一种便于维修的太阳能路灯,包括安装在路面上的基座、固定连接在基座上部的路灯杆体、滑动地套设在路灯杆体外部的升降套筒,所述基座和路灯杆体均为中空的管状结构,在基座内部的空腔中固定设置有卷扬机,卷扬机驱动的滚筒上绕设有绳索,绳索的自由端向上穿过路灯杆体后与升降套筒外部的左侧连接,所述升降套筒外部的右侧固定连接水平向右延伸的横梁,所述横梁的右端下部固定连接有灯体;横梁的右端上部固定连接有承载箱体,所述承载箱体中装配有蓄电池组和太阳能控制器,在承载箱体上部固定安装有太阳能板。该路灯具有升降功能,能便于对太阳能组件及灯体的维修工作,能提高路灯的维修效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种便于维修的太阳能路灯。
背景技术
现有的太阳能路灯的灯杆高度较高,在对太阳能组件、蓄电池池或灯体进行维修过程需要大型的升高设备的辅助,不仅不便于维修,而且维修成本较镐,进而导致了在太阳能路灯损坏后,不能及时进行维修工作。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种便于维修的太阳能路灯,该路灯具有升降功能,能便于对太阳能组件及灯体的维修工作,能提高路灯的维修效率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种便于维修的太阳能路灯,包括安装在路面上的基座、固定连接在基座上部的路灯杆体、滑动地套设在路灯杆体外部的升降套筒,所述基座和路灯杆体均为中空的管状结构,在基座内部的空腔中固定设置有卷扬机,卷扬机驱动的滚筒上绕设有绳索,绳索的自由端向上穿过路灯杆体后与升降套筒外部的左侧连接,所述升降套筒外部的右侧固定连接水平向右延伸的横梁,所述横梁的右端下部固定连接有灯体;
横梁的右端上部固定连接有承载箱体,所述承载箱体中装配有蓄电池组和太阳能控制器,在承载箱体上部固定安装有太阳能板。
为了便于维修,所述基座的中部设置有弧形的维修门。
为了避免产生径向滑动,所述路灯杆体的右侧设置有纵向延伸的凹槽,所述升降套筒的内侧壁上固定连接有滑动设置于凹槽中的滑块。
为了减少摩擦力,所述路灯杆体顶部的左侧固定连接有导向轮,所述导向轮的中部设置有环形凹槽,所述绳索绕设于环形凹槽中。
本发明通过卷扬机带动升降套筒在路灯杆体的外部滑动,能带动横梁上下位置的调节,当升降套筒位于路灯杆体顶部时,灯体即能处于正常工作位置。当需要对路灯或太阳能组件进行维修时,使升降套筒下滑到基座附近,即可以对灯体或太阳能组件进行维修或维护操作。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种便于维修的太阳能路灯,包括安装在路面上的基座1、固定连接在基座1上部的路灯杆体2、滑动地套设在路灯杆体2外部的升降套筒3,所述基座1和路灯杆体2均为中空的管状结构,在基座1内部的空腔中固定设置有卷扬机4,卷扬机4驱动的滚筒上绕设有绳索5,绳索5的自由端向上穿过路灯杆体2后与升降套筒3外部的左侧连接,所述升降套筒3外部的右侧固定连接水平向右延伸的横梁6,所述横梁6的右端下部固定连接有灯体7;
横梁6的右端上部固定连接有承载箱体8,所述承载箱体8中装配有蓄电池组10和太阳能控制器11,在承载箱体8上部固定安装有太阳能板9。蓄电池组10通过太阳能控制器11与太阳能板9连接,太阳能控制器11还与灯体7连接。
所述基座1的中部设置有弧形的维修门。
所述路灯杆体2的右侧设置有纵向延伸的凹槽12,所述升降套筒3的内侧壁上固定连接有滑动设置于凹槽12中的滑块。
所述路灯杆体2顶部的左侧固定连接有导向轮13,所述导向轮13的中部设置有环形凹槽12,所述绳索5绕设于环形凹槽12中。

1.一种便于维修的太阳能路灯,包括安装在路面上的基座、固定连接在基座上部的路灯杆体,其特征在于,还包括滑动地套设在路灯杆体外部的升降套筒,所述基座和路灯杆体均为中空的管状结构,在基座内部的空腔中固定设置有卷扬机,卷扬机驱动的滚筒上绕设有绳索,绳索的自由端向上穿过路灯杆体后与升降套筒外部的左侧连接,所述升降套筒外部的右侧固定连接水平向右延伸的横梁,所述横梁的右端下部固定连接有灯体;
横梁的右端上部固定连接有承载箱体,所述承载箱体中装配有蓄电池组和太阳能控制器,在承载箱体上部固定安装有太阳能板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于维修的太阳能路灯,其特征在于,所述基座的中部设置有弧形的维修门。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种便于维修的太阳能路灯,其特征在于,所述路灯杆体的右侧设置有纵向延伸的凹槽,所述升降套筒的内侧壁上固定连接有滑动设置于凹槽中的滑块。
