Abstract
本发明公开了一种齿轮涂润滑油工艺。该工艺包括以下步骤:在齿轮中间设置一个细孔,将细杆穿过多个齿轮中间的细孔,形成齿轮串,待用;将润滑油均匀地铺满油盘;以机械方式或者手持方式持所述齿轮串细杆的两端,把串起的齿轮压在油盘中;步骤(3)完成后,推动细杆,使润滑油均匀地粘于齿轮的正反面。该工艺可以使润滑油能够均匀地涂抹到齿轮上去,能有效地控制润滑油的使用量,从而达到降低噪音,提高产品合格率的效果。

技术领域
本发明属于齿轮润滑技术领域,具体涉及一种齿轮涂润滑油工艺。
背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型机械上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体润滑剂,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。齿轮是机械传动的重要部件,在机器人的生产制造过程中,机器人中的传动齿轮组装前需要涂抹润滑油。现有的齿轮涂抹润滑油过程是,工人持油刷把润滑油涂于齿轮之上。润滑油涂少了,有噪音;涂多了,会溢出且浪费;是否涂抹均匀全靠工人操作的手感。在实际生产过程中,润滑油的涂抹已经较为严重地影响了生产品质和效率,极大地困扰了生产厂家。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于,提供一种齿轮涂润滑油工艺,使润滑油能够均匀地涂抹在齿轮之上。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
所述齿轮涂润滑油工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)在齿轮中间设置一个细孔,将细杆穿过多个齿轮中间的细孔,形成齿轮串,待用;
(2)将润滑油均匀地铺满油盘;
(3)以机械方式或者手持方式持所述齿轮串细杆的两端,把串起的齿轮压在油盘中;
(4)步骤(3)完成后,来回推动细杆,使润滑油均匀地粘于齿轮的正反面。
其中,上述齿轮涂润滑油工艺,步骤(1)中所述细孔与细杆的尺寸以恰好匹配为佳。
其中,上述齿轮涂润滑油工艺,步骤(2)中所述油盘为平底盘。
其中,上述齿轮涂润滑油工艺,步骤(2)中,所述润滑油在油盘中平铺的厚度为0.5~5cm,优选厚度为1~3cm。
其中,上述齿轮涂润滑油工艺,步骤(2)中,所述润滑油的组分为:基础油170~180份、硼酸脂11~13份、苯乙烯化苯酚8~10份、聚二甲基硅氧烷13~15份、十二烷基磺酸钠1~3份、硬脂酸锌0.5~1.0份、单乙醇胺2~3份、琥珀酰亚胺2~8份、双丁亚酰二胺3-9份、疏水二氧化硅1~2份、纳米氧化铝5~10份和纳米二氧化钛5~8份。
其中,上述齿轮涂润滑油工艺,步骤(2)中所述的润滑油中,所述基础油为IV类基础油PAO10和聚醚N220组成的混合物。
其中,上述齿轮涂润滑油工艺,步骤(4)中所述的推动为单向推动。
本发明的有益效果是:
本申请通过齿轮滚动,均匀粘上本申请提供的特定润滑油,能够控制润滑油的用量(润滑油用量仅为现有技术用量的20~30%),一致性和均匀度非常高。一次性可对多个齿轮进行涂油,生产效率提高很多。操作简单,效果好,极大地改善了生产品质。

下文将结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做更进一步的详细说明。下列实施例仅为示例性地说明和解释本发明,而不应被解释为对本发明保护范围的限制。凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均涵盖在本发明旨在保护的范围内。
除非另有说明,以下实施例中使用的原料和试剂均为市售商品,或者可以通过已知方法制备。
实施例1
齿轮涂润滑油工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)在齿轮中间设置一个细孔,将细杆穿过多个齿轮中间的细孔,形成齿轮串,待用;细孔与细杆的尺寸以恰好匹配为佳;
(2)将润滑油均匀地铺满平底盘,润滑油在油盘中平铺的厚度为1~2cm;
润滑油的组分为:基础油(基础油为IV类基础油PAO10和聚醚N220组成的混合物)180份、硼酸脂12份、苯乙烯化苯酚10份、聚二甲基硅氧烷15份、十二烷基磺酸钠2份、硬脂酸锌0.8份、单乙醇胺3份、琥珀酰亚胺6份、双丁亚酰二胺8份、疏水二氧化硅1.5份、纳米氧化铝6份和纳米二氧化钛8份;
(3)以手持方式持齿轮串细杆的两端,把串起的齿轮压在油盘中;
(4)步骤(3)完成后,来回推动细杆,使润滑油均匀地粘于齿轮的正反面。
本实施例中润滑油用量仅为现有技术用量的21%。
实施例2
齿轮涂润滑油工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)在齿轮中间设置一个细孔,将细杆穿过多个齿轮中间的细孔,形成齿轮串,待用;细孔与细杆的尺寸以恰好匹配为佳;
(2)将润滑油均匀地铺满平底盘,润滑油在油盘中平铺的厚度为1~2cm;
润滑油的组分为:基础油(基础油为IV类基础油PAO10和聚醚N220组成的混合物)176份、硼酸脂12份、苯乙烯化苯酚8份、聚二甲基硅氧烷14份、十二烷基磺酸钠1份、硬脂酸锌0.6份、单乙醇胺2.4份、琥珀酰亚胺4份、双丁亚酰二胺6份、疏水二氧化硅2份、纳米氧化铝8份和纳米二氧化钛6份;
(3)以手持方式持齿轮串细杆的两端,把串起的齿轮压在油盘中;
(4)步骤(3)完成后,来回推动细杆,使润滑油均匀地粘于齿轮的正反面。
本实施例中润滑油用量仅为现有技术用量的23%。
实施例3
齿轮涂润滑油工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)在齿轮中间设置一个细孔,将细杆穿过多个齿轮中间的细孔,形成齿轮串,待用;细孔与细杆的尺寸以恰好匹配为佳;
(2)将润滑油均匀地铺满平底盘,润滑油在油盘中平铺的厚度为1~2cm;
润滑油的组分为:基础油(基础油为IV类基础油PAO10和聚醚N220组成的混合物)172份、硼酸脂11份、苯乙烯化苯酚10份、聚二甲基硅氧烷13份、十二烷基磺酸钠2份、硬脂酸锌0.8份、单乙醇胺2.2份、琥珀酰亚胺4份、双丁亚酰二胺9份、疏水二氧化硅2份、纳米氧化铝5份和纳米二氧化钛6份;
(3)以手持方式持齿轮串细杆的两端,把串起的齿轮压在油盘中;
(4)步骤(3)完成后,来回推动细杆,使润滑油均匀地粘于齿轮的正反面。
本实施例中润滑油用量仅为现有技术用量的26%。

Claims (7)
1.一种齿轮涂润滑油工艺,其特征在于,该工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)在齿轮中间设置一个细孔,将细杆穿过多个齿轮中间的细孔,形成齿轮串,待用;
(2)将润滑油均匀地铺满油盘;
(3)以机械方式或者手持方式持所述齿轮串细杆的两端,把串起的齿轮压在油盘中;
(4)步骤(3)完成后,推动细杆,使润滑油均匀地粘于齿轮的正反面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮涂润滑油工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述细孔与细杆的尺寸以恰好匹配为佳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮涂润滑油工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述油盘为平底盘。
4.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮涂润滑油工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述润滑油在油盘中平铺的厚度为0.5~5cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮涂润滑油工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述润滑油的组分为:基础油170~180份、硼酸脂11~13份、苯乙烯化苯酚8~10份、聚二甲基硅氧烷13~15份、十二烷基磺酸钠1~3份、硬脂酸锌0.5~1.0份、单乙醇胺2~3份、琥珀酰亚胺2~8份、双丁亚酰二胺3-9份、疏水二氧化硅1~2份、纳米氧化铝5~10份和纳米二氧化钛5~8份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮涂润滑油工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的润滑油中,所述基础油为IV类基础油PAO10和聚醚N220组成的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮涂润滑油工艺,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述的推动为单向推动。
