本发明涉及一种低排放燃料添加剂及其制备方法。所述低排放燃料添加剂包括以下重量份组分:单硬脂酸甘油酯40‑65份,三乙酸甘油酯4‑12份,硫酸二甲酯15‑25份,环己胺35‑50,硝酸异辛酯5‑15份,丁酸异戊酯5‑10,聚丙烯酰胺25‑50份,甲基仲丁基醚35‑50份,甲基丙烯酰胺1‑9份。本发明提供的低排放燃料添加剂本发明提供的低排放燃料添加剂在添加到燃料中后,燃烧时能够显著降低CO、烟尘和NOX的排放率,使燃料充分燃烧,提高燃烧效率,节省燃料,减少成本,减排环保,且能够显著提高燃料燃烧后污染物的排放量,更加节能环保。

技术领域
本发明属于新能源及环保节能技术领域,尤其涉及一种低排放燃料添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
能源是人类赖以生存的重要物质基础。目前一方面世界能源的增长速度远不能满足经济发展和人类生活现代化的需要,另一方面能源消耗所产生的环境污染对人类的生存构成了严重的威胁,如何节约能源且能更环保的进行利用是能源利用急需解决的问题。石油作为一种不可再生资源,过度的开发和使用,特别在车用燃料上的使用,已经造成环境的严重污染,如果以目前的消耗速度计算在不久的将来石油资源会消耗殆尽。在目前的严峻形势下,如何节省汽油,减少汽油燃烧排放物对环境的污染,成为本领域的热点。
并且目前的燃料油在燃烧时,存在环保问题严重的的问题,因此提供一款环保的产品具有重要意义。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术所存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种污染物排放低,汽油燃烧效率高的低排放燃料添加剂。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种低排放燃料添加剂,包括以下重量份组分:单硬脂酸甘油酯40-65份,三乙酸甘油酯4-12份,硫酸二甲酯15-25份,环己胺35-50,硝酸异辛酯5-15份,丁酸异戊酯5-10,聚丙烯酰胺25-50份,甲基仲丁基醚35-50份,甲基丙烯酰胺1-9份。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步地,所述低排放燃料添加剂包括以下重量份组分:40份单硬脂酸甘油酯,4份三乙酸甘油酯,15份硫酸二甲酯,35份环己胺,15份硝酸异辛酯,5份丁酸异戊酯,25份聚丙烯酰胺,35份甲基仲丁基醚,1份甲基丙烯酰胺。
进一步地,所述低排放燃料添加剂包括以下重量份组分:65份单硬脂酸甘油酯,12份三乙酸甘油酯,20份硫酸二甲酯,50份环己胺,15份硝酸异辛酯,10份丁酸异戊酯,50份聚丙烯酰胺,50份甲基仲丁基醚,9份甲基丙烯酰胺。
进一步地,包括以下重量份组分:50份单硬脂酸甘油酯,8份三乙酸甘油酯,20份硫酸二甲酯,45份环己胺,10份硝酸异辛酯,8份丁酸异戊酯,40份聚丙烯酰胺,40份甲基仲丁基醚,5份甲基丙烯酰胺。
本发明还提供了一种低排放燃料添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:包括以下步骤:称取如下组分的:单硬脂酸甘油酯40-65份,三乙酸甘油酯4-12份,硫酸二甲酯15-25份,环己胺35-50,硝酸异辛酯5-15份,丁酸异戊酯5-10,聚丙烯酰胺25-50份,甲基仲丁基醚35-50份,甲基丙烯酰胺1-9份,并将各组分混合均匀,得到所述低排放燃料添加剂。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
本发明提供了一种低排放燃料添加剂,包括以下重量份组分:单硬脂酸甘油酯40-65份,三乙酸甘油酯4-12份,硫酸二甲酯15-25份,环己胺35-50,硝酸异辛酯5-15份,丁酸异戊酯5-10,聚丙烯酰胺25-50份,甲基仲丁基醚35-50份,甲基丙烯酰胺1-9份。
发明人前期进行了大量的组分以及用量的筛选实验,意外的发现,本发明的技术方案通过合理的配比以及各组分的组合具有助燃效果好、燃烧产生的废气和有害气体少的有点,能够有效地提高环保效果。
本发明的技术方案通过合理的配比以及各组分的组合,本发明的单硬脂酸甘油酯为分散剂,使不溶性物质在燃料中保持分散悬浮状态,以免在发动机的关键部位行成漆状沉积物,同时也能保证燃烧性能良好,降低排气量,减少污染。甲基仲丁基醚和丁酸异戊酯为抗爆剂,可以提高车用汽油的辛烷值,防止汽缸中的爆震现象,减少能耗。脂肪酸酯和丁酸异戊酯具有润滑的作用,起到良好的润滑作用,保护发动机设备,节约发动机燃油,同时也有利于燃料充分燃烧减少尾气排放量,同时也能够,能促使燃料迅速、完全地燃烧,提高热效率,从而降低油耗、减少燃烧室内的积炭和顶部活塞环的结焦。
下面通过具体的实施例来进行介绍。
实施例1
一种低排放燃料添加剂,包括以下重量份组分:40份单硬脂酸甘油酯,4份三乙酸甘油酯,15份硫酸二甲酯,35份环己胺,15份硝酸异辛酯,5份丁酸异戊酯,25份聚丙烯酰胺,35份甲基仲丁基醚,1份甲基丙烯酰胺。
实施例2
一种低排放燃料添加剂,包括以下重量份组分:65份单硬脂酸甘油酯,12份三乙酸甘油酯,20份硫酸二甲酯,50份环己胺,15份硝酸异辛酯,10份丁酸异戊酯,50份聚丙烯酰胺,50份甲基仲丁基醚,9份甲基丙烯酰胺。
实施例3
一种低排放燃料添加剂,包括以下重量份组分:50份单硬脂酸甘油酯,8份三乙酸甘油酯,20份硫酸二甲酯,45份环己胺,10份硝酸异辛酯,8份丁酸异戊酯,40份聚丙烯酰胺,40份甲基仲丁基醚,5份甲基丙烯酰胺。
对比例1
本对比例中没有添加单硬脂酸甘油酯和丁酸异戊酯,其余组分和配比均与实施例一中的技术方案相同。
效果测试
分别测定上述实施例及对比例制备的低排放燃料添加剂的性能进行技术检测:

根据表1中的数据可以看出,本发明提供的低排放燃料添加剂在添加到燃料中后,燃烧时能够显著降低CO、烟尘和NOX的排放率,使燃料充分燃烧,提高燃烧效率,节省燃料,减少成本,减排环保,且能够显著提高燃料燃烧后污染物的排放量,更加节能环保。
本发明还提供了一种低排放燃料添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:称取如下组分的:40份单硬脂酸甘油酯,4份三乙酸甘油酯,15份硫酸二甲酯,35份环己胺,15份硝酸异辛酯,5份丁酸异戊酯,25份聚丙烯酰胺,35份甲基仲丁基醚,1份甲基丙烯酰胺,并将各组分混合均匀,得到所述低排放燃料添加剂。

1.一种低排放燃料添加剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:单硬脂酸甘油酯40-65份,三乙酸甘油酯4-12份,硫酸二甲酯15-25份,环己胺35-50,硝酸异辛酯5-15份,丁酸异戊酯5-10,聚丙烯酰胺25-50份,甲基仲丁基醚35-50份,甲基丙烯酰胺1-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种低排放燃料添加剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:40份单硬脂酸甘油酯,4份三乙酸甘油酯,15份硫酸二甲酯,35份环己胺,15份硝酸异辛酯,5份丁酸异戊酯,25份聚丙烯酰胺,35份甲基仲丁基醚,1份甲基丙烯酰胺。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种低排放燃料添加剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:65份单硬脂酸甘油酯,12份三乙酸甘油酯,20份硫酸二甲酯,50份环己胺,15份硝酸异辛酯,10份丁酸异戊酯,50份聚丙烯酰胺,50份甲基仲丁基醚,9份甲基丙烯酰胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种低排放燃料添加剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:50份单硬脂酸甘油酯,8份三乙酸甘油酯,20份硫酸二甲酯,45份环己胺,10份硝酸异辛酯,8份丁酸异戊酯,40份聚丙烯酰胺,40份甲基仲丁基醚,5份甲基丙烯酰胺。
5.一种低排放燃料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:称取如下组分的:单硬脂酸甘油酯40-65份,三乙酸甘油酯4-12份,硫酸二甲酯15-25份,环己胺35-50,硝酸异辛酯5-15份,丁酸异戊酯5-10,聚丙烯酰胺25-50份,甲基仲丁基醚35-50份,甲基丙烯酰胺1-9份,并将各组分混合均匀,得到所述低排放燃料添加剂。
