本发明公开了一种能够提高榨油质量的榨油机,所述榨油机包括榨膛及向榨膛提供油料的进料部,所述榨膛由榨笼的上榨笼壳的内壁和下榨笼壳的内壁连接形成,榨膛内设有榨螺轴,榨螺轴包括芯轴及组装于芯轴上的榨螺与距圈,榨螺轴靠近进料部的一端连接于传动装置,所述下榨笼壳的内壁设有靠近进料部的凹槽,凹槽内放置有一震板,榨油机附近放置有超声波发声器。当榨油机工作时,开启超声波发声器,使榨膛内的震板进行工作,对刚进入榨膛中细胞较完整的榨料进行破壁处理,得到更加香醇的油液。同时,在清洗榨油机时,同样开启超声波发声器,使榨膛内的震板进行工作,对榨膛内部进行冲洗,方便快捷,且清洁度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种榨油机,尤其涉及一种能够提高榨油质量的榨油机。
背景技术
榨油机就是指借助于机械外力的作用,将油脂从油料中挤压出来的机器。榨油机运转时,处理好的油料从进料装置进入榨膛。在榨螺的螺纹旋转作用下,逐渐进料口向出饼端方向推进。使榨膛内各段容积逐渐缩小;又因榨螺螺纹连续不断地将料胚推入榨膛,这样前阻后推地产生压力,压缩油料,把油挤压出来。但是当榨膛内的压力不够大,或者温度不够高时,榨出的油往往不够香醇。而且当榨油机停止工作而需要进行清洗时,由于整个机器比较庞大,结构比较复杂,清洗起来比较麻烦,浪费时间,而且清洗的不够干净。
发明内容
发明目的:提供一种能够提高榨油质量并易于清洗的榨油机。
技术方案:一种提高榨油质量的榨油机,所述榨油机包括榨膛及向榨膛提供油料的进料部,所述榨膛由榨笼的上榨笼壳的内壁和下榨笼壳的内壁连接形成,榨膛内设有榨螺轴,榨螺轴包括芯轴及组装于芯轴上的榨螺与距圈,榨螺轴靠近进料部的一端连接于传动装置,所述上榨笼壳的内壁在远离进料部的位置设有压力传感器,所述下榨笼壳对应压力传感器的位置设有与榨膛连接的减压口,所述减压口连接有液压电磁阀,所述压力传感器、液压电磁阀及传动装置分别连接于控制单元,所述液压电磁阀为常闭状态。
工作原理:榨油机工作时,开启超声波发声器,使榨膛内的震板进行工作,对刚进入榨膛中细胞较完整的榨料进行破壁处理,得到更加香醇的油液;在清洗榨油机时,同样开启超声波发声器,使榨膛内的震板进行工作,对榨膛内部进行冲洗,方便快捷,且清洁度高。
有益效果:本发明榨油机能够提高榨油质量,易于清洗。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,榨油机包括榨膛1、齿轮箱部、及向榨膛1内提供油料的进料部2。榨膛1由榨笼3的上榨笼壳的内壁和下榨笼壳的内壁连接形成。榨笼3的榨笼壳是用球墨铸铁制成的,该榨笼壳包括上榨笼壳及下榨笼壳,上榨笼壳与下榨笼壳之间是通过螺栓固定形成一体的。上
榨膛1内设有榨螺轴4,榨螺轴4是由芯轴和组装于芯轴上的榨螺与距圈形成的,榨螺和距圈分别通过平键连接于下榨笼壳。榨螺轴4靠近进料部2的一端连接于传动装置5,传动装置5连接于控制单元。在榨油机工作时,从进料口进入榨膛1内的油料在榨螺的螺纹旋转作用下,逐渐进料口向出饼端方向推进。榨螺轴4的直径是从进料部向出油部逐渐减小的,因此榨膛1内各段容积也是逐渐缩小的。又因榨螺螺纹连续不断地将料胚推入榨膛,这样前阻后推地产生压力,压缩油料,把油挤压出来。
下榨笼壳的内壁设有凹槽6,凹槽6具有能够防止油液和榨料进入凹槽6中的盖体(未标号)。凹槽内设有震板(未图示),榨油机附近放置有超声波发声器。榨油机工作时,开启超声波发声器,使榨膛1内的震板进行工作,震板对榨膛中的榨料进行破壁处理。本实施方式中,将凹槽6设置在靠近进料部2的位置,榨膛1靠近进料部2处的榨料刚进入榨膛1,还未被经过压榨,细胞壁较完整,对这样的榨料进行破壁处理,能够得到更加香醇的油液。在清洗榨油机时,在榨膛内放入清水,开启超声波发声器,使榨膛内的震板进行工作,从而使液体对榨膛1的内部进行冲洗,方便快捷,且清洁度高。

1.一种能够提高榨油质量的榨油机,所述榨油机包括榨膛(1)及向榨膛(1)提供油料的进料部(2),所述榨膛(1)由榨笼(3)的上榨笼壳的内壁和下榨笼壳的内壁连接形成,榨膛(1)内设有榨螺轴(4),榨螺轴(4)包括芯轴及组装于芯轴上的榨螺与距圈,榨螺轴(4)靠近进料部(2)的一端连接于传动装置(5),其特征在于:所述下榨笼壳的内壁在靠近进料部的位置设有凹槽(6),凹槽内放置有震板,榨油机附近放置有超声波发声器。
2.根据权利要求2所述的能够提高榨油质量的榨油机,其特征在于:所述凹槽设有能够放置油液或榨料进入凹槽内的盖体。
