本发明公开了一种嵌入式防撞缓冲装置,所述防撞缓冲装置包括防撞器和缓冲面板,所述缓冲面板和防撞缓冲器通过连杆相连,所述防撞缓冲器上装有距离传感器,所述缓冲面板上设置有防撞缓冲带,本发明结构设计合理,当防撞面板上的距离感应装置测得汽车与墙体距离在危险区间内,发出预警信号,连杆立即开始工作把位于墙体的防撞缓冲板推出,起到防撞缓冲的作用。

本发明涉及缓冲装置,尤其是涉及嵌入式防撞缓冲器。
背景技术
传统的墙体不设置有防撞缓冲器,一旦出现意外墙体与车发生撞击,对车和墙体都会造成比较大的破坏。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述提出到的墙体不设置有防撞缓冲装置的问题,为此提供了一种嵌入式防撞缓冲器,包括防撞面板和缓冲装置,缓冲装置通过嵌入式的方法安装于墙体。
作为优选,所述防撞缓冲器上设置有距离感应器。
作为优选,所述防撞缓冲器嵌入式安装在墙体内。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构设计合理,当防撞面板上的距离感应装置测得汽车与墙体距离在危险区间内,发出预警信号,连杆立即开始工作把位于墙体的防撞缓冲板推出,起到防撞缓冲的作用。

如图1所示的一种嵌入式防撞缓冲器,包括防撞缓冲装置6和防撞面板4,所述防撞面板4和防撞缓冲装置6通过连杆3相互连接,所述防撞面板4上设置有防撞缓冲带5用于增强缓冲效果,所述防撞缓冲装置6上设置有距离感应器2用于感应车到墙体的距离,所述连杆3和距离感应器2互相关联。
在使用过程中,防撞缓冲装置6上设置的距离感应器2处于监测距离状态,一旦车与墙体距离在警戒范围内,距离感应器2立刻发出警报,使得和距离感应器相关联的连杆3将嵌入墙体1的防撞面板4推出,设置于防撞面板4上的防撞缓冲带5可以增强防撞缓冲效果。

Claims (4)

1.一种嵌入式防撞缓冲装置,其特征在于,包括嵌入墙体(1)的防撞缓冲器(6)和缓冲面板(4),所述缓冲面板(4)前端设置有防撞缓冲带(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式防撞缓冲装置,其特征在于,所述缓冲面板(4)通过连杆(3)与防撞缓冲器(6)相互连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式防撞缓冲装置,其特征在于,所述防撞缓冲器(6)上设置有距离感应器(2)。
4.据权利要求3所述的嵌入式防撞缓冲装置,其特征在于,所述距离感应器(2)和连杆(3)相互关联。
