本发明公开了一种矿粉回收制砖方法,包括以下步骤:S1:将高岭土、生石灰、铁矿石磨制成粉,并混合均匀;S2:在上述混合物中加入回收的矿粉后,进入炉内进行煅烧;S3:将煅烧后的产物加入骨料,混合均匀;S4:加入水和纤维,混合后注入砖模中成型;S5:将成型后的砖晾晒3‑5天后,进入砖窑内煅烧24‑36h;S6:取出砖,自然冷却24‑48h后,即得。本方法可以将回收的矿粉进行回收再利用,提高其经济价值,减少污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种矿粉回收利用的方法,具体涉及一种矿粉回收制砖方法。
背景技术
随着对环保的要求越来越高,高炉中产生的矿粉等不能再随意排放至大气中。目前,在车间、高炉等处都需要安装除尘设备,从而将矿粉颗粒进行回收,由于矿粉粒径较小,若收集后不能对其进行有效处理,则矿粉容易重新扬起,再度形成污染。针对该种情况,目前没有很好的处理方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种矿粉回收制砖方法,可以将回收的矿粉进行回收再利用,提高其经济价值,减少污染。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的一种矿粉回收制砖方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将高岭土、生石灰、铁矿石磨制成粉,并混合均匀;
S2:在上述混合物中加入回收的矿粉后,进入炉内进行煅烧;
S3:将煅烧后的产物加入骨料,混合均匀;
S4:加入水和纤维,混合后注入砖模中成型;
S5:将成型后的砖晾晒3-5天后,进入砖窑内煅烧24-36h;
S6:取出砖,自然冷却24-48h后,即得。
进一步的,所述步骤S1中,高岭土、生石灰、铁矿石的重量之比为4:20:1。
进一步的,所述步骤S2中,矿粉重量占混合物重量的5-10%。
进一步的,所述步骤S2中,炉内煅烧温度为120-1400℃,煅烧时间为12-18h;所述步骤S5中,砖窑内煅烧温度为500-600℃。
进一步的,所述步骤S3中,骨料为粉煤灰,重量与煅烧后产物重量比为3:1。
进一步的,所述步骤S4中,纤维选用玻璃纤维。
进一步的,所述步骤水、玻璃纤维和S2煅烧产物的重量比为1:0.2:5。
矿粉中含有铁、铜、猛等元素,有效提高了成品砖的强度及耐久性。经过本方法,不仅可以解决矿粉的回收利用问题,也提供出一种高强度的砖,不仅解决了矿粉污染问题,也提高了其经济价值。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种矿粉回收制砖方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将高岭土、生石灰、铁矿石按照重量比为4:20:1磨制成粉,并混合均匀;
S2:在上述混合物中加入占其重量5-10%的回收的矿粉后,进入炉内进行煅烧,煅烧温度为120-1400℃,煅烧时间为12-18h;
S3:将煅烧后的产物加入占其重量1/4的粉煤灰骨料,混合均匀;
S4:加入水和玻璃纤维,混合后注入砖模中成型,其中水、玻璃纤维和S2煅烧产物的重量比为1:0.2:5;
S5:将成型后的砖晾晒3-5天后,进入砖窑内煅烧24-36h,煅烧温度为500-600℃;
S6:取出砖,自然冷却24-48h后,即得。
砖模可以优选选用空心砖砖模,制成的成品砖强度经测试,较其他类型的空心砖强度提高15-20%,总成本高于其他空心砖成本5%左右。因此,具有较大的经济价值。

1.一种矿粉回收制砖方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:将高岭土、生石灰、铁矿石磨制成粉,并混合均匀;
S2:在上述混合物中加入回收的矿粉后,进入炉内进行煅烧;
S3:将煅烧后的产物加入骨料,混合均匀;
S4:加入水和纤维,混合后注入砖模中成型;
S5:将成型后的砖晾晒3-5天后,进入砖窑内煅烧24-36h;
S6:取出砖,自然冷却24-48h后,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿粉回收制砖方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中,高岭土、生石灰、铁矿石的重量之比为4:20:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种矿粉回收制砖方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中,矿粉重量占混合物重量的5-10%。
4.根据权利要求5所述的一种矿粉回收制砖方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中,炉内煅烧温度为120-1400℃,煅烧时间为12-18h;所述步骤S5中,砖窑内煅烧温度为500-600℃。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种矿粉回收制砖方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中,骨料为粉煤灰,重量与煅烧后产物重量比为3:1。
