Abstract

本发明提供了一种高效节能环保助燃剂及汽油,助燃剂由甲醇和添加剂按质量比(3.76~4.56):1组成,高效节能环保汽油,由高效节能环保助燃剂与汽油按1:(1.44~1.63)的质量比组成。该高效节能环保汽油,其混合有高效节能环保助燃剂。通过助燃剂内的甲苯和丙酮以提高热值,使得汽油和甲醇稳定混合不分层。以过氧化氢催化、调节,从而起到加速乙醇和甲醇的氧化过程,令高效节能环保汽油在发动机燃烧室内爆燃所产生的温度范围只在800~850℃,这使参与反应的H+离子被氧化可以包裹住汽油中不参与氧化反应的杂质,避免其扬起而造成环境污染。通过助燃剂的催化调节,高效节能环保汽油能够实现节约能源约25~45%。

一种高效节能环保助燃剂及汽油
技术领域
本发明涉及燃料技术领域,特别涉及一种高效节能环保助燃剂,以及含有该高效节能环保助燃剂的汽油。
背景技术
甲醇是各地氨厂、化肥厂、炼油厂的副产品,而且也可以从煤炭和植物中提炼,来源广泛,价格便宜。甲醇汽油是将甲醇和汽油以一定比例混合而形成的一种车用燃料。在成品油里添加甲醇,制成车用混合燃料,可以在不改变发动机结构及参数的情况下替代成品油应用于各种发动机上,而且可以随时和成品油换用,灵活方便。
然而在业内一直无法定论如何调整甲醇在汽油中的含量比例以使其达到最优的燃烧效率,甲醇过少无法起到节能助燃的效果,过多又容易对发动机造成损害。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种高效节能环保助燃剂,其并非采用甲醇单一组分,而是通过复合组分实现助燃,能够令甲醇汽油在发动机燃烧室内产生烈变,提高能源的利用率,使得排出的气体中的有害物质大幅减少,实现节能减排的目的。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种高效节能环保助燃剂,由甲醇和添加剂按质量比(3.76~4.56):1组成;所述添加剂由以下质量百分配比组成:
甲苯 39~41%
丙酮 39~41%
乙醇 18~20%
过氧化氢 0.95~1.05%。
进一步,所述甲苯的纯度为99.9%,所述丙酮的纯度为99.9%,所述乙醇的纯度为95.0%,所述过氧化氢的纯度为27.5%。
同时,本发明还公开了一种高效节能环保汽油,其含有上述的高效节能环保助燃剂,所述高效节能环保助燃剂与汽油的质量比为1:(1.44~1.63)。
本发明公开的高效节能环保汽油,其混合有高效节能环保助燃剂。通过助燃剂内的甲苯和丙酮以提高热值,使得汽油和甲醇稳定混合不分层。以过氧化氢催化、调节,从而起到加速乙醇和甲醇的氧化过程,令高效节能环保汽油在发动机燃烧室内爆燃所产生的温度范围只在800~850℃,是裂变的最佳点,此时不会产生氮氧化合物,同时也使得参与反应的H+离子被氧化可以包裹住汽油中不参与氧化反应的杂质,避免其扬起而造成环境污染。通过助燃剂的催化调节,高效节能环保汽油能够实现节约能源约25~45%。

一种高效节能环保助燃剂,按质量百分比计,甲醇占比80%,添加剂占比20%组成;所述添加剂由以下组分组成:

一种高效节能环保助燃剂,按质量百分比计,甲醇占比82%,添加剂占比18%组成;所述添加剂由以下组分组成:

实施例3
一种高效节能环保助燃剂,按质量百分比计,甲醇占比79%,添加剂占比21%组成;所述添加剂由以下组分组成:

实施例4
一种高效节能环保汽油,按质量百分比计,由汽油60%和实施例1制得的高效节能环保助燃剂40%组成。经检测,其研究法辛烷值(RON)为101.4,硫含量5.96 mg/kg,芳烃含量(v/v)2.1%,烯烃含量(v/v)1.6%。
实施例5
一种高效节能环保汽油,按质量百分比计,由汽油62%和实施例2制得的高效节能环保助燃剂38%组成。经检测,其研究法辛烷值(RON)为101.1,硫含量6.07 mg/kg,芳烃含量(v/v)2.9%,烯烃含量(v/v)2.1%。
实施例6
一种高效节能环保汽油,按质量百分比计,由汽油59%和实施例3制得的高效节能环保助燃剂41%组成。经检测,其研究法辛烷值(RON)为101.9,硫含量5.90 mg/kg,芳烃含量(v/v)2.1,烯烃含量(v/v)1.8%。
而根据国五、国六汽油标准,国五、国六汽油硫含量是10 mg/kg,国五芳烃含量是(v/v)40%,国六芳烃含量(v/v)35%,国五烯烃含量是(v/v)24%,国六烯烃含量是(v/v)18%。可见实施例4、5、6制得的高效节能环保汽油就上述各项技术指标而言是达到或超过国标汽油标准的。同时其抗爆性、稳定性好,研究法辛烷值(RON)高,节能效果明显,在高压缩比发动机上油耗比国家标准汽油节约25~45%,且尾气排放的有害物也显著下降35%~60%。
国标汽油在燃烧室爆燃时所产生的温度在870~920℃的范围,其正是产生氮氧化合物最严重的温度区间。而上述实施例制得的高效节能环保汽油在燃烧室爆燃时所产生的温度范围是800~850℃,不会与产生严重的氮氧化合物的温度区间重叠,所以在保证了动力强度的同时,还避免了有害气体的产生,符合高效、节能、环保的要求。
以上对本发明的较佳实施方式进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出种种的等同变型或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

1.一种高效节能环保助燃剂,其特征在于,由甲醇和添加剂按质量比(3.76~4.56):1组成;所述添加剂由以下质量百分配比组成:
甲苯 39~41%
丙酮 39~41%
乙醇 18~20%
过氧化氢 0.95~1.05%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效节能环保助燃剂,其特征在于,所述甲苯的纯度为99.9%,所述丙酮的纯度为99.9%,所述乙醇的纯度为95.0%,所述过氧化氢的纯度为27.5%。
3.一种高效节能环保汽油,其特征在于,含有汽油,以及如权利要求1或2所述的高效节能环保助燃剂,所述高效节能环保助燃剂与汽油的质量比为1:(1.44~1.63)。
