Abstract
The invention discloses an air conditioner fault prompting method and device, which at least solve the problem of complicated engineering wiring caused by independent control of an outer temperature sensing bulb and an outer pressure switch by a split air conditioner unit in the related technology. The disclosed air conditioner fault prompting method comprises the following steps: when the short-circuit fault of the main board of the air conditioner is detected, the fault of the outer temperature sensing bulb is prompted; when the open circuit fault of the main board of the air conditioner is detected, the fault of the outer temperature sensing bulb and/or the fault of the outer pressure switch are/is prompted according to the current working mode of the air conditioner, wherein the outer temperature sensing bulb is connected with the outer pressure switch in series. The present disclosure improves the stability of air conditioning systems.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a method and a device for prompting air conditioner faults.
Background
At present, in order to achieve the purpose of centralized and simple control, split air-conditioning units mostly adopt a form of canceling an external machine controller and reserving an internal machine controller. For the split air conditioning unit, the outer pressure switch and the outer pipe temperature are generally independently controlled, and the outer pressure switch and the outer temperature sensing bulb are respectively connected to the controller of the inner unit through two groups of communication lines. If the inner machine controller detects the fault of the outer temperature sensing bulb, the fault of the outer temperature sensing bulb is prompted, if the inner machine controller detects the fault of the outer pressure switch, the fault of the outer pressure switch is prompted, and the two groups of faults are not interfered with each other and do not affect each other. However, this method causes the problem of complicated engineering wiring and even wrong wiring when the external pressure switch and the external temperature sensing bulb are butted to the internal machine controller.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a fault prompting method and device for an air conditioner, which at least solve the problem of complicated engineering wiring caused by independent control of an outer temperature sensing bulb and an outer pressure switch by a split air conditioning unit in the related technology.

When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present invention. Example 1
The embodiment provides an air conditioner fault prompting method, which is applied to an air conditioner and can be executed by a controller in an internal unit of the air conditioner, wherein fig. 1 is a flow chart of the method, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101: when the short-circuit fault of the main board of the air conditioner is detected, the fault of the outer temperature sensing bulb is prompted;
the mainboard of the air conditioner refers to a circuit mainboard in an air conditioner internal unit. When the main board of the air conditioner internal unit has short-circuit fault, only the outer temperature sensing bulb can have short-circuit condition, so that the outer temperature sensing bulb is determined to have fault under the condition.
Step 102: when the open circuit fault of the main board of the air conditioner is detected, the fault of the outer temperature sensing bulb and/or the fault of the outer pressure switch are/is prompted according to the current working mode of the air conditioner.
In the embodiment, the outer temperature sensing bulb is connected with the outer pressure switch in series, and the outer temperature sensing bulb and the outer pressure switch are connected with a controller of an air conditioner indoor unit through the same communication line.
The air conditioner fault prompting method is suitable for a split type air conditioner unit, and optionally an outer unit of the air conditioner unit does not have a controller, and an inner unit of the air conditioner unit has a controller.
In this embodiment, the operation modes of the air conditioner may include: the prompting method comprises the following steps that a shutdown mode, an air supply mode and a working mode corresponding to the condition that the air conditioner is in a startup state and the compressor is in a working state are different, and when the air conditioner is in different working modes, the prompting mode that the mainboard has an open circuit fault is detected to be different.

In another case, when an open-circuit fault of a main board of the air conditioner is detected, the operation of prompting the fault of the outside bulb and/or the fault of the outside pressure switch according to the current working mode of the air conditioner comprises the following steps: when detecting that an open circuit fault occurs to a main board of the air conditioner, acquiring a current working mode of the air conditioner; if the air conditioner is in a starting mode at present and a compressor of the air conditioner is in a running state, prompting the fault of an outer temperature sensing bulb and the fault of an outer pressure switch; and after a preset time period, detecting whether an open-circuit fault exists or not, if so, prompting the fault of the external temperature sensing bulb, and if not, prompting the fault of the outside pressure switch. For example, when an open-circuit fault occurs on a main board of an internal unit of the air conditioner, most of the open-circuit faults of the outer temperature sensing bulb cannot be automatically recovered and eliminated, most of the faults of the outer pressure switch are abnormal due to system pressure, and the faults are eliminated immediately after the system pressure is recovered to be normal, so that the fault types can be distinguished by reserving the preset time T1 for the faults; specifically, the prompt of the fault of the outer temperature sensing bulb and the fault of the outer pressure switch is kept firstly, and after the time T1, if the inner machine controller still displays the open-circuit fault, the prompt of the fault of the temperature sensing bulb is only carried out, otherwise, the prompt of the fault of the outer pressure switch is only carried out.
And the logic is shielded without judging the fault type for the operation mode of part of the system.
In this embodiment, the operation of prompting the fault of the outer bulb may include: the code corresponding to the outer bulb fault is displayed, which may be, for example, F2. detecting a mainboard fault by an air conditioner indoor unit (namely the air conditioner indoor unit), executing the mainboard fault by a controller in the indoor unit, acquiring the current working mode of the air conditioner when detecting the mainboard open-circuit fault, prompting an outdoor temperature sensing bulb (namely the outer temperature sensing bulb) and a high-voltage protection fault (namely an outer pressure switch fault) of the air conditioner when the current working mode of the air conditioner is a shutdown mode, and displaying F2 and E1; when the current working mode of the air conditioner is an air supply mode, the outdoor temperature sensing bulb of the air conditioner fails, but failure processing is not executed; and when the current working mode of the air conditioner is a starting mode and a compressor of the air conditioner is in a working state, prompting the fault of an outdoor temperature sensing bulb and pressure protection of the air conditioner, displaying F2, and after the preset time T1 is reached, prompting the fault of the outdoor temperature sensing bulb of the air conditioner if the open-circuit fault of the main board still exists, otherwise, prompting the fault of high-voltage protection, and displaying E1.
According to the air conditioner fault prompting method, the outer side temperature sensing bulb and the outer side pressure switch of the air conditioner are connected in series, fault information of the outer side temperature sensing bulb and the outer side pressure switch is processed together through the controller of the air conditioner internal unit, the problem that engineering wiring is complicated due to independent control of the outer side temperature sensing bulb and the outer side pressure switch can be effectively solved, the risk of wiring errors is avoided, and the stability of an air conditioning system is improved.
Example 2
The embodiment provides an air conditioner fault prompting device, which is applied to an air conditioner, fig. 3 is a block diagram of the device, and as shown in fig. 3, the device 30 includes the following components:

In another case, the second prompting module 32 of this embodiment may include: the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring the current working mode of the air conditioner when the open-circuit fault of the main board of the air conditioner is detected; and the second prompting unit is used for prompting the fault of the outer temperature sensing bulb when the air conditioner is currently in the air supply mode.
In another case, the second prompting module 32 of this embodiment may include: the third acquisition unit is used for acquiring the current working mode of the air conditioner when the open-circuit fault of the main board of the air conditioner is detected; the third prompting unit is used for prompting the fault of the outer temperature sensing bulb and the fault of the outer pressure switch if the air conditioner is in a starting mode at present and a compressor of the air conditioner is in a running state; and the fourth prompting unit is used for detecting whether an open circuit fault exists or not after a preset time period, prompting the fault of the external temperature sensing bulb if the open circuit fault exists, and prompting the fault of the outside pressure switch if the open circuit fault does not exist.
The first prompt module and the second prompt module prompt the fault of the outer temperature-sensing bulb by displaying a code corresponding to the fault of the outer temperature-sensing bulb; and the second prompting module prompts the fault of the outer side pressure switch by displaying a code corresponding to the fault of the outer side pressure switch.
