In this embodiment, the correlation grating module 52 can perform 3D scanning on the passed yolk to obtain the outer contour dimension data of the yolk, and transmit the data to the base module, and obtain the maximum dimension and the minimum dimension of the yolk outer hub through the counting module, when the maximum dimension and the minimum dimension are both in the set counting interval value, the counting module adds 1, otherwise, does not count,
preferably, in this embodiment, the interval value is 16mm to 32mm, when the minimum value of the outer outline size of the yolk is greater than 16mm and the maximum value of the outer outline size of the yolk is less than 32mm, the counting module counts up 1, otherwise the counting module does not count, in this invention, the interval value is set according to a conventional egg or duck egg, when the yolk of a greater or lesser size needs to be judged, the interval value can be replaced, when the yolk of a pigeon egg or a quail egg needs to be screened, the interval value is set to 8mm to 16mm, and when the yolk of a goose egg needs to be screened, the interval value is set to 20mm to 40mm, which is not listed here.
As shown in the figure, the opening at the lower end of the discharging channel 51 is provided with an outlet switch component 53, the counting module sets a metering value, the metering value is the number of packages or the number of transportation at each time, when the counting of the counting module is equal to the metering value, the counting module controls the outlet switch component 53 to be opened, so that the discharging channel 51 can quantitatively send out egg yolk, and meanwhile, the counting module is cleared to reset for re-counting, in this embodiment, a delay closing module is further configured, when the outlet switch component 53 is opened, the delay closing module delays for a period of time and then closes the outlet switch component 53, normal sending of egg yolk is ensured, and normal receiving of the next egg yolk is ensured.
In addition, the counting module can be connected with the conveying system, and can temporarily close the conveying system when the outlet switch assembly 53 is opened, and then the conveying system is opened after the outlet switch assembly 53 is closed, so that counting errors caused by incorrect feeding of egg yolk are avoided.
Preferably, the outlet switch assembly 53 includes a switch plate 531 rotatably disposed at an opening of a lower end of the blanking channel 51 and an opening control cylinder 532 capable of driving the switch plate 531 to open or close, in this embodiment, the blanking channel 51 is mounted on the blanking frame 50, the blanking frame 50 is fixed on the frame, a cylinder body of the opening control cylinder 532 is rotatably disposed on the blanking frame 50, and a piston rod of the opening control cylinder 532 is connected to the switch plate 531, thereby realizing a function of driving the switch.
Preferably, a detector for detecting the state of the switch plate 531 or the state of the opening control cylinder 532 is disposed at the opening of the lower end of the discharging channel 51, and the detector is connected to the counting module to feed back the state of the outlet switch assembly, so as to facilitate counting.
In addition, the outlet switch assembly 53 may also be configured to be coupled to a pneumatic finger via a double door, which will not be described in detail herein.
Preferably, a dispensing funnel 54 is further disposed below the discharging channel 51, and a fixing mechanism 55 capable of fixing the bag is disposed at the opening of the lower end of the dispensing funnel 54, so as to fix the bag and facilitate the filling.
As shown in the figure, the fixing mechanism 55 includes a pneumatic finger 551 and a clamping arm 552 disposed on the pneumatic finger 551, where the shape of the clamping arm 552 corresponds to the outer sidewall of the dispensing hopper 54, so as to clamp the bag opening of the bag, and thus the fixing of the bag can be completed, and of course, in a specific implementation process, the fixing mechanism 55 may also be a locking mechanism or a hook structure, etc. which can satisfy the fixing function of the bag, and will not be described in detail herein.

a weighing mechanism (33), wherein the weighing mechanism (33) is arranged on the conveying system (31) and can weigh the yolk before entering the yolk sending-out station;
the sorting system comprises a discharging driving mechanism (34) and a control system, wherein the discharging driving mechanism (34) is configured corresponding to the yolk discharging station, the control system can control the discharging driving mechanism (34) to work, the discharging driving mechanism (34) can discharge yolk from a tray (321), and the control system can receive weighing data of a weighing mechanism (33) and drive the discharging driving mechanism (34) on the corresponding yolk discharging station to work according to the weighing data;
a yolk counting system, which is arranged at a yolk sending-out station (312) and is used for counting the number of yolk output;
the tray assembly (32) comprises a tray base (322) arranged on the conveying system (31) and a tray mounting seat (323) movably arranged on the tray base (322), the tray (321) is arranged on the tray mounting seat (323), and the weighing mechanism (33) can support the tray (321) and the tray mounting seat (323) to weigh egg yolk;
the yolk feeding mechanism (2) comprises:
a hopper (21), wherein the hopper (21) is used for containing yolk, and a lower part of the hopper (21) is provided with a lower leakage opening (211);
the egg yolk conveying device comprises a circulating conveying mechanism (22), wherein the circulating conveying mechanism (22) comprises at least one lifting section and at least one dumping section, a supporting piece (23) capable of supporting egg yolk is arranged on the circulating conveying mechanism (22), the supporting piece (23) can enter a hopper (21) through a lower leakage opening (211) to support egg yolk and send the egg yolk out of the hopper (21) through the lifting section, the egg yolk is sent out of the circulating conveying mechanism (22) at the dumping section, a conveying section is arranged between the lifting section and the dumping section of the circulating conveying mechanism (22), and a guide groove (220) corresponding to the egg yolk is arranged on the conveying section.
