Abstract
本发明公开了一种烫伤膏及其制备方法，包括以下步骤：（1）粉碎拌匀：按重量份计算，取70‑80重量份的艾蒿、3‑5重量份的仙人掌、5‑8重量份的无花果、3‑5重量份的金钱草、3‑5重量份的甘草清洗、粉碎后搅拌均匀，得混合物备用；（2）熬制提取：按1：1.2‑2的重量比加入净水进行熬制，在1.5‑2小时后，加入3‑5重量份的生菜籽油、8‑10重量份的青蒿粉并搅拌均匀，再熬制25‑40分钟，除去残渣后取液体精油，灭菌，静置沉淀去除上层液体，即得烫伤膏；本发明制作方便，成本低廉，治疗效果好，特别适用于烫火伤、冷冻伤的敷治，具有促进皮肤细胞分裂增生，创面杀菌，细胞修复和消肿止痛等作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种烫伤膏及其制备方法，属于烫伤膏制备技术领域。
背景技术
艾蒿，多年生草本或略成半灌木状，植株有浓烈香气。茎单生或少数，褐色或灰黄褐色，基部稍木质化，上部萆质，并有少数短的分枝，叶厚纸质，上面被灰白色短柔毛，基部通常无假托叶或极小的假托叶；上部叶与苞片叶羽状半裂、头状花序椭圆形，花冠管状或高脚杯状，外面有腺点，花药狭线形，花柱与花冠近等长或略长于花冠。瘦果长卵形或长圆形。花果期9-10月。全草入药，有温经、去湿、散寒、止血、消炎、平喘、止咳、安胎、抗过敏等作用。但目前尚未见到用艾蒿来提取制备烫伤膏的文献报道。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：提供一种烫伤膏及其制备方法，利用艾蒿提取出可治疗烫伤的烫伤膏，具有制作方便，成本低廉，治疗效果好等优点，可有效提高艾蒿的经济价值。
本发明的技术方案是：一种艾蒿提取天然烫伤膏的方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）粉碎拌匀：按重量份计算，取70-80重量份的艾蒿、3-5重量份的仙人掌、5-8重量份的无花果、3-5重量份的金钱草、3-5重量份的甘草清洗、粉碎后搅拌均匀，得混合物备用；
（2）熬制提取：按1：1.2-2的重量比加入净水进行熬制，在1.5-2小时后，加入3-5重量份的生菜籽油、8-10重量份的青蒿粉并搅拌均匀，再熬制25-40分钟，除去残渣后取液体精油，灭菌，静置沉淀去除上层液体，即得烫伤膏。
烫伤膏用膏药纸进行无菌包装。
在熬制时混合物与水的重量比为1：1.5。
本发明中的原料解释如下：
艾叶挥发油含量多，桉叶素达50%以上，风干叶含矿物质10%，脂肪3%，蛋白质25%，还含有多种维生素。仙人掌性寒、味苦，具有行气活血、凉血止血、解毒消肿的作用，在本发明中能更好地促进烫伤膏的清毒活血作用。无花果味甘、性平，有丰富的蛋白质分解酶、氧化酶等物质，能促进蛋白质的分解，有防治痔疮、肿痛和皮肤美容的作用。金钱草能更好地利水通淋、清热解毒、散瘀消肿，其味甘、性凉，具有治疗烫伤的药用价值。甘草能去除汁液中的有毒有害物质。生菜籽油具有舒筋活血、促进血液循环，促进人体康复的作用。青蒿粉具有清透虚热、凉血除蒸和解毒止血等作用。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明制作方便，成本低廉，治疗效果好，特别适用于烫火伤、冷冻伤的敷治，具有促进皮肤细胞分裂增生，创面杀菌，细胞修复和消肿止痛等作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对发明进行进一步介绍：
实施例1：
一种艾蒿提取天然烫伤膏的方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）粉碎拌匀：按重量份计算，取70斤艾蒿、3斤仙人掌、5斤无花果、3斤金钱草、3斤甘草清洗、粉碎后搅拌均匀，得混合物备用；
（2）熬制提取：按1：1.5的重量比加入净水进行熬制，在1.5-2小时后，加入3斤生菜籽油、8斤青蒿粉并搅拌均匀，再熬制25-40分钟，除去残渣后取液体精油，灭菌，静置沉淀去除上层液体，即得烫伤膏，烫伤膏用膏药纸按6-8g每片无菌包装。
实施例2：
一种艾蒿提取天然烫伤膏的方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）粉碎拌匀：按重量份计算，取80斤艾蒿、5斤仙人掌、8斤无花果、5斤金钱草、5斤甘草清洗、粉碎后搅拌均匀，得混合物备用；
（2）熬制提取：按1：2的重量比加入净水进行熬制，在1.5-2小时后，加入5斤生菜籽油、10斤青蒿粉并搅拌均匀，再熬制25-40分钟，除去残渣后取液体精油，灭菌，静置沉淀去除上层液体，即得烫伤膏，烫伤膏用膏药纸按6-8g每片无菌包装。
实施例3：
一种艾蒿提取天然烫伤膏的方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）粉碎拌匀：按重量份计算，取75斤艾蒿、4斤仙人掌、7斤无花果、4斤金钱草、4斤甘草清洗、粉碎后搅拌均匀，得混合物备用；
（2）熬制提取：按1：1.2的重量比加入净水进行熬制，在1.5-2小时后，加入4斤生菜籽油、7斤青蒿粉并搅拌均匀，再熬制25-40分钟，除去残渣后取液体精油，灭菌，静置沉淀去除上层液体，即得烫伤膏，烫伤膏用膏药纸按6-8g每片无菌包装。

（1）粉碎拌匀：按重量份计算，取70-80重量份的艾蒿、3-5重量份的仙人掌、5-8重量份的无花果、3-5重量份的金钱草、3-5重量份的甘草清洗、粉碎后搅拌均匀，得混合物备用；
（2）熬制提取：按1：1.2-2的重量比加入净水进行熬制，在1.5-2小时后，加入3-5重量份的生菜籽油、8-10重量份的青蒿粉并搅拌均匀，再熬制25-40分钟，除去残渣后取液体精油，灭菌，静置沉淀去除上层液体，即得烫伤膏。
2.根据权利要求1所述的艾蒿提取天然烫伤膏的方法，其特征在于：烫伤膏用膏药纸进行无菌包装。
3.根据权利要求1所述的艾蒿提取天然烫伤膏的方法，其特征在于：在熬制时混合物与水的重量比为1：1.5。
4.如权利要求1至3任一所述方法制备的烫伤膏。
