Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present application will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a parking space occupancy warning system provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the system includes: a management apparatus 10 of a parking lot a, and a monitoring apparatus 20 provided in the parking lot a. The management device 10 may be connected with the monitoring device 20.
Optionally, a plurality of monitoring devices 20 are disposed in the parking lot a, each monitoring device 20 may be configured to monitor at least one parking space in the parking lot, and each monitoring device 20 may be connected to the management device 10. For example, as shown in fig. 1, a plurality of monitoring devices 20 corresponding to a plurality of parking spaces may be disposed in the parking lot a, and each monitoring device 20 may be configured to monitor a corresponding parking space.
Alternatively, the management device 10 may be a notebook computer or a desktop computer. The monitoring device 20 may be a parking space camera, which may include: camera, pilot lamp and speaker.
The embodiment of the application provides a parking space occupation warning method, which can be applied to a management device of a parking lot, such as the management device 10 in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 2, the method includes:
step 101, obtaining a target license plate number of a vehicle parked at a target parking space.
When detecting that a vehicle is parked in the target parking space, the monitoring equipment can acquire the image of the vehicle. The monitoring device may then send the image to the management device, and the management device may perform recognition processing on the image to obtain the target license plate number of the vehicle. Wherein, the target parking stall is any parking stall in the parking lot.
Or, the monitoring device may obtain a target license plate number of the vehicle parked in the target parking space based on the image, and send the target license plate number to the management device. For example, the monitoring device may perform recognition processing on the image to obtain a target license plate number of the vehicle.
And 102, detecting whether the target license plate number belongs to a first license plate number set.
After the management equipment obtains the target license plate number, whether the target license plate number belongs to the first license plate number set or not can be detected. The first set of license plates includes license plate numbers of vehicles permitted to park in the target parking space. If the management device determines that the target license plate number belongs to the first license plate number set, step 103 is executed. If the management device determines that the target license plate number does not belong to the first license plate number set, step 104 is executed.
The management equipment can detect whether the first license plate set comprises the target license plate, namely, whether the vehicle indicated by the target license plate is a vehicle allowed to be parked in the target parking space or not can be detected, and whether the vehicle indicated by the target license plate is a vehicle of a parking space owner of the target parking space or not can be detected, so that the flexibility of parking space occupation warning is improved.
And 103, prohibiting sending alarm information.
After determining that the target license plate number belongs to the first license plate number set, the management device may determine that the vehicle is allowed to park in the target parking space, and then prohibit sending the warning information. Therefore, on one hand, the false alarm of the management equipment is avoided, and the waste of processing resources of the management equipment is avoided; on the other hand, the driver of the vehicle can be prevented from being disturbed, and the user experience of the driver is improved.
And step 104, sending out alarm information.
After the management equipment determines that the target license plate number does not belong to the first license plate number set, alarm information can be sent out to prompt staff in the parking lot that the target parking space is occupied.
And 105, if the target license plate number is determined not to belong to the second license plate number set of the target parking space and the parking times of the vehicle indicated by the target license plate number in the target parking space are larger than the time threshold value, adding the target license plate number to the first license plate number set.
If the management device determines that the target license plate number does not belong to the first license plate number set or the second license plate number set, and the number of times of parking of the vehicle indicated by the target license plate number in the target parking space is greater than the threshold value of times, it can be determined that the vehicle indicated by the target license plate number is the vehicle which is allowed to be parked in the target parking space by the parking space owner of the target parking space. The management device may then add the target license plate number to the first set of license plate numbers. In this manner, automatic updating of the first set of license plate numbers may be achieved. Furthermore, the management equipment can not give an alarm by mistake after the vehicle indicated by the target license plate is parked in the target parking space again. If the management device determines that the target license plate number belongs to the second license plate number set or the number of times of parking of the vehicle indicated by the target license plate number in the target vehicle is not more than the threshold value of the number of times, the operation can be ended without adding the target license plate number to the first license plate number set.
In summary, the embodiment of the present application provides a parking space occupation warning method, where after receiving a target license plate number of a vehicle parked at a target parking space, a management device may detect whether a first license plate number set includes the target license plate number. The management equipment can detect whether the vehicle indicated by the target license plate is a vehicle allowed to park in the target parking space or not, but not only detect whether the vehicle indicated by the target license plate is a vehicle of a parking space owner of the target parking space or not, so that the flexibility of parking space occupation warning is improved.
And the management equipment can automatically add the target license plate number to the first license plate number set after determining that the vehicle indicated by the target license plate number is not the vehicle which is allowed to park in the target parking space or the vehicle which is not forbidden to park in the target parking space, and the parking times of the vehicle in the target parking space are larger than the time threshold value. Therefore, the management equipment can not give an alarm by mistake after the vehicle indicated by the target license plate is parked at the target parking space again.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another parking space occupancy warning method provided in the embodiment of the present application, where the method may be applied to a parking space occupancy warning system, such as the system shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 2, the method may include:
step 201, the monitoring device sends the target license plate number of the vehicle parked in the target parking space to the management device.
When detecting that a vehicle is parked on the target parking space, the monitoring equipment can acquire an image of the vehicle and determine a target license plate number of the vehicle based on the image. The monitoring device may then transmit the target license plate number to a management device of the parking lot. Wherein, this target parking stall can be any parking stall in the parking lot.
In the embodiment of the application, the monitoring equipment can identify and process the acquired images of the vehicles, and then the target license plate number of the vehicle parked at the target parking space is obtained. Or, the monitoring device may be connected to the recognition server, and after acquiring the image, the monitoring device may send the image to the recognition server. After receiving the image, the recognition server can perform recognition processing on the image, so as to obtain the target license plate number of the vehicle. Then, the identification server can send the target license plate number to the monitoring equipment, and correspondingly, the monitoring equipment can obtain the target license plate number.
Optionally, for a scene in which a plurality of monitoring devices are installed in the parking lot, the monitoring device for monitoring the target parking space in the plurality of monitoring devices may send the target license plate number of the vehicle parked in the target parking space to the management device.
Step 202, the management device detects whether the target license plate number belongs to a first license plate number set of the target parking space.
After receiving the target license plate number sent by the monitoring device, the management device can detect whether the target license plate number belongs to a first license plate number set of a pre-stored target parking space. The first set of license plates includes license plates of vehicles permitted to be parked at the target parking space. If the management device determines that the target license plate number belongs to the first set of license plate numbers, step 203 may be performed. If the management device determines that the target license plate number does not belong to the first set of license plate numbers, steps 204 and 205 may be performed.
In the embodiment of the application, if the management device determines that the target license plate number is the same as any license plate number in the first license plate number set of the target parking space, it may be determined that the target license plate number belongs to the first license plate number set. If the management device determines that the target license plate number is different from any license plate number in the first license plate number set, the management device may determine that the target license plate number does not belong to the first license plate number set.
For example, assuming that the target parking space is a parking space of an owner in a cell, the first set of license plates includes a license plate a of a vehicle of the owner and a license plate B of a vehicle of the owner (e.g., a vehicle of a friend of the owner) allowed to park in the target parking space. If the target license plate number received by the management device is B, since the target license plate number B is the same as one license plate number in the first license plate number set { a, B }, the management device may determine that the target license plate number B belongs to the first license plate number set, and then may execute step 203. If the target license plate number received by the management device is C, since C is different from any license plate number in the first license plate number set (a, B), the management device may determine that the license plate number C does not belong to the first license plate number set, and then may execute step 204.
It should be noted that, if the license plate number of the owner's vehicle changes, the management device may acquire a new license plate number in response to an operation of inputting the new license plate number of the owner by a worker, and may delete an old license plate number in response to an operation of deleting the old license plate number of the owner by the worker, so as to update the first license plate number set.
Step 203, the management device forbids sending alarm information.
If the management device determines that the received target license plate number belongs to the first license plate number set of the target parking space, the management device can determine that the vehicle indicated by the target license plate number is a vehicle allowed to be parked in the target parking space, and then forbid to send out warning information.
Therefore, the problem that the management equipment frequently sends out warning information after vehicles of parking space owners, which are allowed to park in non-target parking spaces of target parking spaces, are parked in the target parking spaces can be avoided. Namely, the false alarm of the management equipment can be avoided, so that the waste of the processing resource of the management equipment can be avoided. On the other hand, the driver of the vehicle can be prevented from being disturbed, and the user experience of the driver is improved.
In an embodiment of the present application, the first set of license plate numbers may include: the license plate number of the vehicle of the parking space owner of the target parking space and the license plate numbers of other vehicles which are allowed to be parked in the target parking space by the parking space owner. If the management device determines that the target license plate number is the license plate number of the other vehicle, the entering and leaving information (for example, the time when the vehicle is parked in the target parking space and the time when the vehicle exits the target parking space) of the vehicle indicated by the target license plate number may be recorded, so that the following staff can inquire the historical parking record of the target parking space.
And step 204, the management equipment sends out alarm information.
If the management equipment determines that the received target license plate number does not belong to the first license plate number set of the target parking space, the management equipment can determine that the vehicle indicated by the target license plate number is not allowed to be parked at the target parking space, and then can send out warning information to prompt a worker that the target parking space is occupied.
The management equipment sends the warning information after determining that the vehicle indicated by the target license plate number is a vehicle which is not allowed to be parked in the target parking space, so that invalid work of workers can be reduced. Wherein, this staff can drive away the vehicle that occupies the parking stall after the management equipment sends alarm information.
Optionally, the warning information may include: alert text information and/or alert sound information. For example, the warning information includes warning text information and warning sound information. Accordingly, the management apparatus can display the warning text information in its display screen and can control its speaker to emit the warning sound information.
For example, referring to fig. 4, after determining that the received target license plate number does not belong to the first license plate number set, the management device may display a popup 01, where a warning text message "the parking space 111 is occupied, please drive away the vehicle parked in the parking space 111 in time" is displayed in the popup. Wherein "111" is the slot number of the target slot, which can uniquely identify the target slot in the parking lot.
The management equipment can also control the monitoring equipment to send out an alarm signal after determining that the target license plate number sent by the monitoring equipment does not belong to the first license plate number set of the target parking space. The alert signal may include: an audio alert signal and/or a light alert signal. For example, the alert signal may include: sound signals and light signals.
For example, the monitoring device includes an indicator light and a speaker. After determining that the target license plate number does not belong to the first license plate number set, the management device may send an alarm instruction to the monitoring device. After receiving the alarm instruction, the monitoring device can respond to the alarm instruction, control the indicator light to emit a light alarm signal, and control the loudspeaker to play an alarm sound to emit a sound alarm signal.
The warning voice may be prestored in the monitoring device, for example, the warning voice may be "license plate xxx occupies the parking space, please exit the parking space in time". The monitoring device may control its indicator light to emit red light.
Alternatively, an alarm device may be provided in the parking lot, and the alarm device may be connected to the management device. And after the management equipment determines that the target license plate number does not belong to the first license plate number set, the management equipment also controls the alarm equipment to send out an alarm signal.
Step 205, the management device detects whether the target license plate number belongs to a second license plate number set of the target parking space, and whether the parking times of the vehicle indicated by the target license plate number in the target parking space are greater than a time threshold value.
If the management device determines that the target license plate number does not belong to the first license plate number set of the target parking space, whether the target license plate number belongs to the second license plate number set of the target parking space or not can be detected, and whether the parking times of the vehicle indicated by the target license plate number in the target parking space are larger than a time threshold value or not can be detected. If the management device determines that the target license plate number does not belong to the second license plate number set and the number of times of parking of the vehicle in the target parking space indicated by the target license plate number is greater than the threshold value of times, it may be determined that the parking space owner of the target license plate number is the vehicle allowed to park, and then step 206 may be executed. If the management device determines that the target license plate number belongs to the second license plate number set or the number of times of parking of the vehicle indicated by the target license plate number in the target parking space is not more than the number threshold, the operation can be ended without executing subsequent processes, namely, without adding the target license plate number to the first license plate number set. Wherein the second set of license plates includes license plates of vehicles prohibited from being parked at the target parking space, and the second set of license plates is pre-stored by the management device in response to an input operation by the worker.
In this embodiment of the application, the process of detecting, by the management device, whether the target license plate number belongs to the second license plate number set of the target parking space may include: the management device detects whether the target license plate number is the same as any license plate number in a pre-stored second license plate number set. And if the management equipment determines that the target license plate number is the same as any license plate number in the second license plate number set, determining that the target license plate number belongs to the second license plate number set. And if the management equipment determines that the target license plate number is different from any license plate number in the second license plate number set, determining that the target license plate number does not belong to the second license plate number set.
The number of times the vehicle indicated by the target license plate number is parked in the target parking space may include: the parking times of the vehicle indicated by the target license plate in the target parking space in the target time period and/or the parking times of the vehicle indicated by the target license plate in the target parking space, wherein the parking time length of the vehicle in the target parking space exceeds the time length threshold value. Correspondingly, the management equipment can detect whether the parking times of the vehicle indicated by the target license plate number in the target parking space in the target time period are greater than a time threshold value; and/or detecting whether the parking times of the vehicle indicated by the target license plate in the target parking space exceed the time threshold are larger than the time threshold or not. For example, the management device may detect whether the number of times of parking of the vehicle indicated by the target license plate number for a period of time longer than the time length threshold within the target period of time is greater than a number threshold.
Wherein, the target time period and the number threshold may be both stored in advance by the management device. The target period may be the last period of time, which may be, for example, the last month, the last ten days, or the last week. Alternatively, the target period may be a period of time between the initial time and the current time. The initial time may refer to: and the time when the vehicle indicated by the target license plate number is parked to the target parking space for the first time. Correspondingly, the parking times of the vehicle in the target time period are the accumulated parking times of the vehicle in the target parking space.
It should be noted that the target time periods are different, and the number threshold is different. For example, if the target time period is the last month, the number threshold may be 10. If the target time period is the last ten days, the number threshold may be 6. If the target time period is the last week, the number threshold may be 3. If the number of parking is the accumulated number of parking, the threshold number may be 15.
The duration threshold may also be pre-stored by the management device. For example, the duration threshold is 10 hours (h), and the corresponding number threshold is 3.
For example, assume that the second set of license plate numbers is { D }, the target time period is the last month, and the time threshold is 10. If the target license plate number of the vehicle parked in the target parking space is C and the historical parking times of the vehicle in the target parking space is 11, the target license plate number C does not belong to the second license plate number set, and the historical parking times 11 of the vehicle in the target parking space is greater than the time threshold value, so that the management device can add the target license plate number C to the first license plate number set.
Step 206, the management device adds the target license plate number to the first license plate number set.
If the management device determines that the target license plate number does not belong to the first license plate number set or the second license plate number set of the target parking space, and the parking times of the vehicle indicated by the target license plate number in the target parking space are larger than the time threshold value, the target license plate number can be added to the first license plate number set.
Therefore, the management equipment can not give an alarm by mistake after the vehicle indicated by the target license plate is parked at the target parking space again.
As can be seen from the above description of steps 201 to 206, after the vehicle is parked in the target parking space, the monitoring device may send the target license plate number of the vehicle to the management device. Then, the management device can determine whether the vehicle is a vehicle allowed to be parked to the target parking space based on the target license plate number and the first set of license plates. The first set of license plates includes license plates of vehicles of the parking space owners of the target parking spaces and license plates of other vehicles allowed to be parked in the target parking spaces by the parking space owners. If the management device determines that the vehicle is the vehicle of the parking space owner of the target parking space, no operation is required to be executed. If the management device determines that the vehicle is a vehicle that the parking space owner allows parking to the target parking space and is not the parking space owner (i.e., the other vehicle), the driving-in and driving-out information of the vehicle may be recorded. If the management equipment determines that the vehicle is a vehicle forbidden to park to the target parking space, alarm information can be sent out. If the management equipment determines that the target license plate number of the vehicle does not belong to the first license plate number set or the second license plate number set, and the parking times of the vehicle in the target parking space are greater than the time threshold value, the target license plate number can be automatically added into the first license plate number set.
It should be noted that the order of the steps of the parking space occupation warning method provided by the embodiment of the application can be properly adjusted, and the steps can be correspondingly increased or decreased according to the situation. For example, step 205 may also be performed before step 202. Any method that can be easily conceived by a person skilled in the art within the technical scope disclosed in the present application is covered by the protection scope of the present application, and thus the detailed description thereof is omitted.
It should be further noted that the above embodiment is an exemplary description taking the example that the management device automatically adds the target license plate number to the first license plate number set. It is to be understood that the management device may also add the target license plate number to the first set of license plate numbers in response to an adding operation by a worker. For example, after the vehicle indicated by the target license plate is parked in the target parking space, the management device may send an alarm message, and at this time, the worker may contact the parking space owner of the target parking space to determine whether the vehicle indicated by the target license plate is allowed to be parked in the target parking space. And if the parking space owner allows the vehicle indicated by the target license plate number to be parked in the target parking space, adding the target license plate number to the first license plate number set by the worker. Accordingly, the management device may add the target license plate number to the first set of license plate numbers in response to an operation of the worker to add the target license plate number.
In summary, the embodiment of the present application provides a parking space occupation warning method, and after receiving a target license plate number of a vehicle parked in a target parking space, a management device may detect whether a first license plate number set includes the target license plate number. The management device can detect whether the vehicle indicated by the target license plate number is a vehicle allowed to be parked in the target parking space or not, and does not only detect whether the vehicle indicated by the target license plate number is a vehicle of a parking space owner of the target parking space or not, so that the flexibility of parking space occupation warning is improved.
Therefore, the management equipment can not give an alarm by mistake after the vehicle indicated by the target license plate number is parked in the target parking space again.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of another parking space warning system provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the warning system may further include: a mobile terminal 30. The mobile terminal 30 may be connected with the management device 10. Alternatively, the mobile terminal 30 may be a mobile phone, a tablet or a notebook computer.
Fig. 6 is a further parking space warning method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the method may be applied to a parking space warning system, such as the system shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 6, the method includes:
step 301, the mobile terminal sends the identification of the target parking space and the first license plate number to the management device.
The mobile terminal can respond to the operation of inputting the reservation information of the user to obtain the identification of the target parking space and the first license plate number. The vehicle indicated by the first license plate number is allowed to park in the target parking space. And then, the mobile terminal can send the identification of the target parking space and the first license plate number to the management equipment.
As an example, assume that a visitor from a cell (hereinafter, referred to as a visitor) makes a contract with a owner of the cell to visit and needs to park a vehicle having a license plate number "C". Then, referring to fig. 7, the owner may touch the application identifier of the parking space management application installed in the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal can respond to the touch operation of the owner aiming at the application identifier and display a reservation interface. As can be seen from fig. 7, the reservation interface includes: a license plate number input box 02, a parking space identification input box 03 and a confirmation control 04.
Then, the owner inputs the license plate number "C" in the license plate number input box 01, and inputs the parking space identification "111" in the parking space identification input box 02. Correspondingly, the first license plate number acquired by the mobile terminal is 'C', and the identification of the target parking space is '111'. Then, the user touches the confirmation control 04, and the mobile terminal may send the first license plate number C and the identifier 111 of the target parking space to the management device in response to the touch operation of the user on the confirmation control 04.
Step 302, if the management device determines that the first license plate number does not belong to the first license plate number set of the target parking space or the second license plate number set of the target parking space, and the number of times of receiving the first license plate number sent by the mobile terminal is greater than the number threshold, adding the first license plate number to the first license plate number set.
After receiving the target parking space and the first license plate number sent by the mobile terminal, the management device can detect whether the first license plate number belongs to a first license plate number set of the target parking space or not and whether the first license plate number belongs to a second license plate number set of the target parking space or not, and whether the number of times of receiving the first license plate number sent by the mobile terminal is greater than a number threshold value or not. The first license plate set comprises license plates of vehicles allowed to be parked in the target parking space, and the second license plate set comprises license plates of vehicles forbidden to be parked in the target parking space. The number threshold may be stored in advance by the management apparatus, and for example, the number threshold may be 10.
And if the management equipment determines that the first license plate number does not belong to the first license plate number set of the target parking space or the second license plate number set of the target parking space, and the number of times of receiving the first license plate number sent by the mobile terminal is greater than the number threshold, adding the first license plate number to the first license plate number set. Therefore, the management equipment can not give an alarm by mistake after the vehicle indicated by the target license plate is parked at the target parking space again.
If the management device determines that the first license plate number belongs to the first license plate number set of the target parking space, or belongs to the second license plate number set of the target parking space, or the first license plate number does not belong to the first license plate number set of the target parking space, and the number of times of receiving the first license plate number sent by the mobile terminal is not more than the number threshold, the operation can be ended without adding the first license plate number to the first license plate number set.
And 303, sending a second license plate number of the vehicle parked in the target parking space to the management equipment by the monitoring equipment.
The implementation process of step 303 may refer to the implementation process of step 201, and is not described herein again in this embodiment of the application.
And step 304, the management equipment detects whether the second license plate number belongs to the first license plate number set.
The management device, upon receiving the second license plate number, may detect whether the second license plate number belongs to the first set of license plate numbers. If the management device determines that the second license plate number belongs to the first set of license plate numbers, it may be determined that the vehicle indicated by the second license plate number is allowed to be parked in the target parking space, and then step 305 may be performed. If the management device determines that the second license plate number does not belong to the first license plate number set, it may be determined that the vehicle indicated by the second license plate number is not allowed to park in the target parking space, and then step 306 may be performed.
And 305, prohibiting sending alarm information.
If it is determined that the second license plate number belongs to the first set of license plate numbers, the issuance of the warning message may be prohibited. So, can avoid on the one hand to allow to park the parking stall owner's of the non-target parking stall at target parking stall vehicle, park to this target parking stall after, the problem of frequently sending out warning information of management equipment, can avoid management equipment wrong report to police, then can avoid the waste of management equipment's processing resource. On the other hand, the driver of the vehicle can be prevented from being disturbed, and the user experience of the driver is improved.
And step 306, sending out alarm information.
If the license plate number is determined not to belong to the first license plate number set, warning information can be sent out to prompt staff in the parking lot that the target parking space is occupied.
The implementation process of step 306 may refer to the implementation process of step 204, which is not described herein again in this embodiment of the application.
In summary, after receiving the target parking space and the first license plate number sent by the mobile terminal, if it is determined that the vehicle indicated by the first license plate number is neither a vehicle allowed to be parked in the target parking space nor a vehicle prohibited to be parked in the target parking space, and the number of times that the mobile terminal sends the first license plate number to the management device is greater than the threshold value of times, the first license plate number may be automatically added to the first license plate number set of the target parking space. Therefore, the management equipment can not give an alarm by mistake after the vehicle indicated by the first license plate number is parked at the target parking space again.
And then, after receiving a second license plate number which is sent by the monitoring equipment and is parked in the target parking space, the management equipment can detect whether the first license plate number set comprises the second license plate number. That is, the management device may detect whether the vehicle indicated by the second license plate is a vehicle permitted to be parked in the target parking space, rather than only detect whether the vehicle indicated by the second license plate is a vehicle of a parking space owner in the target parking space, thereby improving flexibility of parking space occupancy warning.
