In this embodiment, whether the temperature at the position of the controller is within the preset temperature range is determined by combining the first environment parameter at the position of the controller with the outdoor environment parameter, and it can be more accurately determined whether the position of the controller is proper, specifically, when the first temperature is less than the fifth threshold and the outdoor environment temperature is greater than the sixth threshold, or when the first temperature is greater than the seventh threshold and the absolute value of the difference between the first temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is greater than the eighth threshold, it is determined that the temperature at the position of the controller is within the preset temperature range, and it is indirectly determined that the position of the controller is not properly installed.

The controller alarm can be performed in modes of buzzer sound, indicator lamp flashing, screen text or voice prompt, message pushing to a related terminal and the like, in the controller alarm stage, the controller automatically locks and does not respond to a new command received by the controller except for shutdown, and the air conditioner keeps the current state or shuts down.
According to the controller and the control method of the controller provided by the embodiment of the invention, whether the installation position of the controller is improper or not or the temperature is improper is judged in time by detecting the temperature and the humidity of the position where the controller is located, acquiring the outdoor environment temperature and the like, and corresponding alarm is given when the installation position is improper or the temperature is improper, so that the purpose of timely maintenance is achieved, the fault probability of the controller is reduced, the air conditioner is controlled to operate or shut down in a corresponding state, the air conditioner and the controller are protected, and the use experience of a user is improved.
An embodiment of the present invention also provides an air conditioner, including: a controller control device according to any one of the above embodiments; or a controller as in any of the embodiments.
The invention provides an air conditioner, which comprises a controller control device of any one of the embodiments; or a controller as in any embodiment, and thus has all the advantages of the controller control device or the controller, and will not be described in detail.

Claims (10)
1. A controller control method, comprising:
after the controller is powered on, acquiring a first environmental parameter of the position where the controller is located according to a preset period;
judging whether the controller is installed improperly according to the first environmental parameter and a preset threshold value;
if so, sending first alarm information and locking the controller so that the controller does not respond to instructions except a shutdown instruction any more;
the controller control method further includes:
acquiring outdoor environment parameters according to the preset period;
when the judgment result of judging whether the controller is installed improperly is negative, judging whether the temperature of the position of the controller is in a preset temperature range according to the outdoor environment parameter and the first environment parameter;
and if so, sending second alarm information and locking the controller so that the controller does not respond to the instructions except the shutdown instruction any more.
2. The controller controlling method according to claim 1,
the first environmental parameter includes: a first temperature and/or a first humidity;
the outdoor environment parameter is an outdoor environment temperature.
3. The controller control method according to claim 2, wherein the step of determining whether the controller is installed improperly according to the first environmental parameter and a preset threshold specifically includes:
when the first temperature is smaller than a first threshold value, or the first temperature is larger than a second threshold value, or the first humidity is smaller than a third threshold value, or the first humidity is larger than a fourth threshold value, judging that the controller is not installed properly at the position;
the first threshold is less than the second threshold, and the third threshold is less than the fourth threshold.

The controller control method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the step of determining whether the temperature of the location where the controller is located is within a preset temperature range according to the outdoor environment parameter and the first environment parameter specifically includes:
and when the first temperature is smaller than a fifth threshold and the outdoor environment temperature is larger than a sixth threshold, or the first temperature is larger than a seventh threshold and the absolute value of the difference value between the first temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is larger than an eighth threshold, judging that the temperature of the position where the controller is located is in the preset temperature range.
5. A controller control apparatus, comprising:
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for executing the computer program to: after the controller is powered on, acquiring a first environmental parameter of the position where the controller is located according to a preset period; judging whether the controller is installed improperly according to the first environmental parameter and a preset threshold value; if so, sending first alarm information and locking the controller so that the controller does not respond to instructions except a shutdown instruction any more;
the processor further to execute the computer program to:
acquiring outdoor environment parameters according to the preset period;
when the judgment result of judging whether the controller is installed improperly is negative, judging whether the temperature of the position of the controller is in a preset temperature range according to the outdoor environment parameter and the first environment parameter;
and if so, sending second alarm information and locking the controller so that the controller does not respond to the instructions except the shutdown instruction any more.
6. The controller control device according to claim 5,
the first environmental parameter includes: a first temperature and/or a first humidity;
the outdoor environment parameter is an outdoor environment temperature.
7. The controller control apparatus of claim 6, wherein the processor is specifically configured to execute the computer program to:
when the first temperature is smaller than a first threshold value, or the first temperature is larger than a second threshold value, or the first humidity is smaller than a third threshold value, or the first humidity is larger than a fourth threshold value, judging that the controller is not installed properly at the position;
the first threshold is less than the second threshold, and the third threshold is less than the fourth threshold.
8. The controller arrangement according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the processor is specifically configured to execute the computer program to:
and when the first temperature is smaller than a fifth threshold and the outdoor environment temperature is larger than a sixth threshold, or the first temperature is larger than a seventh threshold and the absolute value of the difference value between the first temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is larger than an eighth threshold, judging that the temperature of the position where the controller is located is in the preset temperature range.
9. A controller, comprising:
