本发明提供了一种耐盐碱型自粘防水卷材及其制备方法,涉及防水材料技术领域,包括:隔离层、耐盐碱自粘层和胎基层;其中,胎基层正反两面均贴附有耐盐碱自粘层,隔离层贴附在耐盐碱自粘层外部;隔离层、耐盐碱自粘层和胎基层整体紧压贴合形成五层结构,胎基层作为加强内筋,隔离层作为外部保护层,耐盐碱自粘层作为防盐碱腐蚀保护层;耐盐碱自粘层包括以质量百分比计的:萜烯树脂5%、10#沥青20%、90#沥青35%、机油10%、苯乙烯‑丁二烯‑苯乙烯嵌段共聚物8%、耐盐碱助剂(FSA)4%和滑石粉18%。可以满足重点工程防水和耐盐碱的需要,具有防水及耐碱性能好、强度高、施工简单易操作的优点。

一种耐盐碱型自粘防水卷材及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及防水材料技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种耐盐碱型自粘防水卷材及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,在建筑工程中,尤其是在一些沿海地区和高盐碱地区的高速铁路、地铁、隧道、水利工程、地下室等防水工程中,申请人在实现本发明的过程中发现,盐碱度过高会对防水层的构造造成不可逆的破坏,甚至可能导致重大的经济损失。应用在这些建筑工程中的防水卷材的耐盐碱性能其重要性应该不亚于防水和防潮性能。由于市售防水卷材的耐盐碱性能较差会降低防水层的防水能力,因此,如何提高防水卷材的耐盐碱性能成为需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决上述现有技术或相关技术中存在的技术问题之一,提供了一种耐盐碱型自粘防水卷材及其制备方法,提高了防水卷材的耐盐碱能力。
本发明的第一方面公开了一种耐盐碱型自粘防水卷材,包括:隔离层、耐盐碱自粘层和胎基层;其中,胎基层正反两面均贴附有耐盐碱自粘层,隔离层贴附在耐盐碱自粘层外部;隔离层、耐盐碱自粘层和胎基层整体紧压贴合形成五层结构,胎基层作为加强内筋,隔离层作为外部保护层,耐盐碱自粘层作为防盐碱腐蚀保护层;耐盐碱自粘层包括以质量百分比计的:萜烯树脂5%、10#沥青20%、90#沥青35%、机油10%、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物8%、耐盐碱助剂(FSA)4%和滑石粉18%。
根据本发明提供的耐盐碱型自粘防水卷材,优选地,胎基层是由玻璃纤维毡、聚酯毡、复合毡、高密度聚乙烯薄型片材、低密度聚乙烯薄型片材、金属铜薄型片材中的一种或几种复合使用制得。
根据本发明提供的耐盐碱型自粘防水卷材,优选地,隔离层是PE隔离膜、PET隔离膜、PVC隔离膜、PP隔离膜、PA隔离膜或硅油纸膜中的一种。
本发明的第二方面还公开了一种耐盐碱型自粘防水卷材的制备方法,用于制备上述任一技术方案公开的耐盐碱自粘层,包括:取10#沥青和90#沥青,通过计量罐计量后,打入配料罐;将温度升到160±5℃后加入机油;继续升温至180℃±5℃后加入苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物和耐盐碱助剂(FSA);搅拌1.5小时,温度控制在180~200℃,边搅拌边开胶体磨研磨40±5分钟;温度降至150~160℃再加入萜烯树脂,搅拌0.5小时;打入配料罐,温度升到170~180℃,兑入滑石粉搅拌20-40分钟;搅拌完成后进行降温,温度降至150±5℃后将产物投入成型生产线。
本发明取得的有益效果至少包括:防水效果好、抗穿透能力强、施工方便;本发明提供的防水卷材在满足国家标准GB23441-2009中聚酯胎Ⅱ型的物理性能指标的同时,还满足JTJ275-2000《海港工程混凝土结构防腐技术规范》中混凝土表面涂层抗氯离子渗透的要求。

具体实施方式
为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。
如图所示,本发明提供的耐盐碱型自粘防水卷材,包括:隔离层、耐盐碱自粘层和胎基层;其中,胎基层正反两面均贴附有耐盐碱自粘层,隔离层贴附在耐盐碱自粘层外部;隔离层、耐盐碱自粘层和胎基层整体紧压贴合形成五层结构,胎基层作为加强内筋,隔离层作为外部保护层,耐盐碱自粘层作为防盐碱腐蚀保护层;耐盐碱自粘层包括以质量百分比计的:萜烯树脂5%、10#沥青20%、90#沥青35%、机油10%、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物8%、耐盐碱助剂(FSA)4%和滑石粉18%。胎基层是由玻璃纤维毡、聚酯毡、复合毡、高密度聚乙烯薄型片材、低密度聚乙烯薄型片材、金属铜薄型片材中的一种或几种复合使用制得。隔离层是PE隔离膜、PET隔离膜、PVC隔离膜、PP隔离膜、PA隔离膜或硅油纸膜中的一种。
本发明公开的耐盐碱型自粘防水卷材的制备方法包括:按照上述实施例中公开的组分配方把10#沥青、90#沥青,通过计量罐计量后,打入配料罐,待温度升到160±5℃加入机油,将温度升至180℃±5℃时加入SBS及耐盐碱助剂(FSA),搅拌1.5小时,温度控制在180-200℃,边搅拌边开胶体磨研磨40±5min检查研磨充分后,在温度降至150-160℃再加入萜烯树脂搅拌0.5小时,检查搅拌充分后打入配料罐,温度升到170-180℃兑入滑石粉搅拌20-40分钟,搅拌充分后进行降温,在温度降至150±5℃,放料投入生产。
本发明提供的耐盐碱型自粘防水卷材通过设置耐盐碱层,使得防水卷材的耐盐碱性能好,通过设置具有网状结构的增强层,使得防水卷材强度高,可以满足重点工程防水和耐盐碱的需要,具有防水及耐碱性能好、强度高、施工简单易操作的优点。

Claims (4)

1.一种耐盐碱型自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,包括:隔离层、耐盐碱自粘层和胎基层;其中,所述胎基层正反两面均贴附有所述耐盐碱自粘层,所述隔离层贴附在所述耐盐碱自粘层外部;所述隔离层、所述耐盐碱自粘层和所述胎基层整体紧压贴合形成五层结构,胎基层作为加强内筋,隔离层作为外部保护层,耐盐碱自粘层作为防盐碱腐蚀保护层;所述耐盐碱自粘层包括以质量百分比计的:萜烯树脂5%、10#沥青20%、90#沥青35%、机油10%、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物8%、耐盐碱助剂(FSA)4%和滑石粉18%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐盐碱型自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述胎基层是由玻璃纤维毡、聚酯毡、复合毡、高密度聚乙烯薄型片材、低密度聚乙烯薄型片材、金属铜薄型片材中的一种或几种复合使用制得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐盐碱型自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述隔离层是PE隔离膜、PET隔离膜、PVC隔离膜、PP隔离膜、PA隔离膜或硅油纸膜中的一种。
4.一种耐盐碱型自粘防水卷材的制备方法,用于制备如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的耐盐碱自粘层,其特征在于,包括:
取所述10#沥青和所述90#沥青,通过计量罐计量后,打入配料罐;
将温度升到160±5℃后加入机油;
继续升温至180℃±5℃后加入所述苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物和所述耐盐碱助剂(FSA);
搅拌1.5小时,温度控制在180~200℃,边搅拌边开胶体磨研磨40±5分钟;
温度降至150~160℃再加入所述萜烯树脂,搅拌0.5小时;
打入配料罐,温度升到170~180℃,兑入滑石粉搅拌20-40分钟;
搅拌完成后进行降温,温度降至150±5℃后将产物投入成型生产线。
