背景技术
餐厨垃圾，也叫餐饮垃圾，俗称泔水、泔脚，是指剩饭菜、餐桌废弃物及厨房下角料的总称。其主要成分是米、面等淀粉类物质和骨、肉、油、皮、刺、鳞等，其中富含维生素、淀粉、蛋白质、油脂、食用纤维、脂肪酸、糖、盐等营养物质，以及钙、钠、镁、钾、铁等矿物质。除了粗蛋白和粗纤维等有机物含量高外，餐厨垃圾还含丰富的氮、磷、钾、钙以及各种微量元素，具有营养素齐全、再利用价值高等特点。餐厨垃圾中有机物含量高约占干物质质量的93％左右，主要为淀粉类、食物纤维类、动物脂肪类等。餐厨垃圾的含水率高达75％左右，易腐败发臭；易滋生病菌，造成多种疾病的传播。餐厨垃圾处理技术中常用压榨装置将餐厨垃圾进行脱水。
餐厨垃圾压榨装置主要是采用机械挤压的方法将固体和液体进行有效分离，但现有的垃圾压榨装置无法调节压榨行程，对于一些含水量较高的餐厨垃圾，现有的餐厨垃圾压榨装置不能高效彻底地将进行脱水。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种餐厨垃圾压榨装置，能调节压榨行程，对不同的餐厨垃圾均可高效彻底地进行脱水。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案为：
一种餐厨垃圾压榨装置，包括料斗，所述料斗下端设有底架，料斗内设有滤筒，滤筒两端贯通料斗的两侧，形成开口，一侧为进料口，另一侧为压榨口，滤筒上设有滤孔，滤筒上设有断节处，进料口处设有进料门，料斗一侧设有压杆支架，压杆支架一侧设有气压筒，气压筒内设有气压杆，气压杆一端设有压盘，气压筒一侧连接有气压机，断节处可放置挡板，料斗下端设有排水管。
优选的，所述压盘和压杆支架之间设有弹簧。
优选的，所述挡板下端设有导流凹槽。
优选的，所述挡板上端设有手柄。
优选的，所述压盘直径与压榨口直径相等。
采用上述技术方案，通过气压机带动气压杆运动，压盘向滤筒内压榨，对于不同含水量的餐厨垃圾，将挡板放置在不同的断节处，调节适当的行程，使得餐厨垃圾能高效彻底脱水。

如图1～4所示，本实用新型提供了一种餐厨垃圾压榨装置，包括料斗1，所述料斗1下端设有底架2，料斗1内设有滤筒3，滤筒3两端贯通料斗1的两侧，形成开口，一侧为进料口11，另一侧为压榨口12，压盘7直径与压榨口12直径相等，滤筒3上设有滤孔31，滤筒 3可过滤出餐厨垃圾的水分，滤筒3上设有2个断节处9，断节处9可放置挡板10，进料口 11处设有进料门17，料斗1一侧设有压杆支架4，压杆支架4一侧设有气压筒5，气压筒5 内设有气压杆6，气压杆6一端设有压盘7，气压筒5一侧连接有气压机8，料斗1下端设有排水管13，压盘7和压杆支架4之间设有弹簧14，弹簧14可回弹压盘，挡板10下端设有导流凹槽15，导流凹槽15放置挡板10阻隔水流，挡板10上端设有手柄16，方便放置。
本实用新型的工作原理：启动气压机8，压盘7在气压杆6的驱动下向进料口11方向运动，压盘7挤压餐厨垃圾，使餐厨垃圾内的水分析出，从滤孔31流出到料斗1，并从排水管13流出；当餐厨垃圾水分较少时，可通过挡板10放置在适合的断节处9，即可缩短气压杆6的行程，使得压榨力度加大，使餐厨垃圾的水分析出。
