本发明涉及半挂运输车领域，是一种前后伸缩式的半挂运输车。左气动限位装置和右气动限位装置分别固定在主车架的左右两侧的外侧，左气动定位插销和右气动定位插销分别固定在副车架左右两侧的外侧，下部导向滚轮组固定在主车架的后下部，上部导向滚轮组固定在副车架的上部。由于采用了上述技术方案，该半挂车突破了原集装箱运输半挂车和系列长度半挂车功能单一等缺点，通过主车架的伸缩移动及不同组合改变半挂车的长度，既可适用所有规格集装箱的运输和其组合的运输，又可运输不同长度的风电叶片、型材、木材、管道等等。

技术领域
本发明涉及到半挂运输车领域，是一种前后伸缩式的半挂运输车。
背景技术
为适应30英尺、40英尺、45英尺、48英尺、53英尺等集装箱的运输，通常将半挂车分别设计成与之相适应的、整体式单一结构；同时对于风电叶片、型材、木材、管道等超长和不同长度的物件的运输也导致其设计制造出多系列不同长度尺寸的单一半挂运输车与其匹配；这种半挂运输车的功能单一，车辆利用率低，难以运输多规格集装箱及超长和不同长度的风电叶片、型材、木材、管道等，导致生产成本过高，较难满足不同用途要求及功能要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种新的前后伸缩式的半挂运输车。是一种根据运输货物长短、多规格集装箱车架可前后伸缩的半挂运输车。
本发明的技术方案是：一种前后伸缩式的半挂运输车，其特征是左气动限位装置和右气动限位装置分别固定在主车架的左右两侧的外侧，左气动定位插销和右气动定位插销分别固定在副车架左右两侧的外侧，下部导向滚轮组固定在主车架的后下部，上部导向滚轮组固定在副车架的上部。
由于采用了上述技术方案，该半挂车突破了原集装箱运输半挂车和系列长度半挂车功能单一等缺点，通过主车架的伸缩移动及不同组合改变半挂车的长度，即可适用所有规格集装箱的运输和其组合的运输，又可运输不同长度的风电叶片、型材、木材、管道等等。通过新颖的结构设计和优化设计，该前后伸缩式的半挂运输车满足不同用途要求及功能要求，从而大大提高了车辆利用率，经济环保。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
在图1中，左气动限位装置2和右气动限位装置分别固定在主车架1的左右两侧的外侧，左气动定位插销4和右气动定位插销分别固定在副车架6左右两侧的外侧，下部导向滚轮组5固定在主车架1的后下部，上部导向滚轮组3固定在副车架7的上部。
将副车架6处于于制动状态，手动拨出左右两侧的左气动定位插销4和右气动定位插销，牵引车牵引主车架1前移，副车架6的左右两侧的左气动定位插销4和右气动定位插销沿主车架1的左右两侧的左气动限位装置2和右气动限位装置自动在车架宽度方向进行定位和限位，当主车架1前移到所需运输货物长度时，左气动定位插销4和右气动定位插销自动导入左气动限位装置2和右气动限位装置内而实现自动限位；同时在主车架1前移时，主车架1后下部的下部导向滚轮组5和副车架6的上部导向滚轮组3也保证主车架移动时在上下两方位的导向和定位作用。

1.一种前后伸缩式的半挂运输车，其特征是左气动限位装置(2)和右气动限位装置分别固定在主车架(1)的左右两侧的外侧，左气动定位插销(4)和右气动定位插销分别固定在副车架(6)左右两侧的外侧，下部导向滚轮组(5)固定在主车架(1)的后下部，上部导向滚轮组(3)固定在副车架(7)的上部，车架分为主车架(1)和副车架(6)二段可伸缩式结构，车辆横向导向和限位采用气动定位插销，上下方向均采用导向滚轮组进行导向。
