Abstract
本发明公开一种耐高温、耐候性好的粉末涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂25‑35、聚酯树脂25‑35、钛白粉26‑38、复合填料8‑12、功能助剂4‑7;本发明同时提供了该耐高温、耐候性好的粉末涂料的制备方法,本发明提供的耐高温、耐候性好的粉末涂料,粉体分散性好,涂层表面佳,机械性能好,耐高温,耐黄变,绿色环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种粉末涂料,尤其是一种耐高温、耐候性好的粉末涂料。
背景技术
灯罩工件由于长时间受到高温光源的烘烤,极易发生损坏,极大的影响其使用寿命,通过高效的粉末涂层涂覆,可起到很好的保护效果。但是普通的粉末涂料耐温和耐候性差,易出现老化变黄、变形、脱落等情况。一种耐高温、耐候性好的粉末涂料可提供对灯罩的长时间的保护作用,延长使用寿命,降低损坏率,节约成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了提供一种耐高温、耐候性好的粉末涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种耐高温、耐候性好的粉末涂料,其特征在于它是由以下重量份的原料制成:
环氧树脂25-35、聚酯树脂25-35、钛白粉26-38、复合填料8-12、功能助剂4-7。
其中,所述的复合填料为硫酸钡、硫酸钙、碳酸钙中的一种或多种。
其中,所述的功能助剂由以下重量组分原料组成:增光剂0.8-1.6、安息香0.4-1.2、蜡粉0.4-1.2、增电剂0.4-1.2、抗黄变剂0.5-1.5、流平剂1-2、抗泛黄消光剂0.4-1.2、氮化硼1-5。
其中,所述的氮化硼为六方晶型,熔点为3000 oC,平均粒度15 μm,热导率600-800W/mk,密度2.26g/cm3,振实密度0.32g/cm3。
一种耐高温、耐候性好的粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述各原料混合,通过挤出机熔融挤出、压片、冷却、破碎后,再经过微粉碎机粉碎、过筛,即得所述耐高温、耐候性好的粉末涂料。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的粉末涂料,粉体分散性好,涂层表面佳,机械性能好,耐高温,耐黄变,耐候性优异,绿色环保。可对灯罩提供长时间的保护,提高使用寿命,降低损坏率。

一种耐高温、耐候性好的粉末涂料,包括以下重量份的原料制成的:
环氧树脂25、聚酯树脂34、钛白粉26、复合填料10、功能助剂5。
所述的复合填料为硫酸钡。
所述的功能助剂由以下重量份的原料组成的:
增光剂0.8、安息香0.4、蜡粉0.4、增电剂0.4、抗黄变剂0.5、流平剂1、抗泛黄消光剂0.5、氮化硼1。
一种耐高温、耐候性好的粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述各原料混合,通过挤出机熔融挤出、压片、冷却、破碎后,再经过微粉碎机粉碎、过筛,即得所述耐高温、耐候性好的粉末涂料。
实施例2
一种耐高温、耐候性好的粉末涂料,包括以下重量份的原料制成的:
环氧树脂25、聚酯树脂32、钛白粉28、复合填料8、功能助剂7。
所述的复合填料为硫酸钡和碳酸钙两种组分。
所述的功能助剂由以下重量份的原料组成的:
增光剂0.8、安息香0.4、蜡粉0.4、增电剂0.4、抗黄变剂0.5、流平剂1、抗泛黄消光剂0.5、氮化硼3。
一种耐高温、耐候性好的粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述各原料混合,通过挤出机熔融挤出、压片、冷却、破碎后,再经过微粉碎机粉碎、过筛,即得所述耐高温、耐候性好的粉末涂料。

1.一种耐高温、耐候性好的粉末涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂25-35、聚酯树脂25-35、钛白粉26-38、复合填料8-12、功能助剂4-7。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温、耐候性好的粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述的复合填料由硫酸钡、硫酸钙、碳酸钙中的一种或多种组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温、耐候性好的粉末涂料,其特征在与,所述的功能助剂由以下重量份的原料组成:增光剂0.8-1.6、安息香0.4-1.2、蜡粉0.4-1.2、增电剂0.4-1.2、抗黄变剂0.5-1.5、流平剂1-2、抗泛黄消光剂0.4-1.2、氮化硼1-5。
4.根据权利要求1和3所述的一种耐高温、耐候性好的粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述的氮化硼为六方晶型,熔点为3000 oC,平均粒度15 μm,热导率600-800 W/mk,密度2.26g/cm3,振实密度0.32 g/cm3。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温、耐候性好的粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将上述各原料混合,通过挤出机熔融挤出、压片、冷却、破碎后,再经过微粉碎机粉碎、过筛,即得所述耐高温、耐候性好的粉末涂料。
