extracting the estimated oil quantity corresponding to the estimated liquid level from a database; the database records the corresponding relation between the liquid level and the oil quantity of the vertical oil tank;
acquiring initial oil quantity and acquiring the volume of unit liquid level of the vertical oil tank; calculating the liquid level deviation according to the initial oil quantity, the estimated oil quantity and the volume of the unit liquid level; according to the initial oil mass, the volume calculation liquid level deviation of pre-estimated oil mass and unit liquid level, include: the difference between the initial oil quantity and the estimated oil quantity is obtained to obtain an oil quantity deviation; obtaining the density value of the oil; converting the oil quantity deviation into a volume deviation corresponding to the oil quantity deviation through a density formula according to the oil quantity deviation and the density value; setting the ratio of the volume deviation to the volume of the unit liquid level of the vertical oil tank as the liquid level deviation;
correcting the estimated liquid level by using the liquid level deviation to obtain a liquid level value of the target oil quantity; the method comprises the following steps: a. extracting an initial level value corresponding to the initial oil quantity from the database; b. carrying out difference operation on the initial liquid level value and the liquid level deviation to obtain a reference liquid level; c. obtaining a deviation value of the estimated liquid level and the reference liquid level, and comparing the deviation value with a set threshold value; if the deviation value is less than or equal to the set threshold value, executing the step d; otherwise, executing step e; d. setting the estimated liquid level as the liquid level value of the target oil quantity; e. setting the reference liquid level as the estimated liquid level, extracting estimated oil quantity corresponding to the estimated liquid level from the database, calculating the liquid level deviation according to the initial oil quantity, the estimated oil quantity and the unit liquid level volume of the vertical oil tank, and executing steps b to c.
2. The method for acquiring the liquid level of the vertical oil tank according to claim 1, wherein the step of calculating the estimated liquid level of the target oil volume in the vertical oil tank according to the volume per liquid level and the estimated volume comprises:
calculating the ratio of the estimated volume to the volume of the unit liquid level;
and setting the ratio as the estimated liquid level of the target oil quantity in the vertical oil tank.
3. The method for acquiring the liquid level of the vertical oil tank according to claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring the volume per liquid level of the vertical oil tank comprises:
determining the geometric characteristics of the vertical oil tank;
acquiring the geometric parameters of the vertical oil tank according to the geometric characteristics of the vertical oil tank;
and calculating the volume of the unit liquid level of the vertical oil tank according to the geometric parameters.
4. A method for acquiring the liquid level of a vertical oil tank according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising the steps of:
determining the advance of liquid level alarm of the vertical oil tank;
and setting the alarm liquid level of the vertical oil tank according to the lead and the liquid level value of the target oil quantity.
5. A liquid level acquisition device of a vertical oil tank is characterized by comprising:
the determining module is used for determining the estimated liquid level of the target oil quantity in the vertical oil tank; further for: acquiring the target oil quantity, and acquiring the density value of the oil; converting the target oil quantity into an estimated volume corresponding to the target oil quantity through a density formula according to the target oil quantity and the density value; calculating the estimated liquid level of the target oil mass in the vertical oil tank according to the volume of the unit liquid level and the estimated volume;
the extraction module is used for extracting the estimated oil quantity corresponding to the estimated liquid level from a database; the database records the corresponding relation between the liquid level and the oil quantity of the vertical oil tank;
the calculation module is used for acquiring initial oil quantity and acquiring the volume of the unit liquid level of the vertical oil tank; calculating the liquid level deviation according to the initial oil quantity, the estimated oil quantity and the volume of the unit liquid level; according to the initial oil mass, the volume calculation liquid level deviation of pre-estimated oil mass and unit liquid level, include: the difference between the initial oil quantity and the estimated oil quantity is obtained to obtain an oil quantity deviation; obtaining the density value of the oil; converting the oil quantity deviation into a volume deviation corresponding to the oil quantity deviation through a density formula according to the oil quantity deviation and the density value; setting the ratio of the volume deviation to the volume of the unit liquid level of the vertical oil tank as the liquid level deviation;
