Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a controller control method, a controller control device, a controller and an air conditioner.
Background
In an air conditioning system, a controller is widely applied, and a remote controller, a wire controller and the like are common. More application scenes also mean that the controller has higher probability of misoperation, such as the situation that the button or the screen of the controller is pressed and the like are common. When the controller is misoperated, the air conditioner is not controlled any more, which greatly affects the service life of the air conditioning system and the controller and the user experience of the air conditioner.

after the controller is powered on, recording the number of times that each key of the controller is pressed within a first preset time; and/or recording the time of pressing each key once within a second preset time;
judging whether the controller is operated by mistake according to the pressed times of each key and/or the single pressed time of each key;
if so, locking the controller to enable the controller not to respond to the instructions except the shutdown instruction any more;
judging whether the controller is operated by mistake according to the pressed times of each key, which specifically comprises the following steps:
counting the total pressed times of all the keys according to the pressed times of each key;
and when the ratio of the pressed times of each key to the first preset time is greater than a first threshold value, or when the ratio of the total times to the first preset time is greater than a second threshold value, judging that the controller is operated by mistake.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining whether the controller is operated by mistake according to the time when each key is pressed once comprises:
according to the time that each key is pressed once, counting the time that each key is pressed repeatedly, and counting the time that a plurality of keys are pressed once and the time that a plurality of keys are pressed repeatedly;
when the ratio of the time of pressing each key once or the time of pressing the keys once to the second preset time is greater than a third threshold value, or
And when the ratio of the time of pressing each key or the time of simultaneously pressing the keys in the multiple times to the second preset time is greater than a fourth threshold value, judging that the controller is operated by mistake.
3. The controller control method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized by further comprising:
when the judgment result of judging whether the controller is operated by mistake is yes, sending out alarm information and/or pushing the alarm information to a user terminal; and
and if the judgment result is negative, entering a no-alarm state or releasing the alarm information.
4. A controller control apparatus, comprising:
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for executing the computer program to:
after the controller is powered on, recording the number of times that each key of the controller is pressed within a first preset time; and/or recording the time of pressing each key once within a second preset time;
judging whether the controller is operated by mistake according to the pressed times of each key and/or the single pressed time of each key;
if so, locking the controller to enable the controller not to respond to the instructions except the shutdown instruction any more;
the processor is specifically configured to execute the computer program to:
counting the total pressed times of all the keys according to the pressed times of each key;
and when the ratio of the pressed times of each key to the first preset time is greater than a first threshold value, or when the ratio of the total times to the first preset time is greater than a second threshold value, judging that the controller is operated by mistake.
5. The controller control apparatus of claim 4, wherein the processor is specifically configured to execute the computer program to:
according to the time that each key is pressed once, counting the time that each key is pressed repeatedly, and counting the time that a plurality of keys are pressed once and the time that a plurality of keys are pressed repeatedly;
when the ratio of the time of pressing each key once or the time of pressing the keys once to the second preset time is greater than a third threshold value, or
And when the ratio of the time of pressing each key or the time of simultaneously pressing the keys in the multiple times to the second preset time is greater than a fourth threshold value, judging that the controller is operated by mistake.
6. The controller of claim 4 or 5, wherein the processor is further configured to execute the computer program to:
when the judgment result of judging whether the controller is operated by mistake is yes, sending out alarm information and/or pushing the alarm information to a user terminal; and
and if the judgment result is negative, entering a no-alarm state or releasing the alarm information.
7. A controller, comprising:
the counting module is used for recording the pressed times and the single pressed time of each key of the controller;
the controller control device according to any one of claims 4 to 6.
8. An air conditioner, comprising:
the controller control device according to any one of claims 4 to 6; or
