s201, receiving a charging request which is sent by a first user terminal and used for charging a target charging pile.
In the embodiment of the application, the target charging pile is a currently occupied charging pile.
As an optional implementation manner, an APP is pre-installed on the first user terminal, and the first user terminal sends a charging request for charging using the target charging pile to the server through the APP.
As another optional implementation, each charging pile corresponds to a two-dimensional code; the two-dimensional code can be installed, pasted or displayed on the corresponding charging pile; the first user terminal sends a charging request for charging by using the target charging pile to the server through scanning the two-dimensional code corresponding to the target charging pile.
S202, when it is determined that a target vehicle served by the target charging pile is charged and the target charging pile and the target vehicle are still in a connected state, acquiring a first virtual communication number corresponding to the target vehicle, and storing a first mapping relation between the first virtual communication number and a real communication number of a second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle.
In the embodiment of the application, a virtual communication number pool is stored in the server in advance, and the virtual communication number pool comprises a plurality of virtual communication numbers. The method comprises the steps that after a server receives a charging request from a first user terminal for charging by using a target charging pile, whether the target charging pile is fully charged for a target vehicle which is currently served is detected based on the charging request; if so, further detecting whether the target charging pile and the target vehicle are in a connection state, if so (namely when the target charging pile is fully charged for the target vehicle and the target vehicle still occupies the target charging pile), selecting an unused virtual communication number (namely a first virtual communication number) from a preset virtual communication number pool, distributing the first virtual communication number to the target vehicle, and establishing and storing a first mapping relation between the first virtual communication number and a real communication number of a second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle.
In the embodiment of the application, the mapping relationship between the virtual communication number and the real communication number corresponds to a preset reservation duration, and when the existence duration of the virtual communication number reaches the preset reservation duration, the established mapping relationship between the virtual communication number and the real communication number is released, and the corresponding virtual communication number is recovered.
For example, the real communication number of the second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle is 189XXX, the first virtual communication number corresponding to the target vehicle is 176XXX, 189XXX corresponds to 176XXX, and the preset retention time of 189XXX and 176XXX is 20 minutes.
S203, sending the first virtual communication number to the first user terminal, after receiving a communication connection request initiated by the first user terminal based on the first virtual communication number, determining a real communication number corresponding to the first virtual communication number based on the stored first mapping relation, and establishing communication connection between the first user terminal and the second user terminal based on the real communication number.
As an optional implementation manner, the server sends the first virtual communication number to the first user terminal based on the APP of the first user terminal, and the first user views the first virtual communication number corresponding to the target vehicle through the APP in the first user terminal.
As another optional implementation manner, the first user terminal registers in advance through a real communication number when using the APP, and the server sends the first virtual communication number to the first user terminal based on the real communication number of the first user terminal. For example, the server sends the first virtual communication number to the first user terminal in a short message manner, and the first user checks the first virtual communication number through a short message of the first user terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, after a communication connection request initiated by a first user terminal based on a first virtual communication number is received, whether existing time length corresponding to the first virtual communication number exceeds preset reserved time length is judged; responding the communication connection request if the existence duration corresponding to the first virtual communication number does not exceed the preset reservation duration; and if the existence duration corresponding to the first virtual communication number exceeds the preset reservation duration, not responding to the communication connection request.
For example, if a communication connection request initiated by the first user terminal based on the first virtual communication number (176XXX) is received, whether the existence duration of 176XXX exceeds 20 minutes is detected, if not, 189XXX corresponding to 176XXX is determined, and a communication connection between the first user terminal and the second user terminal is established based on 189 XXX.
According to the charging pile occupation reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application, after a first user terminal sends a charging request for charging by using a target charging pile, if the target charging pile is determined to be fully charged for a target vehicle and still occupied by the target vehicle, a negotiation path is provided between a first user and a second user (namely, a user corresponding to the target vehicle) by providing a first virtual communication number of a second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle for the first user terminal, and the use efficiency of the charging pile is improved; meanwhile, the privacy of the second user is protected, and the data security of the second user is improved.
In the embodiment of the application, on one hand, the server can provide the first virtual communication number corresponding to the target vehicle occupying the target charging pile for the first user terminal, and on the other hand, the server can actively remind the second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle that the target vehicle has been charged (namely, is fully charged). Further, as shown in fig. 3, the method for reminding occupation of the charging pile provided by the embodiment of the application further includes:
s301, when it is determined that a target vehicle served by the target charging pile is charged and is still connected with the target vehicle, generating first reminding information corresponding to the target vehicle.
As an alternative embodiment, the first reminding message is used for reminding the target vehicle that the charging is completed.
As another alternative, the first reminding information is used to remind the target vehicle that the charging is completed and remind the target vehicle of a free stay period.
As still another alternative, the first reminding information is used for reminding that the target vehicle has completed charging, the free stay time of the target vehicle and the overtime charging information.
In this embodiment of the application, the first reminding information may include one or more of the following information: the vehicle information of the target vehicle, the charging information of the target charging pile and the second user information of a second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle; the vehicle information includes, but is not limited to, license plate number, vehicle type information, vehicle color, and the like. The charging information includes, but is not limited to, target charging pile identification information, charging time, electric quantity information of a target vehicle, and the like; the second user information includes, but is not limited to, a user name, a real communication number of the second user terminal, and the like.
S302, the first reminding information is sent to a second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle.
In the embodiment of the application, the server may send the first reminding information to the second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle based on the APP of the second user terminal, or send the first reminding information to the second user terminal based on the real communication number of the second user terminal.
The following describes a manner in which the server sends the first alert information corresponding to the target vehicle to the second user terminal in different situations, respectively:
firstly, when the server determines that the target charging pile is fully charged for the target vehicle but the target charging pile and the target vehicle are still in a connected state, first reminding information corresponding to the target vehicle is automatically generated, the first reminding information is sent to a second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle based on an APP of the second user terminal, and correspondingly, the second user can check the first reminding information corresponding to the target vehicle through the APP of the second user terminal.
Secondly, when the server determines that the target charging pile is a target vehicle and is fully charged, but the target charging pile and the target vehicle are still in a connected state, if a reminding instruction for the target vehicle is received, first reminding information corresponding to the target vehicle is generated; and sending the first reminding information to a second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle according to the real communication number of the second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle.
When the server determines that the target charging pile is a target vehicle and is fully charged, but the target charging pile and the target vehicle are still in a connected state, the server gives prompt information to a worker whether the target vehicle is charged or not to remind a second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle; and when a confirmation instruction aiming at the prompt information triggered by a worker is received, generating first reminding information corresponding to the target vehicle.
The first reminding information generated after the confirmation of the staff is sent to a second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle through a real communication number of the second user terminal; for example, the first reminding information is sent to the second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle in a telephone or short message manner.
After the vehicle of the user is charged, if the user can not remove the vehicle in time, delay cost of charging piles can be generated, in the embodiment of the application, the second user terminal is subjected to a target charging pile occupation delay reminding mode through the real communication number of the second user terminal, the user can be timely informed of the current state of the target vehicle, and economic loss caused by the fact that the second user occupies the target charging pile due to detention is avoided.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, in the charging pile occupation reminding method provided in the embodiment of the present application, sending the first reminding information to a second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle includes:
s401, acquiring the charging ending time of the target vehicle after charging.
S402, determining the reminding frequency of the target vehicle according to the time length from the charging end time to the current time.
In the embodiment of the application, the duration of occupying the charging pile after the vehicle charging is completed (that is, the duration of the corresponding charging order in the unfinished order state after the vehicle charging is completed) is different, and the corresponding reminding frequencies are also different. The longer the duration that the vehicle occupies the charging pile after charging is completed is, the larger the corresponding reminding frequency is (the more frequent the reminding is).
As an optional implementation manner, when the time length from the charging end time to the current time is within a first time length range, a first reminding frequency corresponding to the first time length range is determined as the reminding frequency of the target vehicle.
As another optional implementation manner, when the time length from the charging end time to the current time is within the second time length range, it is determined that the second reminding frequency corresponding to the second time length range is the reminding frequency of the target vehicle. The second time length range is greater than the first time length range, and correspondingly, the second reminding frequency is greater than the first reminding frequency.
And S403, sending the first reminding information to a second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle according to the reminding frequency.
In the embodiment of the application, when the time length from the charging end time to the current time is within a first time length range, first reminding information is sent to a second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle according to a first reminding frequency. And when the time length from the charging end time to the current time is within a second time length range, sending the first reminding information to a second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle according to a second reminding frequency.
For example, the charging end time of the target vehicle for completing charging is 10 am on 5/1/2019, the first time length range is 0-30 minutes, and the current time is 20 minutes at 10 am on 5/1/2019. In this way, if the time length between the current time and the charging end time of the target vehicle is within the first time length range, the first reminding information is sent to the second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle according to the first reminding frequency of sending the reminding information every 25 minutes. For example, the first reminding information may be sent to the second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle at 10 am on 1 st day in 2019; and sending first reminding information to a second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle at 25 am 10 o' clock on 1 st day 5 in 2019.
And when the time length between the current time and the charging end time of the target vehicle is within a second time length range, sending the first reminding information to a second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle according to a second reminding frequency of sending the reminding information every 20 minutes. For example, the first reminding information may be sent to the second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle at 30 am on 1 st day of 5/2019; and sending the second first reminding information to a second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle at 10 am 50 on 1 st day of 5 months in 2019.
In the embodiment of the application, the longer the target vehicle occupies the charging pile after charging is completed, the more frequent the reminding frequency of the user terminal occupying the charging pile is, the service efficiency of the charging pile can be further improved by the mode, and the economic loss of a user is avoided.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, in the charging pile occupation reminding method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
s501, if a reminding setting instruction for the target vehicle sent by the second user terminal is received, carrying out reminding setting on the target vehicle according to the reminding setting instruction; the reminding setting instruction comprises target charging information and a target reminding mode.
In the embodiment of the application, after the second user charges the target vehicle by using the target charging pile, the charging reminding setting of the target vehicle can be further carried out on the second user terminal; and the second user can set target charging information and a target reminding mode of the target vehicle through the reminding setting instruction. The target charging information may include a charging electric quantity value, a remaining time duration, and the like. The target reminding mode can be a reminding mode based on an alarm clock, and can also be a reminding mode based on a real communication number of the second user terminal.
For example, the target charging information is: the charging electric quantity value is 100%, and the target reminding mode is a reminding mode based on an alarm clock; for another example, the target charging information is: the residual charging time is 10 minutes, and the target reminding mode is a reminding mode based on an alarm clock and the like.
And S502, if it is monitored that the charging information corresponding to the target vehicle matches the target charging information in the setting instruction, reminding the target vehicle according to a target reminding mode in the reminding setting instruction.
As an optional implementation manner, an alarm clock in a second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle is started to remind the target vehicle; for example, the server sends the charging electric quantity value to the second user terminal in real time, and the second user terminal starts an alarm clock to remind the target vehicle when detecting that the charging electric quantity value reaches 100%. For another example, the server sends the charging electric quantity value to the second user terminal in real time, and sends notification information to the second user terminal when detecting that the charging electric quantity value reaches 100%, so as to notify the second user terminal to start an alarm clock to remind the target vehicle.
As another optional implementation manner, the server generates second reminding information corresponding to the target vehicle, and sends the second reminding information to the second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle according to the real communication number of the second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle. For example, the server detects the charging electric quantity value of the target vehicle in real time, generates second reminding information corresponding to the target vehicle if the charging electric quantity value reaches 100%, and sends the second reminding information to a second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle in a telephone or short message manner.
The server generates second reminding information according to the vehicle information of the target vehicle and the charging information of the target vehicle, and sends the second reminding information to a second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, in the charging pile occupation reminding method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
s601, if it is determined that the target vehicle served by the target charging pile is not charged, acquiring the remaining charging time of the target vehicle.
In the embodiment of the application, the target charging pile reports the charging state information of the target vehicle to the server in real time. Here, the charge state information includes one or more of the following information: battery capacity information, current remaining charging progress information, remaining charging duration, charging power information, and charging electric quantity information.
As an implementation manner, the charging state information reported by the target charging pile does not include the remaining charging time of the target vehicle; in this case, the server acquires battery capacity information of the target vehicle and current remaining charging progress information of the target vehicle from charging information of the target vehicle reported by the target charging pile, and determines a product of the battery capacity information of the target vehicle and the current remaining charging progress information of the target vehicle; determining a ratio of the product to charge power information of the target vehicle; determining the ratio as the remaining charging period.
As another embodiment, the charging state information reported by the target charging pile includes the remaining charging duration of the target vehicle; in this case, the server obtains the remaining charging duration of the target vehicle from the charging state information of the target vehicle reported by the target charging pile.
And S602, sending the residual charging time of the target vehicle to the first user terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, after the first user terminal receives the remaining charging time of the target vehicle, the first user can check the remaining charging time of the target vehicle through the APP of the first user terminal.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, in the charging pile occupation reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application, the target vehicle served by the target charging pile is detected to complete charging by the following method:
and S701, acquiring the current electric quantity information of the target vehicle served by the target charging pile.
In the embodiment of the application, the server acquires the current electric quantity information of the target vehicle from the charging state information of the target vehicle reported by the target charging pile.
S702, if the current electric quantity information of the target vehicle served by the target charging pile meets the preset full electric quantity information, determining that the target vehicle served by the target charging pile completes charging.
In the embodiment of the application, after the current electric quantity information of the target vehicle is acquired, the server compares the current electric quantity information with the preset full electric quantity information, and if the current electric quantity information is equal to the preset full electric quantity information, it is determined that the target vehicle served by the target charging pile completes charging.
According to the charging pile occupation reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application, after the first user terminal sends the charging request for charging by using the target charging pile, if the target charging pile is determined to be fully charged and still occupied by the target vehicle, a negotiation way is provided between the first user and the second user (namely the user corresponding to the target vehicle) by providing the first virtual communication number of the second user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle for the first user terminal, so that the use efficiency of the charging pile is improved, the privacy of the second user is protected, the data security of the second user is improved, and the economic loss caused by the fact that the second user stays and occupies the target charging pile is avoided.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, in the charging pile occupation reminding method provided in the embodiment of the present application, when it is determined that the target vehicle that completes charging is disconnected from the target charging pile and moves outside the charging area corresponding to the target charging pile, the method further includes:
s801, if the target charging pile is reserved and the time length from the starting time of the reserved time period corresponding to the target charging pile to the current time is smaller than a preset threshold value, acquiring a second virtual communication number corresponding to a real communication number of a third user terminal reserving the target charging pile, and storing a second mapping relation between the second virtual communication number and the real communication number of the third user terminal; the current time is greater than the starting time of the reserved time period.
S802, the second virtual communication number is sent to the first user terminal.
S803, after receiving a communication connection request initiated by the first user terminal based on the second virtual communication number, determining a real communication number corresponding to the second virtual communication number based on the stored second mapping relationship, and establishing a communication connection between the first user terminal and the third user terminal based on the real communication number.
With reference to steps 801 to 803, when determining that the target vehicle served by the target charging pile completes charging but the target charging pile and the target vehicle are still in a connected state (i.e., the target charging pile is fully charged for the target vehicle but the target vehicle still occupies the target charging pile), the server further determines whether the target charging pile is reserved, if so, further determines a relationship between the current time and the starting time of the reserved time period, if the current time exceeds the starting time of the reserved time period and the time length of the starting time of the reserved time period from the current time is less than a preset threshold (i.e., the current time is closer to the reserved retention time period), provides a second virtual communication number corresponding to a third user terminal reserving the target charging pile for the first user terminal, and after receiving a communication connection request sent by the first user terminal based on the second virtual communication number, and establishing communication connection between the first user terminal and the third user terminal based on the real communication number corresponding to the second virtual communication number.
According to the charging pile occupation reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application, after the target charging pile is reserved, if the current time is closer to the reserved reservation time period, a negotiation path is provided between a first user and a third user (namely, a reservation user), and the use efficiency of the charging pile is further improved; meanwhile, the privacy of the third user is protected, and the data security of the third user is improved.
