本发明提供了一种阻燃胶管,所述胶管材料的质量份数为乙丙橡胶80~120份,N550炭黑45~55份,阻燃剂60~80份,环烷油15~25份,氧化锌4~8份,硬脂酸0.1~3份,硫磺0.1~3份,促进剂3~7份,通过将乙丙橡胶、炭黑、阻燃剂、环烷油、氧化锌、硬脂酸、硫磺和促进剂的质量份数配比,制造阻燃胶管,使胶管满足基础生产需求的同时,具备良好的阻燃性能,使得胶管在传统产品的基础上增加防火阻燃的性能,提高了胶管的实用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶制造领域,尤其涉及一种阻燃胶管。
背景技术
乙丙橡胶是以乙烯、丙烯为主要单体的合成橡胶,依据分子链中单体组成的不同,有二元乙丙橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶之分,前者为乙烯和丙烯的共聚物,以EPM表示,后者为乙烯、丙烯和少量的非共轭二烯烃第三单体的共聚物,以EPDM表示,两者统称为乙丙橡胶,即ethylene propylene rubber(EPR),广泛应用于汽车部件、建筑用防水材料、电线电缆护套、耐热胶管、胶带、汽车密封件、润滑油添加剂及其它制品,目前在制造乙丙橡胶胶管时,制造出来的胶管是可燃的,在特殊情况下使用容易损伤表面及内部保护的部件,因此,设计一种带有阻燃性能的胶管就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种阻燃胶管,通过将乙丙橡胶、炭黑、阻燃剂、环烷油、氧化锌、硬脂酸、硫磺和促进剂的质量份数配比,制造阻燃胶管,使胶管满足基础生产需求的同时,具备良好的阻燃性能,使得胶管在传统产品的基础上增加防火阻燃的性能,提高了胶管的实用性。

本发明的有益效果是:通过将乙丙橡胶、炭黑、阻燃剂、环烷油、氧化锌、硬脂酸、硫磺和促进剂的质量份数配比,制造阻燃胶管,使胶管满足基础生产需求的同时,具备良好的阻燃性能,使得胶管在传统产品的基础上增加防火阻燃的性能,提高了胶管的实用性。

通过将乙丙橡胶、炭黑、阻燃剂、环烷油、氧化锌、硬脂酸、硫磺和促进剂的质量份数配比,制造阻燃胶管,使胶管满足基础生产需求的同时,具备良好的阻燃性能,使得胶管在传统产品的基础上增加防火阻燃的性能,提高了胶管的实用性。
