Abstract

本发明涉及一种环保燃料添加剂及其制备方法。本发明提供的环保燃料添加剂,包括以下重量份组分:30份~50份三氧化二铝,40份~55份硫酸二甲酯,5份~15份还原黄GCN,3份~10份环己胺和15份~30份硝酸异辛酯。制备时,按配比称取上述各组分,混合在一起,制得环保燃料添加剂。本发明所述的环保燃料添加剂具有制备方法简单,环保效果好等优点。

一种环保燃料添加剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于新能源及环保节能技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保燃料添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
能源是人类赖以生存的重要物质基础。目前一方面世界能源的增长速度远不能满足经济发展和人类生活现代化的需要,另一方面能源消耗所产生的环境污染对人类的生存构成了严重的威胁,如何节约能源且能更环保的进行利用是能源利用急需解决的问题。
但目前的燃料油在燃烧时,存在环保问题严重的的问题,因此提供一款环保的产品具有重要意义。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供环保燃料添加剂及其制备方法,具有制备方法简单,环保效果好等优点。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:本发明提供了一种环保燃料添加剂,40~65份三氧化二铝,15~25份硫酸二甲酯,25~30份还原黄GCN,35~50份环己胺,5~15份硝酸异辛酯,25~50份聚丙烯酰胺,35~50份双硫醚。
本发明的有益效果是:发明人前期进行了大量的组分以及用量的筛选实验,意外的发现,本发明的技术方案通过合理的配比以及各组分的组合具有助燃效果好,燃烧产生的废气和有害气体少的有点,能够有效地提高环保效果。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步地,包括以下重量份组分:40份三氧化二铝,15份硫酸二甲酯,25份还原黄GCN,35份环己胺,5份硝酸异辛酯,25份聚丙烯酰胺,35份双硫醚。
进一步地包括以下重量份组分:55份三氧化二铝,20份硫酸二甲酯,28份还原黄GCN,45份环己胺,10份硝酸异辛酯,35份聚丙烯酰胺,40份双硫醚。
本发明还提供一种环保燃料添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:称取以下重量份的组分:30份~50份三氧化二铝,40份~55份硫酸二甲酯,5份~15份还原黄GCN,3份~10份环己胺和15份~30份硝酸异辛酯,将各组分混匀,得到环保燃料添加剂。
采用上述方案的有益效果是:助燃效果好,更加环保效,制备方法简单等优点。
进一步地,包括以下步骤:55份三氧化二铝,20份硫酸二甲酯,28份还原黄GCN,45份环己胺,10份硝酸异辛酯,35份聚丙烯酰胺,40份双硫醚,将各组分混匀,得到环保燃料添加剂。
采用上述方案的有益效果是:进一步地提高助燃效果,降低废弃排放量。

一种环保燃料添加剂,包括以下重量份组分:65份三氧化二铝,25份硫酸二甲酯,30份还原黄GCN,50份环己胺,15份硝酸异辛酯,25~50份聚丙烯酰胺,50份双硫醚。
对比例1
将对比例1中的三氧化二铝用等量的过氧化锌替换,其余均与实施例1相同。
对比例2
将对比例1中的硫酸二甲酯用等量的碳酸二甲酯,其余均与对比例1相同。
对比例3
将对比例1中三氧化二铝用等量的氯酸钾替换,其余均与对比例1相同。
效果测试
分别测定上述实施例及对比例制备的环保燃料添加剂添加到燃料油后的环保效率。环保燃料添加剂与燃料油的质量比为5%。加入环保燃料添加剂后的燃料油命名为环保燃料油。
测定环保燃料油的CO和烟尘的排放量,以及普通燃料油(即全部为柴油)的CO和烟尘的排放量。
CO的减排效率按照下面的公式计算:
CO的减排效率=(1~环保燃料油的产生CO的排放量/普通燃料油产生CO的排放量)*100/100。
烟尘的减排效率按照下面的公式计算:
烟尘的减排效率=(1~环保燃料油的产生烟尘的排放量/普通燃料油产生烟尘的排放量)*100/100。
测试结果如表1所示。

根据表1中的数据可以看出,本发明的技术方案在添加至汽油中形成环保燃料汽油燃烧后的一氧化碳减排率和烟尘的减排率有显著的提高,助燃效果更好,能够显著地提高柴油燃烧的环保效果。
本发明还提供了一种环保燃料添加剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:称取以下重量份的组分:30份~50份三氧化二铝,40份~55份硫酸二甲酯,5份~15份还原黄GCN,3份~10份环己胺和15份~30份硝酸异辛酯,将各组分混匀,得到环保燃料添加剂。
本发明提供的环保燃料添加剂的制备方法,操作简单,制备容易,适用于大批量的生产,市场应用前景广阔。

1.一种环保燃料添加剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:40~65份三氧化二铝,15~25份硫酸二甲酯,25~30份还原黄GCN,35~50份环己胺,5~15份硝酸异辛酯,25~50份聚丙烯酰胺,35~50份双硫醚。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种环保燃料添加剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:40份三氧化二铝,15份硫酸二甲酯,25份还原黄GCN,35份环己胺,5份硝酸异辛酯,25份聚丙烯酰胺,35份双硫醚。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种环保燃料添加剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:55份三氧化二铝,20份硫酸二甲酯,28份还原黄GCN,45份环己胺,10份硝酸异辛酯,35份聚丙烯酰胺,40份双硫醚。
4.一种环保燃料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:称取以下重量份的组分:40~65份三氧化二铝,15~25份硫酸二甲酯,25~30份还原黄GCN,35~50份环己胺,5~15份硝酸异辛酯,25~50份聚丙烯酰胺,35~50份双硫醚,将各组分混匀,得到环保燃料添加剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述环保燃料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:55份三氧化二铝,20份硫酸二甲酯,28份还原黄GCN,45份环己胺,10份硝酸异辛酯,35份聚丙烯酰胺,40份双硫醚,将各组分混匀,得到环保燃料添加剂。
