技术领域
本发明属于新能源及环保节能技术领域,尤其涉及一种环境友好型甲醇汽油。
背景技术
能源是人类赖以生存的重要物质基础。目前一方面世界能源的增长速度远不能满足经济发展和人类生活现代化的需要,另一方面能源消耗所产生的环境污染对人类的生存构成了严重的威胁,如何节约能源且能更环保的进行利用是能源利用急需解决的问题。
但目前的燃料油在燃烧时,存在环保问题严重等问题,因此提供一款环境友好型甲醇汽油具有重要意义。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供一种环境友好型甲醇汽油及其制备方法,具有制备方法简单、环保效果好等优点。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种环境友好型甲醇汽油,包括以下重量份的组分:环保甲醇汽油250-400重量份,油酸5-10重量份,铋粉末0.5-0.8重量份,异戊二烯0.2-0.5重量份,氧化镁3-5重量份。
本发明的有益效果是:发明人前期进行了大量的组分以及用量的筛选实验,意外的发现,本发明的技术方案通过合理的配比以及各组分的组合具有显著的环保效果、环境友好的性能。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,包括以下重量份的组分:环保甲醇汽油300重量份,油酸8重量份,铋粉末0.6重量份,异戊二烯0.4重量份,氧化镁4重量份。
进一步,环保甲醇汽油400重量份,油酸10重量份,铋粉末0.8重量份,异戊二烯0.5重量份,氧化镁5重量份。
进一步,环保甲醇汽油250重量份,油酸5重量份,铋粉末0.5重量份,异戊二烯0.2重量份,氧化镁3重量份。
进一步,其制备方法为,按配比称取各组分,一起混匀,制得环境友好型甲醇汽油。

一种环境友好型甲醇汽油,包括以下重量份的组分:
环保甲醇汽油250重量份,油酸5重量份,铋粉末0.5重量份,异戊二烯0.2重量份,氧化镁3重量份。其制备方法为,按配比称取各组分,一起混匀,制得环境友好型甲醇汽油。
对比例1
普通不含添加剂的甲醇汽油。
效果测试
分别测定上述实施例1-3制备的环境友好型甲醇汽油和对比例1中的甲醇汽油的环保效率。
分别测定环境友好型甲醇汽油的CO和烟尘的排放量,以及普通甲醇汽油的CO和烟尘的排放量。
CO的减排效率按照下面的公式计算:
CO的减排效率=(1-环境友好型甲醇汽油的产生CO的排放量/普通甲醇汽油产生CO的排放量)*100/100。
烟尘的减排效率按照下面的公式计算:
烟尘的减排效率=(1-环境友好型甲醇汽油的产生烟尘的排放量/普通甲醇汽油产生烟尘的排放量)*100/100。
测试结果如表1所示。

根据表1中的数据可以看出,本发明的技术方案具有很好的环保效果。
