Abstract

本发明提供了一种外用药液的制作方法，特别是一种酵母酵化浸制梯度提取外用药液的制作方法，是通过下列步骤完成的：取药材、三七、自然铜、西红花、透骨草、珍珠粉、苏木、姜黄、茜草、没药、枯矾、地榆、凤仙花。挑选去杂、粉碎装袋、浸盐汽蒸、酵母酵化、40度酒精浸泡、50度酒精浸泡、60度酒精浸泡、混合过滤灌装、即为产品。它有效的酵化了药材的成分，经梯度浸制提取增加了药酒的有效成分，得到了具有消炎止痛功能的外用药。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种外用中药液的制作方法。
背景技术
通常都是把配方比例的药材，选择炒、煨、炮、煅、炼、烘、焙、烤、燎等方法处理，在用水、酒、醋等浸泡，使药材的理化性质产生不同程度的变化，有效成分被溶解出来，所有这一切，都会对中药药性与疗效产生不同程度的影响。因此，研究中药的浸泡原理、流程工艺与制作方法，具有重大意义。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种外用药液的制作方法，特别是一种酵母酵化浸制梯度提取外用药液的制作方法。
本发明提供的技术方案是：
药材 → 挑选去杂 → 粉碎装袋 → 浸盐汽蒸 → 酵母酵化 → 40度酒精浸泡 →50度酒精浸泡 → 60度酒精浸泡 → 40、50、60度浸液混合→过滤灌装 → 产品。
药材:取三七11-13公斤、自然铜5-7公斤、西红花8-10公斤、透骨草10-12公斤、珍珠粉2-3公斤、苏木7=8公斤、姜黄5-6公斤、茜草5-6公斤、没药7-8公斤、枯矾2-4公斤、地榆10=12公斤、凤仙花3-4公斤。
挑选去杂：分别挑选上述药材，去除杂质异物。
粉碎装袋：将药材分别放到粉碎机内粉碎成40-60目，然后进行充分混合装袋，每袋不超过5公斤。
浸盐汽蒸：取一容器，在里面调成1-1.5%的海盐液体，把装好袋的药放入里面浸盐10分钟以上，取出放到蒸箱内，将蒸箱温度调节到100度，在95-100度简保持20-30分钟以上，然后关电源，凉后取出。
酵母酵化：将药袋里的药倒出放在不锈钢板上，放入2-3公斤酵母，充分混合后装袋，然后把药袋放入蒸箱内，调整温度35-40度，在35-40度保温6小时后，关闭电源，凉后取出。
40度酒精浸泡：把酵母酵化后的药袋放入装有400公斤40度酒精的容器内，浸泡10天，取出药袋。
50度酒精浸泡：再把取出的药袋放入装有300公斤50度酒精的容器内，浸泡10天，取出药袋。
60度酒精浸泡：再把取出的药袋放入装有300公斤60度酒精的容器内，浸泡10天，取出药袋。
混合过滤灌装：把浸泡过的药酒40度浸泡、50度浸泡、60度浸泡倒在一起，充分混合，然后用过滤器过滤，灌装，即为产品。
本发明提供了一种外用药液的制作方法，特别是一种酵母酵化浸制梯度提取外用药液的制作方法，它有效的酵化了药材的成分，经梯度浸制提取增加了药酒的有效成分，得到了具有消炎止痛功能的外用药液。
具体实施例：
实施例（一）：
取三七11公斤、自然铜5公斤、西红花8公斤、透骨草10公斤、珍珠粉2公斤、苏木7公斤、姜黄5公斤、茜草5公斤、没药7公斤、枯矾2公斤、地榆10公斤、凤仙花3公斤；挑选去杂，粉碎装袋。
取一容器，放入水，调成1的海盐液体，把装好袋的药放入里面浸盐10分钟，取出放到蒸箱内，将蒸箱温度调节到100度，在95-100度简保持20分钟，然后关电源，凉后取出。
将药袋里的药倒出放在不锈钢板上，放入2公斤酵母，充分混合后装袋，然后把药袋放入蒸箱内，调整温度40度，在35-40度保温酵化6小时，关闭电源，凉后取出。
把酵化后的药袋放入装有400公斤40度酒精的容器内，浸泡10天，取出药袋；再把药袋放入装有300公斤50度酒精的容器内，浸泡10天，取出药袋；再把药袋放入装有300公斤60度酒精的容器内，浸泡10天，取出药袋。
把浸泡过的药酒40度浸泡、50度浸泡、60度浸泡倒在一起，充分混合，然后用过滤器过滤，灌装，即为产品。

将药袋里的药倒出放在不锈钢板上，放入4公斤酵母，充分混合后装袋，然后把药袋放入蒸箱内，调整温度40度，在35-40度保温酵化6小时，关闭电源，凉后取出。
把酵化后的药袋放入装有400公斤40度酒精的容器内，浸泡10天，取出药袋；再把药袋放入装有300公斤50度酒精的容器内，浸泡10天，取出药袋；再把药袋放入装有300公斤60度酒精的容器内，浸泡10天，取出药袋。
把浸泡过的药酒40度浸泡、50度浸泡、60度浸泡倒在一起，充分混合，然后用过滤器过滤，灌装，即为产品。
实施例（三）：

1.一种外用药液的制作方法，特别是一种酵母酵化浸制梯度提取外用药液的制作方法，其特征在于，具体步骤如下：药材 → 挑选去杂 → 粉碎装袋 → 浸盐汽蒸 (1-1,5%盐水，100度蒸，)→ 酵母酵化 (2-3公斤酵母，35-40度蒸)→ 40度酒精浸泡 → 50度酒精浸泡 → 60度酒精浸泡 → 40、50、60度浸液混合 →过滤灌装 → 产品。
