Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗变形结构板材,包括板材本体,板材本体顶部设有耐磨层,耐磨层底部设有若干个安装件一,耐磨层下方设有瓦楞层一,瓦楞层一的上下两层上均设有与安装件一相匹配的安装槽,瓦楞层一的下方设有蜂窝层,蜂窝层顶部设有与安装槽相匹配的安装件二,蜂窝层底部设有若干个插孔,蜂窝层的下方设有瓦楞层二,瓦楞层二顶部设有与插孔相匹配的插件,瓦楞层二包括至少两排若干个相互连接的半圆形瓦楞芯板,相邻两排的半圆形瓦楞芯板之间设有加强层,每个半圆形瓦楞芯板内设有缓冲结构,瓦楞层二的下方设有支撑层,支撑层底部设有保护层。该抗变形板材结构简单,质量轻,成本低,抗变形能力佳,且具备耐磨、防水和缓冲性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及板材技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种抗变形结构板材。
背景技术
复合板材是由分别具有不同物理或化学特性的两种或两种以上组成材料制成的构造材料,在复合材料的成品结构内,个别的组成材料通常各自保持分开,并且各自发挥作用,因为复合板材与传统的整体材料或均匀材料相比可更坚固、更轻或更便宜,所以复合板材对汽车工业变得有吸引力。然而目前,大部分的汽车用板材抗变形能力差,缓冲性能不佳。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的问题,本发明提出一种抗变形结构板材,以克服现有相关技术所存在的上述技术问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种抗变形结构板材,包括板材本体,所述板材本体顶部设有耐磨层,所述耐磨层外表面覆盖有PVC防水薄膜层,所述耐磨层底部设有若干个安装件一,所述耐磨层下方设有瓦楞层一,所述瓦楞层一分为相互交错的上下两层,所述瓦楞层一的上下两层上均设有与所述安装件一相匹配的安装槽,所述瓦楞层一的下方设有蜂窝层,所述蜂窝层顶部设有与所述安装槽相匹配的安装件二,所述蜂窝层底部设有若干个插孔,所述蜂窝层的下方设有瓦楞层二,所述瓦楞层二顶部设有与所述插孔相匹配的插件,所述瓦楞层二包括至少两排若干个相互连接的半圆形瓦楞芯板,相邻两排的所述半圆形瓦楞芯板之间设有加强层,相邻两排的所述半圆形瓦楞芯板呈相反方向连接在所述加强层上,每个所述半圆形瓦楞芯板内设有缓冲结构,所述瓦楞层二的下方设有支撑层,所述支撑层为一层紧密排布的空心圆柱体,所述支撑层与所述瓦楞层二的连接方式和所述瓦楞层二与所述蜂窝层的连接方式相同,所述支撑层底部设有保护层。
进一步的,若干个所述安装件一等距均匀设置于于所述耐磨层底部。
进一步的,若干个所述插孔均匀分布于所述蜂窝层底部。
进一步的,所述支撑层的所述空心圆柱体内填充有金属弹簧减震机构。
进一步的,所述半圆形瓦楞芯板的直径为1.2mm。
进一步的,所述缓冲结构为梯形,且采用高弹度钢制成。
本发明有益效果为:通过在耐磨层外表面覆盖有PVC防水薄膜层,从而使得板材在耐磨的同时具有防水耐水浸的功效;通过在耐磨层底部设有若干个安装件一,在瓦楞层一的上下两层上均设有与安装件一相匹配的安装槽,能够使得耐磨层和瓦楞层一之间安装连接更加方便快捷;通过在瓦楞层一的下方设有蜂窝层,能够加强板材的抗变形能力;通过设置双层瓦楞结构,能够加强板材的抗变形能力,使得板材的抗变形能力更强;通过在半圆形瓦楞芯板内设置有缓冲结构,能够加强复合板的缓冲性能;通过在瓦楞层二的下方设置支撑层,能够使得板材的支撑能力加强;通过设置支撑层与瓦楞层二的连接方式和瓦楞层二与蜂窝层的连接方式相同,能够加强连接关系,且能够根据需要改变支撑层和瓦楞层二的位置已达到不同效果,使得该板材的适应性更强,应用更加广泛;该抗变形板材结构简单,质量轻,成本低,抗变形能力佳,且具备耐磨、防水和缓冲性能。

根据本发明的实施例,提供了一种抗变形结构板材。
如图1-2所示,根据本发明实施例的一种抗变形结构板材,包括板材本体1,所述板材本体1顶部设有耐磨层2,所述耐磨层2外表面覆盖有PVC 防水薄膜层3,所述耐磨层2底部设有若干个安装件一4,所述耐磨层2下方设有瓦楞层一5,所述瓦楞层一5分为相互交错的上下两层,所述瓦楞层一5的上下两层上均设有与所述安装件一4相匹配的安装槽6,所述瓦楞层一5的下方设有蜂窝层7,所述蜂窝层7顶部设有与所述安装槽6相匹配的安装件二8,所述蜂窝层7底部设有若干个插孔9,所述蜂窝层7的下方设有瓦楞层二10,所述瓦楞层二10顶部设有与所述插孔相匹配的插件11,所述瓦楞层二10包括至少两排若干个相互连接的半圆形瓦楞芯板 12,相邻两排的所述半圆形瓦楞芯板12之间设有加强层13,相邻两排的所述半圆形瓦楞芯板12呈相反方向连接在所述加强层13上,每个所述半圆形瓦楞芯板12内设有缓冲结构14,所述瓦楞层二10的下方设有支撑层 15,所述支撑层15为一层紧密排布的空心圆柱体,所述支撑层15与所述瓦楞层二10的连接方式和所述瓦楞层二10与所述蜂窝层7的连接方式相同,所述支撑层15底部设有保护层16。
另外,在一个实施例中,对于若干个上述安装件一4来说,若干个所述安装件一4等距均匀设置于于所述耐磨层2底部。采用该方案,若干个所述安装件一4等距均匀设置于于所述耐磨层2底部,能够使得所述耐磨层 2和所述瓦楞层一5连接的更加牢固,使得该板材更加牢固耐用。
另外,在一个实施例中,对于若干个上述插孔9来说,若干个所述插孔9均匀分布于所述蜂窝层7底部。采用该方案,若干个所述插孔9均匀分布于所述蜂窝层7底部,能够加强所述蜂窝层7和所述瓦楞层二10的连接关系,使得该板材更加牢固耐用。
另外,在一个实施例中,对于上述支撑层15来说,所述支撑层15的所述空心圆柱体内填充有金属弹簧减震机构。采用该方案,所述支撑层15的所述空心圆柱体内填充有金属弹簧减震机构,能够加强板材的减震性能,使得该板材使用寿命更长。
另外,在一个实施例中,对于上述半圆形瓦楞芯板12来说,所述半圆形瓦楞芯板12的直径为1.2mm。采用该方案,设置所述半圆形瓦楞芯板 12的直径为1.2mm,能够使得结构更加坚固,不易损坏。
另外,在一个实施例中,对于上述缓冲结构14来说,所述缓冲结构14 为梯形,且采用高弹度钢制成。采用该方案,所述缓冲结构14为梯形,且采用高弹度钢制成,能够使得缓冲效果更好,且质量更加轻。
综上所述,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,通过在耐磨层2外表面覆盖有PVC防水薄膜层3,从而使得板材在耐磨的同时具有防水耐水浸的功效;通过在耐磨层2底部设有若干个安装件一4,在瓦楞层一5的上下两层上均设有与安装件一4相匹配的安装槽6,能够使得耐磨层2和瓦楞层一5之间安装连接更加方便快捷;通过在瓦楞层一5的下方设有蜂窝层7,能够加强板材的抗变形能力;通过设置双层瓦楞结构,能够加强板材的抗变形能力,使得板材的抗变形能力更强;通过在半圆形瓦楞芯板12内设置有缓冲结构14,能够加强复合板的缓冲性能;通过在瓦楞层二11的下方设置支撑层15,能够使得板材的支撑能力加强;通过在支撑层15的空心圆柱体内填充有金属弹簧减震机构,能够加强板材的减震性能,使得该板材使用寿命更长;通过设置支撑层15与瓦楞层二10的连接方式和瓦楞层二10与蜂窝层7的连接方式相同,能够加强连接关系,且能够根据需要改变支撑层15和瓦楞层二10的位置已达到不同效果,使得该板材的适应性更强,应用更加广泛;该抗变形板材结构简单,质量轻,成本低,抗变形能力佳,且具备耐磨、防水和缓冲性能。

1.一种抗变形结构板材,其特征在于,包括板材本体(1),所述板材本体(1)顶部设有耐磨层(2),所述耐磨层(2)外表面覆盖有PVC防水薄膜层(3),所述耐磨层(2)底部设有若干个安装件一(4),所述耐磨层(2)下方设有瓦楞层一(5),所述瓦楞层一(5)分为相互交错的上下两层,所述瓦楞层一(5)的上下两层上均设有与所述安装件一(4)相匹配的安装槽(6),所述瓦楞层一(5)的下方设有蜂窝层(7),所述蜂窝层(7)顶部设有与所述安装槽(6)相匹配的安装件二(8),所述蜂窝层(7)底部设有若干个插孔(9),所述蜂窝层(7)的下方设有瓦楞层二(10),所述瓦楞层二(10)顶部设有与所述插孔相匹配的插件(11),所述瓦楞层二(10)包括至少两排若干个相互连接的半圆形瓦楞芯板(12),相邻两排的所述半圆形瓦楞芯板(12)之间设有加强层(13),相邻两排的所述半圆形瓦楞芯板(12)呈相反方向连接在所述加强层(13)上,每个所述半圆形瓦楞芯板(12)内设有缓冲结构(14),所述瓦楞层二(10)的下方设有支撑层(15),所述支撑层(15)为一层紧密排布的空心圆柱体,所述支撑层(15)与所述瓦楞层二(10)的连接方式和所述瓦楞层二(10)与所述蜂窝层(7)的连接方式相同,所述支撑层(15)底部设有保护层(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗变形结构板材,其特征在于,若干个所述安装件一(4)等距均匀设置于于所述耐磨层(2)底部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗变形结构板材,其特征在于,若干个所述插孔(9)均匀分布于所述蜂窝层(7)底部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗变形结构板材,其特征在于,所述支撑层(15)的所述空心圆柱体内填充有金属弹簧减震机构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗变形结构板材,其特征在于,所述半圆形瓦楞芯板(12)的直径为1.2mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗变形结构板材,其特征在于,所述缓冲结构(14)为梯形,且采用高弹度钢制成。
