本发明公开了一种中空塑料模板,包括合成树脂、填充料、增塑剂、稳定剂、添加剂和防腐剂,各配方的组成比例为竹子5%~6%、芦苇3%~4%、玉米秸秆4%~5%,小麦秸秆3%~5%、合成树脂45%~55%、填充料15%~20%、增塑剂15%~20%、稳定剂5%~8%、添加剂1%~5%和防腐剂3%~8%。采用本发明制备的中空塑料模板显著提高了塑料模板的承重性能,同时本发明采用的原料包括竹子、芦苇、玉米秸秆和小麦秸秆,显著降低了中空塑料模板的生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑模板技术领域,具体涉及一种中空塑料模板的制备工艺。
背景技术
塑料模板是在消化吸收欧洲先进的设备制造技术和半高的加工经验基础上坚持以先进的产品和工艺技术,通过高温200℃挤压而成的复合材料。塑料模板是一
种节能型和绿色环保产品,是继木模板、组合钢模板、竹木胶合模板、全钢
大模板之后又一新型换代产品。中空塑料模板是塑料模板的进一步发展,可以有效减轻塑料模板的重量,同时降低了生产成本,但是现有的中空塑料模板存在承重小,容易断裂的问题,同时现有的塑料模板采用的原材料成本较高。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术不足,本发明提供一种中空塑料模板的制备工艺,目的是提高中空塑料模板的承重,同时降低中空塑料建筑模板的生成成本。
一种中空塑料模板,其特征在于:其配方包括合成树脂、填充料、增塑剂、稳定剂、添加剂和防腐剂,各配方的组成比例为竹子5%~6%、芦苇3%~4%、玉米秸秆4%~5%,小麦秸秆3%~5%、合成树脂45%~55%、填充料15%~20%、增塑剂15%~20%、稳定剂5%~8%、添加剂1%~5%和防腐剂3%~8%。
优选的所述合成树脂为聚乙烯。
优选的所述填充料为玻璃纤维。
优选的所述增塑剂为环氧硬脂酸辛脂。
优选的所述稳定剂为环氧化物。
优选的所述添加剂为维乐纤。
优选的所述防腐剂为1,3—二羟甲基—5,5—二甲基乙内酰脲。
一种中空塑料模板的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:植物纤维的制备,对竹子、芦苇、玉米秸秆和小麦秸秆进行清理、打抛、烘干、粉碎后获得植物纤维;
步骤二:对植物纤维进行碳化,将步骤一所得的植物纤维在欠氧或无氧氛围下进行碳化处理;
步骤三:原料混合,将步骤二碳化后的植物纤维与合成树脂、填充料、增塑剂、稳定剂、添加剂、防腐剂混合后,采用高速混合机进行预混合;
步骤四:挤出成型,采用螺杆挤出机熔融、混炼、注射成型,挤出机出口温度设定为200~260℃。
本发明的有益效果:采用本发明制备的中空塑料模板显著提高了塑料模板的承重性能,同时本发明采用的原料包括竹子、芦苇、玉米秸秆和小麦秸秆,显著降低了中空塑料模板的生产成本。

实施例1
一种中空塑料模板,其配方包括合成树脂、填充料、增塑剂、稳定剂、添加剂和防腐剂,各配方的组成比例为竹子5%、芦苇3%、玉米秸秆4%,小麦秸秆3%、合成树脂30%、填充料20%、增塑剂20%、稳定剂7%、添加剂4%和防腐剂4%。所述合成树脂为聚乙烯。所述填充料为玻璃纤维。所述增塑剂为环氧硬脂酸辛脂。所述稳定剂为环氧化物。所述添加剂为维乐纤。所述防腐剂为1,3—二羟甲基—5,5—二甲基乙内酰脲。
