背景技术
随着工业社会的发展,人们对环境的保护意识也在逐渐增强,对于工业产出的各种废液、废气和固体废弃物残渣的处理方法也在不断的优化中,为了提高空气质量,需要对各种废气进行处理,特别是工业废气。目前常采用针刺毡滤料进行废气过滤,而现有的针刺毡滤料一般为普通的层状复合结构,在钢铁、冶金、电力、化工、制药等行业的烟气温度较高,普通层状结构的针刺毡滤料难以满足其高温颗粒物对滤袋的灼烧和腐蚀性气体对滤料的破坏,使用寿命缩短,使企业的生产成本增加,还容易造成火灾等生产事故。此外,现有的针刺毡滤料使用一段时间后,滤孔易被堵塞,不易清除,造成过滤效果下降。
因此急需一种可满足高温过滤,实时监测使用温度,滤孔不易被堵塞的预氧复合丝针刺毡滤料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有针刺毡滤料的不足,提供一种预氧复合丝针刺毡滤料,可满足高温过滤,实时监测使用温度,滤孔不易被堵塞。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种预氧复合丝针刺毡滤料,包括基布层,所述基布层的两侧均设有第一预氧复合丝层,所述第一预氧复合丝层表面设有玻纤复合丝层,所述玻纤复合丝层表面设有第二预氧复合丝层。
优选的,所述第二预氧复合丝层表面设有若干均匀分布的凹槽,所述凹槽内设有测温试纸,测温试纸可实时监测使用场所的温度,失效的测温试纸可取下,将新的测温试纸贴于凹槽中即可。
优选的,所述凹槽的间隔为1米,方便温度观测。
优选的,所述第二预氧复合丝层的表面设有防尘膜,所述防尘膜为离型膜,未使用时防尘膜罩于第二预氧复合丝层表面,可防止积累灰尘;当需要使用时,可将防尘膜撕下,用于废气或废液过滤;离型膜式的防尘膜,方便撕下。

第二预氧复合丝层4的表面设有防尘膜5,防尘膜5为离型膜,未使用时防尘膜5罩于第二预氧复合丝层4表面,可防止积累灰尘;当需要使用时,可将防尘膜5撕下,用于废气或废液过滤;离型膜式的防尘膜,方便撕下。

6.根据权利要求5所述的一种预氧复合丝针刺毡滤料,其特征在于,所述第一支管、第二支管和第三支管上均设有气孔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种预氧复合丝针刺毡滤料,其特征在于,所述基布层为预氧丝纤维编织的网布层。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种预氧复合丝针刺毡滤料,其特征在于,所述第一预氧复合丝层为预氧丝纤维与克迈尔化纤编织而成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种预氧复合丝针刺毡滤料,其特征在于,所述玻纤复合丝层为玻璃纤维与克迈尔化纤编织而成。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种预氧复合丝针刺毡滤料,其特征在于,所述第二预氧复合丝层为预氧丝纤维与玄武岩纤维编织而成。
