Abstract

本发明涉及一种防污负离子织物护面的制备方法,其特征在于:在纺织物编织层表面附加一层新的负氧离子涂覆,其涂覆厚度为0.1‑1.5mm,负氧离子海洋生物纤维素纳米粉料加入总质量比0.3%‑21%,涂覆工艺为干法成膜,即将涂层剂用稀释后,在添加所需助剂调配成可用浆料,均匀的涂敷在织物上,之后对涂过的织物进行加热,待溶剂和水蒸发后涂层剂即可在织物表面形成一层薄而坚韧的膜,其将提取的海洋生物纤维素纳米粉料,经红外线电离水分子,使其释放负氧离子,将坯布通过负离子处理液、防污整理剂等浸轧或表面涂覆后,达到目标值。

一种防污负离子织物护面的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防污负离子织物护面的制备方法,属于汽车内饰领域。
背景技术
移居小家——汽车对车内的空气质量、舒适性、健康性、安全性、智能化要求越来越高。现有的汽车内饰织物表面不具备防污功能,易脏留痕,不易清理,气味VOC散发大。因此不能满足当前人们对小空间宜居型汽车的要求。我们在森林海滨会感到空气的清新,这就是负离子的作用,释放负离子的织物对改善车内空气质量具有显著的效果,是一种高附加值的保健产品。
织物在编织过程、或浸轧过程、或表面涂覆等方法处理后,制成了负离子功能化织物,其负离子发生量≥2000个/cm3,液体无渗透,擦拭不留痕。经过纳米负离子整理剂处理的织物,在保留原特性的基础上,可降低车内的醛类含量,提高免疫力,消除疲劳,增加舒适感,是过敏人群的首选。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防污负离子织物护面的制备方法,将提取的海洋生物纤维素纳米粉料,经红外线电离水分子,使其释放负氧离子,将坯布通过负离子处理液、防污整理剂等浸轧或表面涂覆后,达到目标值。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种防污负离子织物护面的制备方法,其特征在于:在纺织物编织层表面附加一层新的负氧离子涂覆,其涂覆厚度为0.1-1.5mm,负氧离子海洋生物纤维素纳米粉料加入总质量比0.3%-21%,涂覆工艺为干法成膜,即将涂层剂用稀释后,在添加所需助剂调配成可用浆料,均匀的涂敷在织物上,之后对涂过的织物进行加热,待溶剂和水蒸发后涂层剂即可在织物表面形成一层薄而坚韧的膜,具体步骤如下:
(1)将海洋生物纤维素纳米材料粉碎为粒径为50-70纳米的纳米级粉末;
(2)将海洋生物纤维素纳米粉末6份与12份异氰酸酯(PAPI),搅拌混合均匀,搅拌温度50摄氏度,搅拌时间3小时得到含有负氧离子的异氰酸酯;
(3)取100份聚醚多元醇,1份稳定剂(三甘醇双-3-丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基丙酸酯),1份胺类催化剂(叔胺催化剂),0.6份二月桂酸二丁基锡,将它们搅拌混合均匀得到预聚物;
(4)将步骤(2)和步骤(3)所得产物充分搅拌获得混合乳液,获得负氧离子功能化的水性聚氨酯乳液,处理待用,在纺织物编织层表面喷涂;
(5)将步骤(4)中所得乳液在纺织物编织层表面喷涂后,在100-120℃,一定压力下烘干;
(6)将步骤(5)中产物经过后处理及表面处理,即得涂覆有负氧离子功能材料的织物护面;(7)将步骤(6)所得涂覆有负氧离子功能材料的织物护面进行座椅总成的装配,涂覆厚度为1.2mm,用于乘用车座椅。
本发明的积极效果是采用防污负离子织物后,与传统的织物护面相比,织物经过浸扎法或表面涂覆法处理后,在室温下能自动散发负离子且防污染,织物负离子发生量≥2000个/cm3,降低车内醛类含量,VOC散发小,憎水无渗透,擦拭不留痕,无放射性环保安全;是实现宜居型汽车车内空气质量的优选材料,具有非常好的应用价值。负离子护面用于车内空间具有三大特点:气味清新、VOC散发小、耐污无辐射。制品的工艺简单,无需专用设备,可以对现有车内织物护面材料进行替换;主要用于车内座椅、顶棚、立柱、遮阳板、天窗、包裹架护板、后座椅中扶手、窗帘、遮阳帘等织物。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步的描述:
实施例1
一种防污负离子织物护面的制备方法,其特征在于:在纺织物编织层表面附加一层新的负氧离子涂覆,其涂覆厚度为0.1-1.5mm,负氧离子海洋生物纤维素纳米粉料加入总质量比0.3%-21%,涂覆工艺为干法成膜,即将涂层剂用稀释后,在添加所需助剂调配成可用浆料,均匀的涂敷在织物上,之后对涂过的织物进行加热,待溶剂和水蒸发后涂层剂即可在织物表面形成一层薄而坚韧的膜,形成带有负氧离子功能化的护面结构。如图1所示
具体步骤如下:
(1)将海洋生物纤维素纳米材料粉碎为粒径为50-70纳米的纳米级粉末;
(2)将海洋生物纤维素纳米粉末6份与12份异氰酸酯(PAPI),搅拌混合均匀,搅拌温度50摄氏度,搅拌时间3小时得到含有负氧离子的异氰酸酯;
(3)取100份聚醚多元醇,1份稳定剂三甘醇双-3-丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基丙酸酯,1份胺类催化剂即叔胺催化剂,0.6份二月桂酸二丁基锡,将它们搅拌混合均匀得到预聚物;
(4)将步骤(2)和步骤(3)所得产物充分搅拌获得混合乳液,获得负氧离子功能化的水性聚氨酯乳液,处理待用,在纺织物编织层表面喷涂;
(5)将步骤(4)中所得乳液在纺织物编织层表面喷涂后,在100-120℃,一定压力下烘干;
(6)将步骤(5)中产物经过后处理及表面处理,即得涂覆有负氧离子功能材料的织物护面,织物护面的防污不渗透性及负氧离子释放量负为2240个/cm3如图1所示。
(7)将步骤(6)所得涂覆有负氧离子功能材料的织物护面进行座椅总成的装配,涂覆厚度为1.2mm,用于乘用车座椅如图2所示经安全性测试无辐射。
实施例2
(1)将海洋生物纤维素纳米材料粉碎为粒径为50-70纳米的纳米级粉末;
(2)将海洋生物纤维素纳米粉末6份与12份异氰酸酯(PAPI),搅拌混合均匀,搅拌温度50摄氏度,搅拌时间3小时得到含有负氧离子的异氰酸酯;
(3)取100份聚醚多元醇,1份稳定剂三甘醇双-3-丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基丙酸酯,1份胺类催化剂即叔胺催化剂,0.6份二月桂酸二丁基锡,将它们搅拌混合均匀得到预聚物;
(4)将步骤(2)和步骤(3)所得产物充分搅拌获得混合乳液,获得负氧离子功能化的水性聚氨酯乳液,处理待用,在纺织物编织层表面喷涂;
(5)将步骤(4)中所得乳液在纺织物编织层表面喷涂后,在100-120℃,一定压力下烘干;
(6)将步骤(5)中产物经过后处理及表面处理,即得涂覆有负氧离子功能材料的织物护面。
(7)将步骤(6)所得涂覆有负氧离子功能材料的织物护面应用汽车于顶棚内护面,涂覆厚度为0.5-1.0mm;如果是带有天窗的车型,其应用部位包括顶棚内护面和天窗遮阳板内护面。
实施例3
同实施例1和实施例2中(1)~(6)步骤所述,制备的负氧离子功能材料的织物护面还可用于车内立柱、遮阳板、包裹架护板、后座椅中扶手、窗帘、遮阳帘等织物。

1.一种防污负离子织物护面的制备方法,其特征在于:在纺织物编织层表面附加一层新的负氧离子涂覆,其涂覆厚度为0.1-1.5mm,负氧离子海洋生物纤维素纳米粉料加入总质量比0.3%-21%,涂覆工艺为干法成膜,即将涂层剂用稀释后,在添加所需助剂调配成可用浆料,均匀的涂敷在织物上,之后对涂过的织物进行加热,待溶剂和水蒸发后涂层剂即可在织物表面形成一层薄而坚韧的膜,具体步骤如下:

(4)将步骤(2)和步骤(3)所得产物充分搅拌获得混合乳液,获得负氧离子功能化的水性聚氨酯乳液,处理待用,在纺织物编织层表面喷涂;
(5)将步骤(4)中所得乳液在纺织物编织层表面喷涂后,在100-120℃,一定压力下烘干;
(6)将步骤(5)中产物经过后处理及表面处理,即得涂覆有负氧离子功能材料的织物护面;(7)将步骤(6)所得涂覆有负氧离子功能材料的织物护面进行座椅总成的装配,涂覆厚度为1.2mm,用于乘用车座椅。
