采矿机械可包括旋转的切削盘,以接合岩层和岩壁来切削或移除岩石和/或矿料。切削盘可以旋转并被驱动来相对于岩面以小角度来底切岩面,从而产生剪切力而使岩石破裂。每个切削盘具有多个切削齿或切削钮。
发明内容

具体实施方式

如图2和3所示,切削盘50包括固定到托架58的主支撑件74,以及围绕主支撑件74延伸的切削环78。切削环78形成位于平面86内的外周边缘54(图2A)。在所示实施例中,外周边缘54形成在切削环78(例如盘50的远端)的端面90(图3)与切削环78外侧表面或外周表面94之间的接合处。在一些实施例中,平面86与切削环78的端面90共面并且垂直于切削盘50的旋转轴线66(图2)。外周表面94具有大致的圆柱形或截锥形的形状,并且可围绕旋转轴线66延伸。
如图3和4所示,多个切削件、切削钮或切削齿102沿着外周边缘54定位,并且彼此相互间隔(例如,以固定间距)。在图示实施例中,外周边缘54包括多个孔106(图10),并且切削齿102中的每一个均定位在相关的孔106内。主支撑件74和/或切削环78可以由刚性材料(例如钢和/或其他金属)制成,并且切削齿102可以由具有较高硬度(例如,碳化物)材料构成。
如图3所示,在所示实施例中,切削环78可以由多个径向切削段110构成,其可独立地并且可拆卸地连接到主支撑件74上(例如,通过紧固件、快拆接头等)。每个切削段110均支撑一部分的切削齿102。在所示实施例中,切削段110连接到主支撑件74并围绕旋转轴线66定位(图2),从而限定出环形或圆形轮廓。在其他实施例中,切削段110可以以不同的方式定位。切削段110的可拆卸方面提供了一种模块化的切削盘50,允许单独更换磨损或退化的切削段110,而无需更换整个盘,从而减少了由于维护而导致的停机时间。然而,在其他实施例中,切削环78可以形成为支撑切削齿102的单个整体构件。

如图10所示,每个切削齿102被容纳在外周边缘54的相关孔106内。在所示实施例中,基部124和过渡部分128被容纳在锥形孔106内。齿102的纵向轴线140可以相对于旋转轴线66(图2)和/或相对于切削环78的端表面90以锐角定向。切削齿102的切削边缘138可定位在切削平面内。
如图11所示,在所示实施例中,过渡部分128的倾斜表面150与锥形孔106中的相应锥形部分或埋头孔182接合,而肩部154和切削部分132从盘50表面上方的孔106突出。在切削头22的操作期间,齿102的切削部分132接合岩石面(未示出)。过渡部分128和埋头孔182的接合提供了大的表面积,以用于分配施加在齿102上的反作用载荷,并减小齿102所经受的弯曲应力。
如图11所示,切削齿102被容纳在切削盘50的孔106内。切削齿102和孔106的锥形几何形状减小了相邻齿102的切削部分132之间所需的必要空间,允许相邻的齿102的位置彼此靠近,并沿切削盘50的外周边缘54提供了每单位表面积更高密度的切削齿102。该几何形状还减小了切削齿102上的弯曲应力,以增加耐用性。另外,齿102的几何形状增加了在操作期间接合岩石面的切削部分132的表面积。
现在参考图12,在一些实施例中,孔106延伸穿过切削环78,并且拆卸口190靠近切削环78的后表面设置。拆卸口190与孔106连通。可穿过拆卸口190向齿102的基座端136施加力F,以将切削齿102推出孔106。该力F可以是液压力、机械力、气动力或移除齿106的任何其它合适的力。例如,工具198(图13)可包括端部202,端部202插入拆卸口190以接触切削齿102的基座端136。工具198可由液压机致动以拆卸切削齿102。可以从切削环78移除齿102,从而允许用户更换损坏或磨损的单个齿102。

Claims (18)

7.根据权利要求1所述的切削装置,其特征在于,所述基部具有限定第一直径的圆形横截面,并且所述切削部分包括具有圆形轮廓的肩部,所述圆形轮廓限定大于所述第一直径的第二直径。
8.根据权利要求1所述的切削装置,其特征在于,所述切削部分包括位于所述锥形过渡部分和所述切削边缘之间的圆柱形肩部,其中所述肩部从所述盘伸出。
9.根据权利要求1所述的切削装置,其特征在于,每个切削部分包括第一平面、第二平面、第三平面和第四平面,所述第一平面、第二平面、第三平面和第四平面中的每一个在肩部和所述切削边缘之间延伸,所述第一平面和第三平面中的每一个相对于所述切削件的纵向轴线以第一角度定向,所述第二平面和第四平面中的每一个相对于所述切削件的纵向轴线以与所述第一角度不同的第二角度定向,以及其中所述切削件的纵向轴线延伸经过所述切削边缘处。
10.一种用于采矿机械的切削头,其特征在于,所述切削头包括:
被配置为支撑在框架上的悬臂;
驱动机构;和
切削装置,所述切削装置支撑在所述悬臂上并由所述驱动机构驱动,所述切削装置包括:
被支撑而绕旋转轴线旋转的盘,所述盘包括围绕所述旋转轴线延伸的外周边缘,和
固定到所述盘上的多个切削件,所述多个切削件沿所述盘的外周边缘被间隔开并定位在切削平面中,所述切削平面与所述盘间隔开,所述切削件中的每一个均包括基部,具有切削边缘的切削部分,和在所述基部和所述切削部分之间延伸的锥形过渡部分,所述切削部分的宽度大于所述基部的宽度,所述锥形过渡部分接合定位在所述盘上的相关的孔的锥面。
11.根据权利要求10所述的切削头,其特征在于,所述外周边缘形成在所述盘的端面和所述盘的围绕所述旋转轴线延伸的外周表面之间的接合处,所述外周边缘具有圆形轮廓。
12.根据权利要求10所述的切削头,其特征在于,每个切削件还包括在所述基部和所述切削部分之间延伸的过渡部分,所述过渡部分包括锥形表面,所述过渡部分靠近所述切削部分的宽度大于所述过渡部分靠近所述基部的宽度。
13.根据权利要求12所述的切削头,其特征在于,每个切削件的基部容纳在位于所述外周边缘上的多个孔中的一个关联孔内,所述切削部分从所述孔伸出,所述过渡部分接合围绕所述孔的开口延伸的锥面。
14.根据权利要求10所述的切削头,其特征在于,所述盘包括主支撑件和固定到所述主支撑件的环,所述环具有外周边缘,所述环包括可拆卸地连接到所述主支撑件的多个段,每个段支撑所述切削件中的至少一个。
15.根据权利要求10所述的切削头,其特征在于,所述盘包括多个孔,每个孔容纳所述切削件中的一个关联切削件的基部,每个孔与拆卸口连通以于接收工具,以便在所述切削部分上施加力并从所述盘上拆卸所述切削件中的一个关联切削件。
16.根据权利要求10所述的切削头,其特征在于,所述基部具有限定第一直径的圆形横截面,并且所述切削部分包括具有圆形轮廓的肩部,所述圆形轮廓限定大于所述第一直径的第二直径。
17.如权利要求10所述的切削头,其特征在于,所述切削部分包括位于所述锥形过渡部分和所述切削边缘之间的圆柱形肩部,其中所述肩部从所述盘伸出。
