The inductive switch 12 is arranged on the frame 4, the inductive switch 12 is positioned at the feed inlet of the first conveying device 5, the inductive switch 12 is electrically connected with the sealing strip mounting machine 1, when the inductive switch senses the door pocket plate 3 and sends a signal to control the sealing strip mounting machine 1 to start working, the first conveying device 5 in the sealing strip mounting machine 1 starts to convey the door pocket plate 3, the lateral compression device 6 clamps and positions two sides of the door pocket plate 3, the vertical compression device 7 clamps and positions the vertical direction of the door pocket plate 3 so as to realize the width of the door pocket plate 3 and the positioning in the vertical direction, the glue applying device 8 applies glue in the clamping groove 31, the second conveying device 9 conveys the sealing strip 2 to the clamping groove 31, the sealing strip pressing wheel device 10 presses the sealing strip 2 in the clamping groove 31, the pressing of the sealing strip 2 is completed as shown in fig. 4, and the connecting circuit of the inductive switch 12 and the sealing strip mounting machine 1 is not a protection scope of the application, so that details are not given here.

Claims (7)
1. A sealing strip mounting machine for press-fitting sealing strips into clamping grooves on a door pocket plate, characterized in that the sealing strip mounting machine comprises:
a frame;
the first conveying device is arranged on the frame and is used for driving the door pocket plate to convey along the length direction of the frame;
the side pressing device is arranged on the frame and is used for clamping and positioning two sides of the door pocket plate;
the vertical pressing device is arranged on the frame and is used for clamping and positioning the door pocket plate in the vertical direction;
the second conveying device is arranged corresponding to the first conveying device and is used for conveying the sealing strips to the clamping grooves;
the sealing strip pressing wheel device is connected with the vertical pressing device and is arranged on the frame, the sealing strip pressing wheel device is used for pressing the sealing strip in the clamping groove, the sealing strip pressing wheel device further comprises a lifting unit and a plurality of second pressing wheels, the lifting unit is arranged on the side face of the frame, the second pressing wheels are connected with the lifting unit, the second pressing wheels are divided into two groups, a first group of second pressing wheels are horizontally arranged, the first group of second pressing wheels are used for pressing the side face of the sealing strip, the second group of second pressing wheels are inclined or vertical, the second group of second pressing wheels are used for pressing the upper end of the sealing strip, and the second pressing wheels are driven to descend by the lifting unit to press the sealing strip in the clamping groove;
the sealing strip warehouse is connected with the frame, the sealing strip warehouse is used for storing the sealing strips, the second conveying device is arranged on the sealing strip warehouse, the sealing strips are driven to move onto the clamping groove by the second conveying device, the second conveying device further comprises a pressing part, a wolf tooth stick and a second driving unit for driving the wolf tooth stick to rotate, the pressing part is arranged opposite to the wolf tooth stick, the pressing part is used for pressing the sealing strips onto the wolf tooth stick, and the second driving unit drives the sealing strips to move onto the clamping groove from the sealing strip warehouse by driving the wolf tooth stick to rotate;
when the first conveying device conveys the door pocket plate, the side pressing devices clamp and position two sides of the door pocket plate, the vertical pressing devices clamp and position the vertical direction of the door pocket plate, the second conveying device conveys the sealing strips to the clamping grooves, and the sealing strip pressing wheel device presses the sealing strips in the clamping grooves.

The sealing strip mounting machine according to claim 1, further comprising an inductive switch disposed on the frame, wherein the inductive switch is located at a feed inlet of the first conveying device, and is electrically connected with the sealing strip mounting machine, and when the inductive switch senses the door pocket plate, a signal is sent to control the sealing strip mounting machine to start working.

The weatherstrip mounting machine according to claim 1, wherein said first conveying means further includes a plurality of rollers and a roller power member for driving said plurality of rollers to rotate, said plurality of rollers being disposed on said frame at intervals along a length of said frame.

The sealing strip mounting machine according to claim 1, wherein the side pressing device further comprises a plurality of fixed backup wheels, a plurality of side pressing wheels and a first driving unit for driving the plurality of side pressing wheels to move, the plurality of fixed backup wheels are arranged on one side of the frame at intervals along the length direction of the frame, the plurality of side pressing wheels are arranged on the other side of the frame at intervals along the length direction of the frame, and the plurality of side pressing wheels are driven by the first driving unit to move towards the plurality of fixed backup wheels to press the door pocket plate.

The sealing strip mounting machine according to claim 4, wherein the first driving unit further comprises a plurality of light guide shafts, a lateral compression rodless cylinder and a connecting plate, the plurality of light guide shafts are arranged on the frame at intervals along the length direction of the frame, the plurality of lateral compression wheels are connected with the connecting plate, the connecting plate is mounted on the light guide shafts and connected with the lateral compression rodless cylinder, and the lateral compression rodless cylinder drives the plurality of lateral compression wheels to move towards the plurality of fixed backer wheels by driving the connecting plate to move along the light guide shafts.

The sealing strip mounting machine according to claim 1, wherein the vertical compression device further comprises a cylinder fixing frame, a vertical compression cylinder and a first pressing wheel, the cylinder fixing frame is arranged on the frame, the vertical compression cylinder is arranged on the cylinder fixing frame and is connected with the first pressing wheel, and the vertical compression cylinder clamps and positions the door pocket plate by driving the first pressing wheel to descend.

The sealing strip mounting machine according to claim 1, further comprising a glue spreading device arranged between the vertical pressing device and the sealing strip pressing wheel device, wherein the glue spreading device is used for spreading glue in the clamping groove, the glue spreading device comprises a fixing frame, an upward moving part, a lateral moving part and a glue spraying valve, the fixing frame is arranged on the frame, the upward moving part is arranged on the fixing frame, the lateral moving part is connected with the upward moving part, the lateral moving part drives the upward and downward movement through the upward moving part, the lateral moving part is connected with the glue spraying valve, and the glue spraying valve drives the door pocket plate to move through the lateral moving part.
