目前,用重油和原油作燃料时,会发生不完全燃烧,产生大量的黑烟,这不仅造成油资源的浪费,也对环境造成污染,如何使燃油燃烧完全,提高能源有效利用率,减少燃油污染,这是目前迫切需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种既能使燃油充分燃烧,又能降低燃油黑烟和硫、氮氧化物排放的环保节能新产品。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下设计方案:一种重油掺水催化剂,它是由混合型活性剂、引发剂、稳定剂和高能催化剂组成,其各组分的重量百分比为混合型活性剂78%,稳定剂12%,引发剂3%,高能催化剂7%。
所述的混合型活性剂含山梨醇酐单油酸酯40%,山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯6%,山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯聚氧乙烯醚6%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚21%,甘油单硬酸酯1%,石油磺酸钠4%;所述的稳定剂含三乙醇胺4%,不饱和脂肪酸多元醇酯6%,氯化十八烷基三甲基铵2%;所述的引发剂含四氢呋喃0.8%,乙酰丙铜1%,四聚乙醛1.2%;所述的高能催化剂含二茂铁0.8%,高锰酸钾0.2%,改质环烷酸锌3%,改质环烷酸钡3%;这种新产品,能使重油掺水38-46%;重油掺水后油水互溶,长期存放不分层、性能稳定,热值高、燃烧好、火力壮,不仅能提高锅炉热效率,而且还能降低燃油污染,节油率能达到30-40%。
本发明主要由混合型活性剂、稳定剂、引发剂和高能催化剂组成,其中各组分的作用为:混合型表面活性剂,能降低油水间的表面张力,使油水乳化,融为一体;稳定剂能使油水紧密连在一起永不分离;引发剂能使高温油内的水急剧膨胀,加速油包水微粒爆炸,产生二次雾化,使油变得更细更均匀地与空气混合,达到完全燃烧,催化剂能加速水蒸汽和油中的碳在高温下发生分解化合反应,生成氢气、氧气和甲烷,参与和帮助燃烧,掺水重油的燃烧热值,不仅有重油的燃烧热量,而且也有掺水在高温下与油中的碳发生化学反应所生成的新燃料的能量,因此,掺水重油催化剂能使燃油节约30-40%,同时燃油的充分燃烧也降低了硫氮氧化物的排放,有利于降低污染,保护环境。
本发明中的混合型表面活性剂为:山梨醇酐单油酸酯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯聚氧乙烯醚烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甘油单硬酸酯、石油磺酸钠;本发明中稳定剂为:三乙醇胺、不饱和脂肪酸多元醇脂,氯化十八烷基三甲基铵;本发明中的引发剂为:四氢呋喃、乙酰丙酮、四聚乙醛;本发明中的催化剂为:二茂铁、高锰酸钾、改质环烷酸锌,改质环烷酸钡。
本发明产品具有高稳定性、高分散能力、高热值,对国内外所有油区的重油和原油都具有良好的乳化性能。
使用本发明的掺水重油,可长期贮存,油水不分离、不沉淀,性能稳定;无毒、无味、无腐蚀、无污染。使用本发明,不仅能使燃油设备提高使用效率,延长使用寿命,降低油耗,提高热效率,而且减少烟尘污染,净化环境。
重油掺水催化剂的使用方法简单方便。在合成前、油和水分别加温到80℃,混合时加入本发明产品,边加热边高速搅拌,温度控制在95℃,搅拌时间在30分钟。油水合成比例为:油54-62,水38-46,本发明产品为0.2-0.3。
本发明的优点在于:
1、掺水率高,一般情况下掺水38-46%,都能获得良好的乳化效果。
2、本发明使掺水重油热值高,燃烧充分,可节油30-40%;3、掺水重油制作容易,性能稳定、长期存放不分层。
4、在炉内由于油包水微粒的急刷汽化,使重油与空气的接触更充分,燃烧更完全,可减少烟尘排放。
5、掺水重油粘度低,流动性好,性能稳定,能与普通重油任意混合。

1.一种重油掺水催化剂,其特征在于:它是由混合型活性剂、引发剂、稳定剂和高能催化剂组成,其各组分的重量百分比为混合型活性剂78%,稳定剂12%,引发剂3%,高能催化剂7%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的重油掺水催化剂,其特征在于:所述的混合型活性剂含山梨醇酐单油酸酯40%,山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯6%,山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯聚氧乙烯醚6%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚21%,甘油单硬酸酯1%,石油磺酸钠4%;所述的稳定剂含三乙醇胺4%,不饱和脂肪酸多元醇酯6%,氯化十八烷基三甲基铵2%;所述的引发剂含四氢呋喃0.8%,乙酰丙铜1%,四聚乙醛1.2%;所述的高能催化剂含二茂铁0.8%,高锰酸钾0.2%,改质环烷酸锌3%,改质环烷酸钡3%。
