本发明公开了一种自清洁羊毛面料的制备工艺,包括羊毛面料预处理和溶胶处理两步骤。该自清洁羊毛面料的制备工艺采用多元烯酸作为预处理剂,进一步优选的二元烯酸酸性较柠檬酸弱,预处理前后的面料颜色变化小,多元烯酸能与羊毛纤维发生酯化交联,生成新的酯基和肽键,提高织物对纳米二氧化钛和二氧化硅颗粒的吸附,织物获得自清洁性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料织造技术领域,具体涉及一种自清洁羊毛面料的制备工艺。
背景技术
纯毛面料色泽自然柔和、保暖效果好、是制作高档西服和大衣的首选面料。冬季大衣面料蓬松柔软,粘上污渍之后清洗繁琐,高档大衣多采用干洗方法。现有技术中面料自清洁的改性要是将TiO2溶胶及其掺杂物应用于普通的未经过防缩后整理的羊毛织物,来进行自清洁整理研究。经过自清洁整理后的普通羊毛织物具有自清洁能力,在一定时间的阳光或者紫外光照射下附着在织物表面的有机污渍可被分解消失。在无人力和水的情况下完成污渍清洁过程,可大大节约了人力和水资源,非常环保高效。
影响纳米二氧化钛催化效率的因素主要包括纳米二氧化钛颗粒的大小、纤维表面纳米二氧化钛的附着量、照射光强。现有技术中采用丁烷四羧酸或柠檬酸作为交联剂,能提高纤维表面纳米二氧化钛的附着量,但经过多元羧酸预处理的面料颜色发生改变,直接导致自清洁处理前后的面料存在色差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种自清洁羊毛面料的制备工艺,经过富马酸预处理的面料颜色变化小,自清洁处理前后的面料不存在明显色差。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种自清洁羊毛面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:采用去离子水洗净羊毛面料,然后将羊毛面料浸渍于多元烯酸水溶液中预处理60~90min,取出烘干,再经水洗烘干;
S2:将S1所得羊毛面料浸渍与二氧化钛-二氧化硅溶胶中20~30min,轧液至带液率80~100%,80~90℃下预烘4~5min,120~130℃下焙烘2~3min,所得面料置于废水中沸水浴20~30min,轧液至带液率80~100%,120~130℃下再次焙烘2~3min,最后置于50~60℃环境下烘干,得到自清洁羊毛面料成品。
优选的技术方案为,多元烯酸为选自己二烯二酸、反丁烯二酸、顺丁烯二酸和戊烯二酸中的一种或两种以上的组合。
优选的技术方案为,多元烯酸水溶液中多元烯酸的浓度为60~80g/L。
优选的技术方案为,二氧化钛-二氧化硅溶胶中二氧化钛与二氧化硅的摩尔比为(1~1.1):1。
优选的技术方案为,多元烯酸水溶液还包含添加剂,添加剂为次磷酸钠和/或尿素,多元烯酸水溶液中添加剂的重量百分比为0.5~2%。

实施例1
实施例1自清洁羊毛面料的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:采用去离子水洗净羊毛面料,然后将羊毛面料浸渍于多元烯酸水溶液中预处理60min,取出烘干,再经水洗烘干;
S2:将S1所得羊毛面料浸渍与二氧化钛-二氧化硅溶胶中30min,轧液至带液率80%, 90℃下预烘4min, 130℃下焙烘2min,所得面料置于废水中沸水浴30min,轧液至带液率80%,130℃下再次焙烘2min,最后置于60℃环境下烘干,得到自清洁羊毛面料成品。
多元烯酸为己二烯二酸。
多元烯酸水溶液中多元烯酸的浓度为80g/L。
二氧化钛-二氧化硅溶胶中二氧化钛与二氧化硅的摩尔比为1:1。
多元烯酸水溶液还包含添加剂,添加剂为尿素,多元烯酸水溶液中添加剂的重量百分比为0.5%。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1的区别在于:
S1:将羊毛面料浸渍于多元烯酸水溶液中预处理90min;
S2:将S1所得羊毛面料浸渍与二氧化钛-二氧化硅溶胶中20min,轧液至带液率100%,80℃下预烘5min,120℃下焙烘3min,所得面料置于废水中沸水浴20min,轧液至带液率100%,120℃下再次焙烘3min,最后置于50℃环境下烘干。
多元烯酸为顺丁烯二酸。
多元烯酸水溶液中多元烯酸的浓度为60g/L。
二氧化钛-二氧化硅溶胶中二氧化钛与二氧化硅的摩尔比为1.1:1。
多元烯酸水溶液还包含添加剂,添加剂为次磷酸钠,多元烯酸水溶液中添加剂的重量百分比为2%。
实施例3
实施例3与实施例2的区别在于,
S1:将羊毛面料浸渍于多元烯酸水溶液中预处理80min;
S2:将S1所得羊毛面料浸渍与二氧化钛-二氧化硅溶胶中25min,轧液至带液率90%,85℃下预烘4.5min,125℃下焙烘2.5min,所得面料置于废水中沸水浴25min,轧液至带液率90%,125℃下再次焙烘2.5min,最后置于55℃环境下烘干。
多元烯酸为戊烯二酸。
多元烯酸水溶液中多元烯酸的浓度为70g/L。
二氧化钛-二氧化硅溶胶中二氧化钛与二氧化硅的摩尔比为1.05:1。
多元烯酸水溶液还包含添加剂,添加剂为次磷酸钠和尿素1:1混合而成,多元烯酸水溶液中添加剂的重量百分比为1.4%。
对比例
对比例基于实施例1,区别在于,多元烯酸采用柠檬酸替代,浓度相同。
使用 Datacolor650 电脑测色配色仪测试处理前后羊毛面料的颜色值,𝛥𝐸表示综合色差值,𝛥𝐿表示亮度差值,𝛥𝑎表示红绿光差值,𝛥𝑏表示黄蓝光差值。𝛥𝐸=(𝛥𝐿2+𝛥𝑎2+𝛥𝑏2)1/2实施例处理前后羊毛面料的色差小于3,织物的色差变化肉眼不可辨识,而对比例的𝛥𝐸已经超过3为3.25,此时织物颜色已经有了肉眼可以识别的变化。

1.一种自清洁羊毛面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:采用去离子水洗净羊毛面料,然后将羊毛面料浸渍于多元烯酸水溶液中预处理60~90min,取出烘干,再经水洗烘干;
S2:将S1所得羊毛面料浸渍与二氧化钛-二氧化硅溶胶中20~30min,轧液至带液率80~100%,80~90℃下预烘4~5min,120~130℃下焙烘2~3min,所得面料置于废水中沸水浴20~30min,轧液至带液率80~100%,120~130℃下再次焙烘2~3min,最后置于50~60℃环境下烘干,得到自清洁羊毛面料成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自清洁羊毛面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,多元烯酸为选自己二烯二酸、反丁烯二酸、顺丁烯二酸和戊烯二酸中的一种或两种以上的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自清洁羊毛面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,多元烯酸水溶液中多元烯酸的浓度为60~80g/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自清洁羊毛面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,二氧化钛-二氧化硅溶胶中二氧化钛与二氧化硅的摩尔比为(1~1.1):1。
