The exterior wall finishing coat used in the market at present is mostly emulsion paint, real stone paint, marble, ceramic tile and the like, and has the advantages of complex construction, complex process, higher application cost, poor waterproof performance, high unit square material consumption, easy peeling, falling and cracking, and great influence on the use.
The address of the applicant of the patent is located in the rural Yiyang of the fish and rice in the Dongting lake region, and the industrial park of Ma slope in the Gaoyang city of Taojiang county, ash mountain harbor town of Hunan province, which is one of the most flourishing industrial centralized regions in the Yiyang region. The area has a large number of production and processing enterprises, and the grinding wheel ash produced in the production and processing process has the following hazards: pollutes local environment, has overhigh sale and transportation cost and overlarge density and proportion as auxiliary materials of mortar. The disposal of grinding wheel dust has been a nuisance to local enterprises and residents.
In order to utilize local material resources, the technical concept of developing novel waterproof mortar is provided by combining the current situation of the applicant. In the material selection, as the asphalt has stronger adhesive property at a certain temperature, the density of the asphalt is lower than that of the grinding wheel ash, and the density similar to that of the sandstone is achieved through the reasonable proportion of the asphalt and the grinding wheel ash. The applicant verifies through a large amount of experiments that asphalt and grinding wheel ash are reasonably proportioned to serve as a core base material of the waterproof mortar.
In humid air, ordinary steel products gradually change color and generate a reddish brown substance on the surface, and the phenomenon is called rusting of steel. The essence is that iron reacts with oxygen, water vapor and the like in the air to form hydrates of various oxides of iron. The rust component is relatively complex and is generally expressed simply as Fe2O 3. xH 2O. The rust is a hot topic studied by scholars in various fields in industrial application, and the applicant of the patent uses the rust as an anti-aging agent of waterproof mortar.
Through patent retrieval, the patent technical schemes of the waterproof mortar are more, for example, the attached figure 1 shows the technical trend of a keyword 'waterproof mortar', the abscissa represents the year, the ordinate represents the number of patent applications, the application of the waterproof mortar generally shows a rising trend along with the increase of the year (1987 to 2018), and the 2017 + 2018 possibly has a part of conflicting application patents.
Chinese patent CN105503250A discloses a quick-setting energy-saving light waterproof mortar for an external wall, which comprises a liquid material and a powder material. The weight ratio of the liquid material to the powder material is liquid material: powder material 1: 2.77-1: 3.33. the liquid material comprises the following raw material components: butylbenzene emulsion, cellulose ether, water, defoaming agent and preservative. The powder comprises the following raw material components: portland cement, hollow glass beads, fly ash, quartz sand, a cement expanding agent, a water reducing agent, a dispersing agent, a coagulant and a thixotropic agent. The invention adopts the butylbenzene emulsion, has poor ultraviolet resistance and is not suitable for exposure; the weight ratio of the liquid material to the powder material is liquid material: powder material 1: 2.77-1: 3.33, the invention is a mortar product with high liquid-powder ratio, the product has extremely low elongation, no elasticity and extremely poor crack resistance of a resistance base layer, and is not suitable for being directly used as an exposed waterproof material. The mortar is high liquid-powder ratio mortar, and has certain waterproof performance only by having enough thickness (2-4mm) during construction.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to change the grinding wheel ash and the iron rust into valuable, and obtains the building exterior wall waterproof mortar through the improvement of a formula and a process.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the building exterior wall waterproof mortar is prepared from the following raw materials: asphalt, grinding wheel dust, rust, cement and additives; the mass ratio of the components is as follows: 30-60 parts of asphalt, 10-20 parts of grinding wheel ash, 30-60 parts of cement, 5-10 parts of rust and 20-30 parts of an additive;
the additive comprises the following components in parts by mass: 8-10 parts of dispersed latex powder, 6-10 parts of polyphenyl ether, 8-12 parts of polyvinylidene fluoride, 6-10 parts of silicate and 8-12 parts of organic silicon waterproof agent.
In a preferred implementation, the waterproof mortar is prepared from the following raw materials: asphalt, grinding wheel dust, rust, cement and additives; the mass ratio of the components is as follows: 40-50 parts of asphalt, 13-16 parts of grinding wheel ash, 40-50 parts of cement, 7-8 parts of rust and 24-26 parts of an additive;
the additive comprises the following components in parts by mass: 8-10 parts of dispersed latex powder, 6-10 parts of polyphenyl ether, 8-12 parts of polyvinylidene fluoride, 6-10 parts of silicate and 8-12 parts of organic silicon waterproof agent.
In the best implementation condition, the waterproof mortar is prepared from the following raw materials: asphalt, grinding wheel dust, rust, cement and additives; the mass ratio of the components is as follows: 45 parts of asphalt, 15 parts of grinding wheel ash, 45 parts of cement, 7.5 parts of rust and 25 parts of an additive;
the additive comprises the following components in parts by mass: 9 parts of dispersed latex powder, 8 parts of polyphenyl ether, 10 parts of polyvinylidene fluoride, 8 parts of silicate and 10 parts of organic silicon waterproof agent.
The preparation process of the building exterior wall waterproof mortar is characterized by comprising the following process steps:
step 1: selecting asphalt with the softening point of 80-100 ℃;
step 2: heating the asphalt to a softening point, and extruding the asphalt into an asphalt plane with the thickness not more than 5mm by an extruder;

2. The hardness of the waterproof mortar can be effectively solved through the grinding wheel ash, the application range of the waterproof mortar is effectively enlarged, and the abrasion resistance life of the outer wall is prolonged.
3. The invention has simple production and high economic return rate.
4. The rust is used as an anti-aging agent, so that the economic added value of the rust is effectively improved; the principle of the rust anti-aging agent is that the chemical property of rust is better than the stability of iron, and when partial air and water molecules permeate into the waterproof layer, the rust anti-aging agent can effectively adsorb the rust, so that the stability of the product is improved.
5. In conclusion, the waterproof mortar system has high film forming property, good waterproof performance, low cost, simple preparation method and wide application range.
6. The waterproof mortar has short setting time, the initial setting time is 40-60 min, and the final setting time is 1-2 h; the anti-seepage capability is strong, and the anti-seepage pressure can reach 0.8-1.0 MPa; the adhesive property is good, and the adhesive strength can reach 2.5-2.7 MPa; the heat preservation effect is excellent, and the heat conductivity coefficient is only 0.080-0.083 (W/(m.K)); the compressive strength is 25.9-30.3 MPa; the breaking strength is 11.3 to 12.0 MPa.
