Detailed Description
The following describes in detail the embodiments of the present application with reference to the drawings attached hereto.
In the following description, for purposes of explanation and not limitation, specific details are set forth such as particular system structures, interfaces, techniques, etc. in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application.
The terms "system" and "network" are often used interchangeably herein. The term "and/or" herein is merely an association describing an associated object, meaning that three relationships may exist, e.g., a and/or B, may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship. Further, the term "plurality" herein means two or more than two.
The application provides an intelligent management method for a parking lot, which can be applied to management of the parking lot in a residential quarter or a building and the like. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of an intelligent parking lot management method according to the present application.
For example, the parking lot intelligent management method may be executed by an electronic device or a property management server or other processing devices, where the electronic device may be a User Equipment (UE), a mobile device, a User terminal, a cellular phone, a cordless phone, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a handheld device, a computing device, a vehicle-mounted device, a wearable device, or the like. In some possible implementations, the parking lot intelligent management method may be implemented by a processor calling computer readable instructions stored in a memory.
Specifically, the parking lot intelligent management method of the embodiment includes the following steps:
s101: and acquiring a monitoring image, wherein the monitoring image comprises image characteristics.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, since the parking lot has a plurality of entrances, in order to inform the parking waiting position before the vehicle enters the parking lot, a camera may be disposed at each entrance of the parking lot to collect the monitoring image. Specifically, the parking lot intelligent management device can be provided with a sensor at each entrance, and the sensor is connected with the camera. When the sensor senses that a vehicle needs to drive into the parking lot, the camera is triggered to shoot a monitoring image. In other embodiments, the parking lot intelligent management device may also control the camera to shoot the video, and the video is processed to obtain image frames including the vehicle, that is, the monitoring images.
Wherein the monitoring image comprises image features. Specifically, the parking lot intelligent management device can perform feature extraction on the monitoring images to obtain the image features of each monitoring image.
S102: and judging whether the vehicle in the monitoring image is a visiting vehicle or not based on the image characteristics of the monitoring image.
Considering that owners in a community usually have exclusive parking spaces, if the owners drive into the parking lot, the owners must inform the parking positions of the owners again, so that the intelligent management device of the parking lot is cumbersome to manage. For this reason, the parking lot intelligent management apparatus of the present embodiment considers only the intelligent allocation of the position to be parked for the visiting vehicle. Based on this, the parking lot intelligent management device needs to distinguish whether the vehicle in the monitoring image is a visiting vehicle or a host vehicle by using the monitoring image.
Specifically, the parking lot intelligent management device can judge whether the vehicle in the monitoring image is a visiting vehicle or not by utilizing the similarity between the image characteristics of the monitoring image and the image characteristics in the original image library. When the similarity between the image characteristics of the monitored image and the image characteristics in the original image library is greater than or equal to a preset similarity threshold value, the monitored image is an image in the original image library, namely an owner vehicle image in the original image library, and the vehicle in the monitored image is judged to be an owner vehicle. And when the similarity between the image characteristics of the monitored image and the image characteristics in the original image library is smaller than a preset similarity threshold value, the monitored image is not the image in the original image and is not the owner vehicle image in the original image library, and the vehicle in the monitored image is judged to be the visiting vehicle.
S103: receiving registration information of the visiting vehicle to allocate a waiting position based on the waiting position of the visiting vehicle, wherein the registration information comprises vehicle information and the waiting position of the visiting vehicle.
And receiving the registration information of the visiting vehicle when the similarity between the image characteristics of the monitoring image and the image characteristics in the original image library is smaller than a preset similarity threshold value. Specifically, the parking lot intelligent management device may display a registration request on the display screen when it is determined that the vehicle in the current monitored image is a visiting vehicle. And the second mobile terminal identifies the registration request, generates and displays a registration interface based on the registration request so that the vehicle owner can register on the registration interface, and sends registration information to the intelligent parking lot management device. The parking lot intelligent management device acquires the registration information and intelligently allocates the position to be parked based on the position to be visited of the visiting vehicle in the registration information. The second mobile terminal is a main terminal of a visiting vehicle.
It should be noted that the registration information includes vehicle information and a location to be visited of the visiting vehicle. The vehicle information can be the personal information of the vehicle owner, the license plate number, the vehicle type and the like. The position to be visited of the visiting vehicle is the position of the owner of the visiting vehicle to be visited. Specifically, the unit may be a unit where the owner to be visited is located.
In an actual application scene, the parking lot intelligent management device utilizes the position to be visited of the visiting vehicle to intelligently distribute the position to be parked, so that the distributed position to be parked is closer to the position to be visited of the visiting vehicle, time waste caused by the fact that a car owner walks to the position to be visited and finds a parking space by himself when the actual parking position is too far away from the position to be visited is avoided, and intelligent management of the parking lot is achieved.
In a particular embodiment, the registration request displayed on the display screen may be a two-dimensional code.
S104: and acquiring the actual parking position of the visiting vehicle so as to realize intelligent management of the parking lot based on the matching relation between the actual parking position and the position to be parked corresponding to the visiting vehicle.
In consideration of the fact that the to-be-parked position is intelligently allocated to the visiting vehicle when the visiting vehicle enters the parking lot, the situation that the actual parking position is not matched with the to-be-parked position intelligently allocated by the intelligent parking lot management device due to complex terrain of the parking lot or the fact that the visiting vehicle owner is, possibly, the following visiting vehicle is possibly allocated to the actual parking position of the current visiting vehicle, and confusion exists. In order to avoid the above problem, the parking lot intelligent management device of this embodiment needs to acquire the actual parking position of the visiting vehicle, so as to implement intelligent management of the parking lot based on the matching relationship between the actual parking position and the to-be-parked position corresponding to the visiting vehicle.
In the scheme, the intelligent management device of the parking lot acquires a monitoring image, wherein the monitoring image comprises image characteristics; judging whether the vehicle in the monitoring image is a visiting vehicle or not based on the image characteristics of the monitoring image; if so, receiving registration information of the visiting vehicle to allocate a position to be parked based on the position to be visited of the visiting vehicle, wherein the registration information comprises vehicle information and the position to be visited of the visiting vehicle; and acquiring the actual parking position of the visiting vehicle so as to realize intelligent management of the parking lot based on the matching relation between the actual parking position and the position to be parked corresponding to the visiting vehicle. According to the parking lot intelligent management method, the visiting vehicle and the owner vehicle are distinguished by the monitoring image characteristics, the position to be parked of the visiting vehicle is intelligently distributed according to the position to be visited in the visiting vehicle registration information, so that the visiting vehicle is parked at the position to be parked, the parking position of the visiting vehicle is enabled to be closer to the position to be visited, time waste caused by the fact that a vehicle owner walks to the position to be visited and finds a parking space by himself when the actual parking position is too far away from the position to be visited is avoided, and intelligent management of a parking lot is achieved.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of an embodiment of S104 in the parking lot intelligent management method provided by the present application. Based on the above embodiment, S104 further includes the steps of:
s201: an actual parking position of the visiting vehicle is acquired.
In S201 of the present embodiment, reference may be made to S104 of the above embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
S202: and judging whether the actual parking position of the visiting vehicle is the same as the position to be parked corresponding to the visiting vehicle.
Based on the same consideration in S104, the parking lot intelligent management device of the present embodiment executes S203 when it acquires that the actual parking position of the visiting vehicle is the same as the parking waiting position corresponding to the visiting vehicle. Specifically, vehicle information of a visiting vehicle can be acquired through a sensor or a camera arranged around an actual parking position, and the vehicle information is transmitted back to the parking lot intelligent management device. The parking lot intelligent management device acquires the information of the visiting vehicle parked in the parking space according to the returned information, and when the actual parking position of the visiting vehicle is matched with the position to be parked corresponding to the visiting vehicle, the intelligent parking of the visiting vehicle is finished.
Certainly, when the actual parking position of the obtained visiting vehicle is not matched with the position to be parked corresponding to the visiting vehicle, namely not the same, the parking lot intelligent management device controls the loudspeakers around the parking space to remind the owner of the visiting vehicle that the actual parking position is wrong. Or informing the error of the actual parking position of the owner of the visiting vehicle in a short message or telephone mode based on the vehicle information.
S203: the dwell time of the visiting vehicle is continuously monitored.
Because the number of parking spaces in the parking lot is limited, the vehicle can have a parking position for ensuring follow-up visiting. The parking lot intelligent management device of the embodiment controls the stay time of the visiting vehicle in the parking lot. Specifically, after the actual parking position of the visiting vehicle is obtained to be matched with the position to be parked corresponding to the visiting vehicle, the staying time of the visiting vehicle is continuously monitored.
In a specific embodiment, the parking lot intelligent management device may intelligently set the stay time of the visiting vehicle in the parking lot based on the registration information. For example, the registration message indicates that the visiting vehicle is intended to visit the owner of the a unit, and the visiting time is 10 am, at this time, the parking lot intelligent management device may set the staying time of the visiting vehicle to 4 pm, so as to allow the owner of the visiting vehicle to have enough time to visit. Of course, if the staying time of the visiting vehicle exceeds the specified staying time, the parking lot intelligent management device can inform the staff to confirm or send the reminding information to the owner terminal of the visiting vehicle to confirm. When the owner of the visiting vehicle still needs to stay, the vehicle owner needs to register again. For details, see the following.
S204: and when the staying time of the visiting vehicle is more than or equal to the preset staying time, generating a staying instruction, and sending the staying instruction to the first mobile terminal, so that the first mobile terminal generates and displays a management task based on the staying instruction, wherein the management task is used for informing the staff to manage the visiting vehicle.
When the parking lot intelligent management device detects that the residence time of the visiting vehicle is larger than or equal to the preset residence time, a residence instruction is generated. And sending the retention instruction to the first mobile terminal. The first mobile terminal generates and displays a management task based on the detention instruction so as to conveniently inform the staff to manage the visiting vehicle.
In other embodiments, in order to accurately confirm whether the visiting vehicle stays or whether the visiting vehicle owner wishes to stay continuously, the parking lot intelligent management device of the embodiment may send the generated staying instruction to the second mobile terminal. The second mobile terminal receives the detention instruction, generates and displays a detention prompt based on the detention instruction, and is used for prompting the owner of the visiting vehicle and confirming whether the visiting vehicle is detained or the owner of the visiting vehicle has the desire to stay continuously.
It should be noted that the first mobile terminal may be an employee terminal, that is, an employee in the cell. The second mobile terminal is a visiting vehicle owner terminal, and can be a mobile phone, a smart watch and the like of a vehicle owner.
Further, when it is required to determine whether the allocation staff manages the retention of the visiting vehicle or whether the owner of the visiting vehicle wishes to stay, the parking lot intelligent management device may allocate the staff farthest from the actual staying location to the staff for management if the staff is randomly allocated to manage, so that the management efficiency of the staff on the visiting vehicle is low. Therefore, the parking lot intelligent management device of the embodiment enables the staff nearest to the visiting vehicle to manage the visiting vehicle through intelligent staff allocation.
Specifically, the parking lot intelligent management device may set a preset range based on the actual stop position of the visiting vehicle, acquire a distance between the first mobile terminal and the actual stop position of the visiting vehicle within the preset range, and select a preset number of first mobile terminals according to the acquired distance from small to large. The parking lot intelligent management device sends a retention instruction to the first mobile terminal. The first mobile terminal receives the retention instruction, generates and displays the management task based on the retention instruction, and conveniently reminds the staff to manage the visiting vehicle.
It should be noted that the preset number may be set by the parking lot intelligent management device. The preset number may be one or two. This embodiment does not limit this.
In the scheme, the parking lot intelligent management device utilizes the actual parking position to set the preset range, and allocates the staff closer to the actual parking position to manage the visiting vehicles in the preset range, so that the management efficiency is improved, and the situation that the staff is randomly allocated to manage and is allocated to the staff farthest from the actual parking position to cause low management efficiency is avoided. And the parking lot intelligent management device sends the detention instruction to the second mobile terminal. The second mobile terminal receives the detention instruction, and the second mobile terminal generates and displays a detention prompt based on the detention instruction so as to accurately confirm whether the visiting vehicle is detained or has the intention of continuing to stay.
With continuing reference to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a second embodiment of the parking lot intelligent management method provided by the present application. The parking lot intelligent management method of the embodiment further comprises the following steps:
s301: a holdover instruction is received.
S302: and generating and displaying a management task based on the retention instruction, wherein the management task is used for informing the staff to manage the visiting vehicle.
For the detailed description of S301 to S302 in this embodiment, reference may be made to the above embodiments, and repeated description is omitted here.
In the scheme, the first mobile terminal receives the retention instruction, generates and displays the management task based on the retention instruction, and the management task is used for informing the staff to manage the visiting vehicle, so that the intelligent management of the parking lot is realized.
