Abstract
一种密闭式湿化瓶的生产工艺,容器上部的上部套有密封收纳盖,将进气口和出气口包裹在内,进气口下端连接导气管后,倒置于自动生产线的进料处,进入自动流水线;将倒置的装有收纳盖的容器上部在传送带的作用下,传送至灌装工位,进行灌装,后传送至旋盖工位下方;对容器下部进行整理,将容器下部放入料斗,利用提升装置将容器下部进行整理,容器下部通过轨道达到旋盖工位;倒置的装有收纳盖的容器上部与容器下部通过旋转盖工位进行拧盖,得到成品螺纹连接湿化甁瓶体,本发明具有在简化了生产工艺和提高了良品率的同时,具有降低生产成本的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,特别涉及一种密闭式湿化瓶的生产工艺。
背景技术
现有市场上的氧气湿化瓶进气口与出气口设计为相互垂直形式,如图1所示。这种设计在注塑时受脱模方式的影响,两个气口只能为开口不能密闭。在组装生产时需要分别为进气口和出气口加装封帽,再进行手动拧盖,才能达到保存湿化液的目的。其工艺如图2所示,要实现自动化生产,组装这两个封帽是一个很大的困难。另外盖子上有出气口和进气口,盖子下有导气管,其形状不规则无法实现自动理盖,从而导致不能自动化生产或导致自动化生产线设备昂贵大幅增加成本。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种密闭式湿化瓶的生产工艺,将产品氧气进口与氧气出口设计为相互平形型式,并在进口、出口上设计了一体式便于折断的密封连接机构,能够实现湿化瓶上部一体成形,便于模具脱模;同时加高湿化瓶容器上部,使之高于导气管,将导气管包容与内,使外部形状规则以便自动化生产。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种密闭式湿化瓶的生产工艺,其步骤为:
步骤一:注塑
将原材料自动注塑形成收纳盖1、容器上部5、容器下部6以及导气管7,所述的容器上部5上设置有进气口3、出气口4和拔环8,进气口3与出气口4相互平行,容器上部5一次成形;所述容器上部5的内部高度大于导气管7的高度;
步骤二:容器上部5的上部套有密封收纳盖1,将进气口3和出气口4包裹在内,进气口3下端连接导气管7后,倒置于自动生产线的进料处,进入自动流水线;
步骤三:将倒置的装有收纳盖1的容器上部5在传送带的作用下,传送至灌装工位,进行灌装,后传送至旋盖工位下方;
步骤四:对容器下部6进行整理,将容器下部6放入料斗,利用提升装置将容器下部6进行整理,容器下部6通过轨道达到旋盖工位;
步骤五:倒置的装有收纳盖1的容器上部5与容器下部6通过旋转盖工位进行拧盖,得到成品。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
参照图4所示,一种密闭式湿化瓶的生产工艺,其步骤为:

步骤五:倒置的装有收纳盖1的容器上部5与容器下部6通过旋转盖工位进行拧盖,得到成品。
同理,所述的进气口3和出气口4之间夹角σ为0≤σ<90°且其效果与进气口3和出气口4为相互平行设置时的效果一致时,该技术方案为等同;即就是说,进气口3和出气口4处于非垂直交叉状态下也是本发明所保护的技术特征。

1.一种密闭式湿化瓶的生产工艺,其特征在于,其步骤为:
步骤一:注塑
将原材料自动注塑形成收纳盖(1)、容器上部(5)、容器下部(6)以及导气管(7),所述的容器上部(5)上设置有进气口(3)、出气口(4)和拔环(8),进气口(3)与出气口(4)相互平行,容器上部(5)一次成形;所述容器上部(5)的内部高度大于导气管(7)的高度;
步骤二:容器上部(5)的上部套有密封收纳盖(1),将进气口(3)和出气口(4)包裹在内,进气口(3)下端连接导气管(7)后,倒置于自动生产线的进料处,进入自动流水线;
步骤三:将倒置的装有收纳盖(1)的容器上部(5)在传送带的作用下,传送至灌装工位,进行灌装,后传送至旋盖工位下方;
步骤四:对容器下部(6)进行整理,将容器下部(6)放入料斗,利用提升装置将容器下部(6)进行整理,容器下部(6)通过轨道达到旋盖工位;
步骤五:倒置的装有收纳盖(1)的容器上部(5)与容器下部(6)通过旋转盖工位进行拧盖,得到成品;
所述的进气口(3)和出气口(4)之间夹角σ为0≤σ<90°,进气口(3)和出气口(4)处于非垂直交叉状态。
