本发明涉及一种吹扫装置，具体的说是管道吹扫装置。
背景技术
盘管吹扫时，一般需要在盘管一端内部放一块与管内径同样大小的海绵，然后在管端焊接盲板同时开孔并焊接进气孔。在进气孔侧注入压缩空气，然后在海绵和盲板之间的密封区域逐步建立压力，当压力达到一定程度后会将海绵吹出，当海绵从盘管的另外一端出来时意味着将盘管内所有异物带出。在实际应用过程中，使用焊接盲板的方法会消耗大量人力和物力。同时效率低下。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种管道吹扫装置，减少工作量加快吹扫速度。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明是这样实现的：
一种管道吹扫装置，其特征在于：它包括卡箍和盲板，所述卡箍包括两个半圆弧板，该半圆弧板两端端部设有向外延伸板，所述两个半圆弧板分别卡在管道的外圈并通过在延伸板上的螺栓紧固，所述两个半圆弧板上分别焊设螺母，所述盲板设于管道一端，盲板和两个半圆弧板上的螺母之间通过螺栓连接，所述盲板上设有进气孔。

本发明的有益效果是：可以进行快速吹扫工作，仅需将盲板和卡箍通过螺栓快速连接即可。可以实现快速安装和拆卸并可以重复使用。省去了焊接和切割盲板的工序，大大提高的吹扫效率，降低了成本。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示：一种管道吹扫装置，它包括卡箍1、四氟垫片3和盲板2，所述卡箍包括两个半圆弧板，该半圆弧板两端端部设有向外延伸板11，所述两个半圆弧板分别卡在管道4的外圈并通过在延伸板上的螺栓紧固，所述两个半圆弧板上分别焊设两个螺母12，所述盲板设于管道一端，盲板上设有与四个螺母对应的螺栓孔21，盲板和两个半圆弧板上的四个螺母之间通过螺栓连接，所述盲板上设有进气孔5；为保证密封性，卡箍和盲板之间加设四氟垫片。
将盲板和管道之间的连接方式由焊接改为螺栓连接。可以进行快速吹扫工作，仅需将盲板和卡箍通过螺栓快速连接即可。可以实现快速安装和拆卸并可以重复使用。省去了焊接和切割盲板的工序，大大提高的吹扫效率，降低了成本。

1.一种管道吹扫装置，其特征在于：它包括卡箍和盲板，所述卡箍包括两个半圆弧板，该半圆弧板两端端部设有向外延伸板，所述两个半圆弧板分别卡在管道的外圈并通过在延伸板上的螺栓紧固，所述两个半圆弧板上分别焊设螺母，所述盲板设于管道一端，盲板和两个半圆弧板上的螺母之间通过螺栓连接，所述盲板上设有进气孔。
