本发明公开了一种耐重载、耐腐蚀的水性聚氨酯地坪涂料及制备方法。该水性聚氨酯地坪涂料包括甲、乙、丙三个组分,所述甲组分包括:多元醇、乳化剂、消泡剂、流平剂、水;所述乙组分包括:聚异氰酸酯;所述丙组分包括:白水泥、色粉、偏硅酸钠、减水剂、石英砂。其制备方法是先单独制备甲组分和丙组分,然后在使用时将甲、乙、丙三个组分混合。本发明的涂料低粘度、高固含、无溶剂挥发、干燥迅速、可重涂时间长,可以实现厚膜化,对涂装环境适应性强,从而满足各种工厂快速、环保的涂装要求。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种耐重载、耐腐蚀的水性聚氨酯地坪涂料及制备方法。
背景技术
现代工业对地坪提出了越来越严格的要求,如食品、医药等工业要求地坪不起灰、无有害挥发物、干净无尘;机械工业要求耐强烈的机械冲击、耐磨损、能长期经受叉车等车辆的辗轧,即使局部损坏也容易维修;机床、仪器仪表等工业车间地面常受到各种油类侵蚀渗漏,难以彻底清除,要求地坪耐油性好,化学工业则要求地坪能耐各种化学介质的腐蚀。此外,现代的车间和家庭地坪应该平坦、亮丽、色彩丰富,给人们创造一个良好的工作和生活环境。因此随着涂料技术的飞快发展,地坪涂料的存在就有了其必要性和必然性,不同的使用要求又导致了地坪涂料的多样性。人们对室内装修工程质量、观感和环保的要求越来越高,现代地坪要求防尘、防渗、耐蚀、抗压、耐洗等,环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂地坪漆因涂膜具有较好的物理机械性能和优异的耐化学品性能,而且平整光洁、装饰性强,可以满足现代工业地坪的要求,所以被广泛应用。
但传统的环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂地坪漆施工技术存在以下问题:
(1)在湿度大及地下水汽较高的地区施工时容易产生因水泡、水汽等,导致环氧地坪“起鼓”的现象,影响了环氧地坪的观感和使用寿命;
(2)施工时加入的有机溶剂对现场施工人员身体造成极大伤害;地坪漆固化后,挥发性溶剂会慢慢释放出有害物质,造成二次环境污染;
(3)易燃易爆的挥发性溶剂在使用过程中对消防安全构成了威胁;
(4)在极端的温度、湿度条件下,漆膜容易爆裂,脱落、起皮,影响生产的正常进行,并导致环境污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种水性聚氨酯地坪涂料及其制备方法,可实现在一道干膜厚度可达2~5mm不开裂,流平性好,耐酸碱性、耐重载、耐冲击,一次性施工,简化涂料品种,提高施工效率,延长防腐期限。
为了实现解决上述技术问题的目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种耐重载、耐腐蚀的水性聚氨酯地坪涂料,包括甲、乙、丙三个组分;
所述甲组分以重量份计包括:多元醇1~10份、乳化剂0.1~1份、消泡剂0.01~0.5份、流平剂0.01~1份、水1~10份;
所述乙组分以重量份计包括:聚异氰酸酯1~20份;
所述丙组分以重量份计包括:白水泥20~40份、色粉1~10份、偏硅酸钠1~10份、减水剂0.1~1份、石英砂30~50份;
所述甲组分、乙组分和丙组分的重量份之和为100。
进一步地,所述多元醇的羟值范围为100~400mgKOH/g,选自蓖麻油、植物油改性多元醇、聚醚或聚酯。
进一步地,所述乳化剂为离子型表面活性剂,选自烷基聚氧乙烯基醚、酚基聚氧乙烯基醚或山梨醇聚氧乙烯基酯。

进一步地,所述白水泥为白色硅酸盐水泥或白色铝酸盐水泥,标号为325、425、525。
进一步地,所述色粉选自氧化铁黄、氧化铁红、氧化铁黑、氧化铁橙、氧化铁棕、复合铁绿或复合铁蓝中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述减水剂选自萘系减水剂、脂肪族减水剂、氨基磺酸盐减水剂或聚羧酸高性能减水剂中的一种或或几种。
进一步地,所述石英砂的目数为10-200目。
上述水性聚氨酯地坪涂料的制备方法,是先单独制备甲组分和乙组分,然后在使用时将甲、乙、丙三个组分混合,即可;
所述甲组分的制备方法,是先将多元醇置于乳化釜中加热至40~90℃,在搅拌下将乳化剂加入中,保温至其溶解,再加入流平剂和消泡剂,并停止加热,提高搅拌速率至1000~10000rpm,并边搅拌边加入水,待水加完后,经胶体磨研磨得到甲组分;
所述丙组分的制备方法,是将白水泥、色粉、偏硅酸钠、减水剂、石英砂投入干粉混合器中,混合均匀后过筛得到丙组分。
有益效果:
(1)、聚异氰酸酯与多元醇反应,形成兼具柔韧性和强度的聚氨酯网络。
(2)、聚异氰酸酯与水反应生成聚脲结构,能大大提高上述聚氨酯结构的拉伸强度、压缩强度、耐磨性、抗冲击性。
(3)、水泥、石英砂、偏硅酸钠、水反应生成无机硅酸盐结构,具有极强的耐磨性、耐酸性、耐碱性和硬度。
(4)有机-无机互穿网络,性能互补。兼具无机结构的硬度、耐磨性,又有聚脲-聚氨酯结构的柔韧性、强度和抗冲击性。柔韧性的改善,使涂膜能够吸收应力,从而可以适应极端温湿度环境下的机械和温度冲击。
(5)、该涂料属于水性环保涂料,几乎不含油VOC,提高了使用的安全性和环境的卫生性。
本发明的涂料低粘度、高固含、无溶剂挥发、干燥迅速、可重涂时间长,可以实现厚膜化,对涂装环境适应性强,从而满足各种工厂快速、环保的涂装要求,简化了涂料品种,提高了施工效率,延长防腐期限,达到国内领先水平。

实施例1的水性聚氨酯地坪涂料制备方法如下:
甲组分的制法为:将多元醇加入乳化釜中加热至60℃,在搅拌下将乳化剂加入中,保温至其溶解,再加入乳化剂和消泡剂,并停止加热,提高搅拌速率至5000rpm,并边搅拌边加入水,待水加完后,经胶体磨研磨可得到甲组分。
乙组分制备方法为:保持室内湿度小于50%,将聚异氰酸酯倒入产品包装中;
丙组分制备方法为:将配方规定的白水泥、色粉、偏硅酸钠、减水剂、石英砂投入干粉混合器中,混合均匀后过筛包装得到丙组分。使用时,将甲、乙、丙组分按质量比称量混合均匀,即可使用。
实施例2的水性聚氨酯地坪涂料制备方法如下:
甲组分的制法为:将多元醇加入乳化釜中加热至80℃,在搅拌下将乳化剂加入中,保温至其溶解,再加入乳化剂和消泡剂,并停止加热,提高搅拌速率至10000rpm,并边搅拌边加入水,待水加完后,经胶体磨研磨可得到甲组分。

由上表可知,本发明的涂料具有优异的抗冲击性、耐酸性和耐碱性。

Claims (9)

1.一种耐重载、耐腐蚀的水性聚氨酯地坪涂料,其特征在于:包括甲、乙、丙三个组分;
所述甲组分以重量份计包括:多元醇1~10份、乳化剂0.1~1份、消泡剂0.01~0.5份、流平剂0.01~1份、水1~10份;
所述乙组分以重量份计包括:聚异氰酸酯1~20份;
所述丙组分以重量份计包括:白水泥20~40份、色粉1~10份、偏硅酸钠1~10份、减水剂0.1~1份、石英砂30~50份;
所述甲组分、乙组分和丙组分的重量份之和为100。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐重载、耐腐蚀的水性聚氨酯地坪涂料,其特征在于:所述多元醇的羟值范围为100~400mgKOH/g,选自蓖麻油、植物油改性多元醇、聚醚多元醇或聚酯多元醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐重载、耐腐蚀的水性聚氨酯地坪涂料,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为离子型表面活性剂,选自烷基聚氧乙烯基醚、酚基聚氧乙烯基醚或山梨醇聚氧乙烯基酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐重载、耐腐蚀的水性聚氨酯地坪涂料,其特征在于:所述聚异氰酸酯为TDI、MDI、HDI、IPDI、XDI、HXDI、TMXDI的预聚体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐重载、耐腐蚀的水性聚氨酯地坪涂料,其特征在于:所述白水泥为白色硅酸盐水泥或白色铝酸盐水泥,标号为325、425、525。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐重载、耐腐蚀的水性聚氨酯地坪涂料,其特征在于:所述色粉选自氧化铁黄、氧化铁红、氧化铁黑、氧化铁橙、氧化铁棕、复合铁绿或复合铁蓝中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐重载、耐腐蚀的水性聚氨酯地坪涂料,其特征在于:所述减水剂选自萘系减水剂、脂肪族减水剂、氨基磺酸盐减水剂或聚羧酸高性能减水剂中的一种或或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的耐重载、耐腐蚀的水性聚氨酯地坪涂料,其特征在于:所述石英砂的目数为10-200目。
