式,生产设备无需移出,调节空调系统参数后可作为存放间使用,节约了运转生产设备所需人工。
2)本发明烘干送风温度设置在45±2℃,且在烘干间内部,洁净气流从送风隔墙至回风隔墙能保持等速水平流动,由此保证了所有生产设备烘干时间十分接近,可缩短烘干时间,从而起到节能的效果。
3)本发明中空调箱回风首先经过表冷除湿段,冬季采用低温井水、夏季采用冷却水进行表冷除湿,无需再排热排湿,在管路设置三通即可实现切换,结果简单,较传统常用的转轮除湿、排掉部分高温高湿的空气或先用冷冻水表冷除湿再加热的除湿方式,节能效果显著。
4)通过送风管道上的风量传感器、回风管道上的湿度传感器和温度传感器反馈的数值,配套自控系统对偏离数值及时自动调整,智能化程度比较高。

下面对本发明做出进一步的说明:本发明的一种大型洁净烘干间本体1由彩钢复合板1-1一周和顶部围护组成,于烘干间本体1内一侧安装一道送风隔墙1-6,于烘干间本体1内另一侧安装一道回风隔墙1-7,上述送风隔墙1-6和回风隔墙1-7的每块彩钢复合板上均安装一竖列五个风口,每列送风口3-2和每列回风口4-3相对对称布置,并在彩钢复合板上开设对开保温门1-3,优选地,在门外区域可设置一缓冲间,以上所述彩钢复合板夹芯均为保温效果好的材料。
本发明实施例中,上述的回风隔墙1-7将烘干间本体1内分隔为回风夹道1-4,内安装至每列回风口的垂直支风管;上述的送风隔墙1-6将烘干间本体1内分隔为送风夹道1-5,内安装至每列送风口的垂直支风管;送风隔墙1-6和回风隔墙1-7之间的区域为烘干存放区1-8,用于存放待烘干的生产设备或器具。
在本发明实施例中,烘干间本体1上方技术夹层内设置有空调箱2,用于热交换、除湿、中效、高效两级空气过滤等,空调箱的高效过滤送风段,为烘干间提供洁净空气。
如图2所示,在回风主管4上设置有用于检测烘干间本体1内部的湿度传感器4-2,另外还设置有用于检测烘干间本体1内部的温度传感器4-1,当烘干间处于烘干工作模式时,空调箱2的空调风机高速运行,在温湿度偏离设定值时,空调加热器2-10和除湿表冷段2-3接管上的电动执行器调节阀门开闭度,来调整空调参数在设定范围内,另烘干间本体1上安装对外的压差传感器4-4,当压差低于设定值时,新风阀上的电动风阀增大开度,增加新风量来维持室内正压。
在本发明实施例中,当高温气流在烘干间本体1吸收了待烘干设备或器具上的水份后,变成高湿高温气体,然后该部分气体通过回风管道4回到空调箱2,先经过表冷除湿段进行除湿,表冷除湿段在冬季使用井水,在夏季使用冷却水,进行降温除湿,然后再与新风进行混合,之后再由空调箱之后各功能段进行处理,再经空调风机2-8送入至室内,如此反复循环,最终烘干待烘干的生产设备和器具。
在本发明实施例中,待烘干的生产设备和器具已经烘干时,通过烘干间1门口PLC操作控制面板,将空调系统调节至普通工作模式,参数设置等同于同级别净化区内的其它房间,生产设备无需移出,调节空调系统参数后可作为存放间使用,节约了运转生产设备所需人工。
本发明实例提供了一种大型洁净烘干间1,是洁净区内一个单独房间作为烘干间1的本体,烘干间1采用水平气流组织,烘干间1内安装两道复合彩钢板1-2,一道作为送风隔墙1-6,一道作为回风隔墙1-7。烘干间1上方技术夹层内设有空调箱2,所述的送风隔墙1-6接至空调箱送风口,所述的回风隔墙接至空调箱2的回风口2-1;空调箱2本体及所接送回风管、烘干间本体及送风回夹墙,组成一个密闭的气流循环结构。
优选的,所述烘干间本体外部一周围护板及顶部围护板采用100mm厚保温复合彩钢1-1,所述回风隔墙1-7和送风隔墙1-6采用50mm厚复合彩钢板1-2。
优选的,在所述的回风隔墙1-7和送风隔墙1-6上每块标准彩钢复合板上安装五个风口,实现气流从送风隔墙1-6至回风隔墙1-7的水平流动。
优选的,送风主管3从空调箱2引出,末端支管在送风隔墙1-6内垂直安装,并连接至每个送风口3-2,每个送风口3-2加调节阀,用于调节每个送风口3-2风速。
优选的,回风主管4从空调箱2引出,末端支管在回风隔墙1-7内垂直安装,并连接至每个回风口4-3,每个回风口4-3加调节阀,用于调节每个回风口4-3风速。
优选的,所述的空调箱2安装在烘干间1本体上方技术夹层内,由于输送气体温度高,尽可能缩短风管长度,以减少热量损失。
优选的,所述空调箱2包括回风段2-2、表冷除湿段2-3、新风混合段2-5、中效过滤段2-6、冷却挡水段2-7、风机段、中间段2-9、加热段2-10和高效过滤出风段2-11。
优选的,所述空调箱2的表冷除湿段2-3在冬季采用低温井水进行表冷除湿,在夏季采用冷却塔的冷却水进行表冷除湿。
优选的,所述空调箱2内的高效过滤器选用耐高温、耐高湿的高效过滤器。
优选的,所述大型烘干间1的空调系统工作送风温度高于外界温度较多,空调箱2采用5cm围护板,送回风管道保温层厚度为5cm。
优选的,在所述大型烘干间空调系统可通过自控系统设置两种工作模式,烘干工作模式和普通工作模式,在烘干工作模式下:设置有变频的风机高速运行,同时加热器连接上蒸汽管道上的蒸汽自控阀动作,表冷除湿段2-3连接水管上自控阀开启。在普通工作模式下:设置有变频的风机低速运行,保证烘干间1内换气次数即可,同时温湿度等同于同洁净度的其它一般房间。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型洁净烘干间,其特征在于,所述空调箱(2)包括依次设置的回风口(2-1)、空调回风端(2-2)、表冷除湿段(2-3)、中效过滤段(2-6)、冷却挡水段(2-7)、空调风机段(2-8)、加热段(2-10)、空调出风段(2-11)和出风口(2-12);
所述回风口(2-1)连接所述回风主管(4),所述出风口(2-12)连接所述送风主管(3)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种大型洁净烘干间,其特征在于,所述表冷除湿段(2-3)和中效过滤段(2-6)之间设置有新风口(2-4)和新风混合段(2-5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型洁净烘干间,其特征在于,所述送风主管(3)上设置有风速传感器(3-1)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型洁净烘干间,其特征在于,所述回风主管(4)上设置有温度传感器(4-1)、湿度传感器(4-2),所述回风主管(4)位于回风夹道(1-4)的部分上设置有压差传感器(4-4)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型洁净烘干间,其特征在于,所述烘干间(1)上设置有保温对开门(1-3)。
