Abstract
本发明涉及一种低温液化车用燃料罐车操作箱截止阀与管道连接堵漏弯头,包括管夹上盖和管夹下盖,管夹上盖和管夹下盖相互匹配抱合连接且内部形成容纳截止阀与管道弯头连接的腔道,管夹上盖和管夹下盖的相对抵触面之间、腔道内外两侧分别设有相互配合嵌套的止漏密封槽和止漏密封嵌块,止漏密封槽与止漏密封嵌块之间设有密封胶垫,管夹上盖上设有与腔道连通的注胶孔,注胶孔中安装注胶阀。本发明能够对液化天然气罐车操作箱内部截止阀与管道的弯头连接处进行有效密封防漏。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于阀门与管道连接堵漏的技术领域,特别是涉及一种低温液化车用燃料罐车操作箱截止阀与管道连接堵漏弯头。
背景技术
能源是人类社会存在的基石和发展的动力。随着社会经济的发展,面对着化石燃料能源枯竭的挑战,世界各国纷纷关注新能源的开发,其中天然气以其清洁、无污染、效率高等诸多优点而受到青睐。目前,天然气的主流储存方式有两种:高压气态储存和低温液态储存,液化石油气(LNG)罐车采用的是低温绝热的方式储存液态的天然气。
液化天然气(LNG)储运罐车是陆上运送LNG的主要移动储存设备,但由于LNG本身的物理特性,液化天然气(LNG)储运罐车行驶过程中泄漏事件时有发生,特别是操作箱内排列的输送管路、法兰、阀门等是液化天然气(LNG)储运罐车发生泄漏的高风险部位。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种低温液化车用燃料罐车操作箱截止阀与管道连接堵漏弯头,解决液化天然气罐车操作箱内部截止阀与管道弯头连接处的封堵防漏问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是提供一种低温液化车用燃料罐车操作箱截止阀与管道连接堵漏弯头,包括管夹上盖和管夹下盖,所述管夹上盖和管夹下盖相互匹配抱合连接且内部形成容纳截止阀与管道弯头连接的腔道,所述管夹上盖和管夹下盖的相对抵触面之间、腔道内外两侧分别设有相互配合嵌套的止漏密封槽和止漏密封嵌块,所述止漏密封槽与止漏密封嵌块之间设有密封胶垫,所述管夹上盖上设有与腔道连通的注胶孔,所述注胶孔中安装注胶阀。
所述管夹上盖和管夹下盖内外侧分别设置为相互对应的法兰盘,所述法兰盘开有螺栓孔,所述管夹上盖和管夹下盖之间通过连接螺栓穿过螺栓孔进行抱合连接锁紧。
所述止漏密封嵌块分别沿腔道的内沿和外沿设置在管夹上盖上,所述止漏密封槽分别沿腔道的内沿和外沿设置在管夹下盖上。
所述注胶孔设置为两个,两个注胶孔分别设置于腔道的近两端端部位置。
所述腔道呈倒圆角的直角弯道腔体结构。
有益效果
第一,本发明能够装套于截止阀与管道的弯头连接处,管夹上盖与管夹下盖之间通过止漏密封槽和止漏密封嵌块嵌套装配并安装密封胶垫,能够对腔道的径向进行密封达到防漏效果。
第二,本发明在使用时能够对夹套于腔道内部的截止阀与管道的弯头连接处进行注胶密封,能够有效防止该弯头连接位置泄露的发生。

具体实施方式

如图1和图2所示的一种低温液化车用燃料罐车操作箱截止阀与管道连接堵漏弯头,包括管夹上盖1和管夹下盖2。
管夹上盖1的结构如图3所示,管夹下盖2的结构如图4所示,管夹上盖1和管夹下盖2相互匹配抱合且内部形成容纳截止阀与管道弯头连接的腔道3。管夹上盖1和管夹下盖2内外侧分别设置为相互对应的法兰盘,法兰盘开有螺栓孔8,管夹上盖1和管夹下盖2之间通过连接螺栓9穿过螺栓孔8进行抱合连接锁紧。管夹上盖1和管夹下盖2之间形成的腔道3呈倒圆角的直角弯道腔体结构。
管夹上盖1和管夹下盖2的相对抵触面之间、腔道3内外两侧分别设有相互配合嵌套的止漏密封槽4和止漏密封嵌块5,止漏密封嵌块5分别沿腔道3的内沿和外沿设置在管夹上盖1上,止漏密封槽4分别沿腔道3的内沿和外沿设置在管夹下盖2上。止漏密封槽4与止漏密封嵌块5之间设有密封胶垫,能够对腔道3的径向进行密封达到防漏效果。
管夹上盖1上设有两个与腔道3连通的注胶孔6,两个注胶孔6分别设置于腔道3的近两端端部位置,注胶孔6中安装注胶阀7。使用时,打开注胶阀7通过注胶孔6能够对夹套于腔道3内部的截止阀与管道的弯头连接处进行注胶密封,能够有效防止该弯头连接位置泄露的发生。

1.一种低温液化车用燃料罐车操作箱截止阀与管道连接堵漏弯头,包括管夹上盖(1)和管夹下盖(2),其特征在于:所述管夹上盖(1)和管夹下盖(2)相互匹配抱合连接且内部形成容纳截止阀与管道弯头连接的腔道(3),所述管夹上盖(1)和管夹下盖(2)的相对抵触面之间、腔道(3)内外两侧分别设有相互配合嵌套的止漏密封槽(4)和止漏密封嵌块(5),所述止漏密封槽(4)与止漏密封嵌块(5)之间设有密封胶垫,所述管夹上盖(1)上设有与腔道(3)连通的注胶孔(6),所述注胶孔(6)中安装注胶阀(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温液化车用燃料罐车操作箱截止阀与管道连接堵漏弯头,其特征在于:所述管夹上盖(1)和管夹下盖(2)内外侧分别设置为相互对应的法兰盘,所述法兰盘开有螺栓孔(8),所述管夹上盖(1)和管夹下盖(2)之间通过连接螺栓(9)穿过螺栓孔(8)进行抱合连接锁紧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温液化车用燃料罐车操作箱截止阀与管道连接堵漏弯头,其特征在于:所述止漏密封嵌块(5)分别沿腔道(3)的内沿和外沿设置在管夹上盖(1)上,所述止漏密封槽(4)分别沿腔道(3)的内沿和外沿设置在管夹下盖(2)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温液化车用燃料罐车操作箱截止阀与管道连接堵漏弯头,其特征在于:所述注胶孔(6)设置为两个,两个注胶孔(6)分别设置于腔道(3)的近两端端部位置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温液化车用燃料罐车操作箱截止阀与管道连接堵漏弯头,其特征在于:所述腔道(3)呈倒圆角的直角弯道腔体结构。
