本实用新型涉及一种输送技术,特别是托辊带式输送机和气垫带式输送机的上托辊支架的调整机构。
背景技术:
托辊带式输送机采用槽型上托辊支撑,使用中常发生胶带跑偏现象,其原因是,使用时间稍长后,如托辊的密封圈、轴承和辊子会出现不同程度的磨损,由于各零件的磨损程度的不相同,导致胶带跑偏。因而,胶带跑偏是不可避免的,这就要求设计纠正胶带跑偏的调整机构。现有的调整机构的结构是,上托辊支架用螺栓固定在中间架的上方,而上托辊支架的垫板上开有长方形螺栓孔,调整跑偏时,松动螺母,敲击上托辊支架使其产生移动,但由于调整的距离小,纠偏效果较差。
发明内容:
本实用新型目的是设计一种移动距离较大、调偏效果好的带式输送机上托辊支架的调整机构。
实现本实用新型目的技术方案是,一种带式输送机上托辊支架的调整机构,包括上托辊和上托辊支架,其特征在于:截面为冂字形的下端各有一外伸的水平板的滑块,此两个水平板分别置于滑轨的左、右槽中,滑块用上螺母、下螺母及螺栓联接为一体,所述滑块与上托辊支架焊接联接。
本实用新型与现有技术比较具有调整距离长因而调偏效果好的显著优点。

具体实施方式:
原有调偏机构中垫板的长方形螺孔在敲击垫板时的移动距离小,而且不能保证支架在纵向移动时不会在横向产生偏移,因而调偏效果差。为了克服此问题,本实用新型采用下述方案,调偏机构由螺栓1、螺母2、滑块3和滑轨4组成。将现有调整机构中的垫板设计成滑移式上托辊支架调整架,调整架的截面形状为“冂”字形,下端各有一外伸的水平板的滑块与上托辊支架焊接连接,此滑块下部的两个水平板分别置于滑轨两端的槽中,所述滑轨固定于输送机中间架上。滑块用上螺母、下螺母及螺栓联接为一体。
本实用新型的调偏方法,当胶带出现跑偏需要调整时,松动滑块顶部的上螺母后,人工敲击上托辊支架,上托辊随上托辊支架沿滑轨槽平稳地向前或向后移动。由于滑轨的导向槽使滑块和上托辊支架只能作纵向的平移,而不会有左、右横向的偏移,因而调偏效果非常理想,此外此结构的平移距离可增大到50mm,完全满足调整跑偏所需的极限距离。
