本发明涉及一种蒸馏塔专用换气装置,包括保护壳，所述保护壳顶部设有排气口，所述排气口上连接排气管道，所述排气管道顶部设有单向阀，所述排气管道连接主管，所述主管延伸出保护壳底部的螺旋接头，所述螺旋接口中连接有进气管道，所述主管和进气管道通过固定装置固定在螺旋接口中，所述进气管道较主管长，所述进气管道顶部连接过滤装置，所述过滤装置连接延伸至外壳外侧的管道，通过固定件连接，所述管道上设有阀门，所述外壳底部设有气压表。本发明通过进气管道提高进气速率，过滤装置提高进气的洁净和质量，增压室连接喷嘴提高工作效率，主管耐磨、耐热、抗压效果，延长使用寿命，固定装置提高管件牢固性。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种蒸馏塔专用换气装置。
背景技术
蒸馏塔在长期使用过程中，由于高温使其内部气压升高，需要在过高压是对其进行换气，从而保证结构的安全，而现有的换气装置由于其气体中含有一定的杂质，从而换气后降低蒸馏塔工作精度，造成产品质量下降，增加成本，同时由于排气管在长期高温环境下易出现损伤，所以需要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于一种蒸馏塔专用换气装置，以解决现有的技术问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种蒸馏塔专用换气装置,包括保护壳，所述保护壳顶部设有排气口，所述排气口上连接排气管道，所述排气管道顶部设有单向阀，所述排气管道连接主管，所述主管延伸出保护壳，底部连接螺旋接头，所述螺旋接头中连接有进气管道，所述主管和进气管道通过固定装置固定在螺旋接头中，所述进气管道较主管长，所述进气管道顶部连接过滤装置，所述过滤装置连接延伸至保护壳外侧的管道，通过固定件连接，所述管道上设有阀门，所述保护壳底部设有气压表；
所述进气管道包括横管和纵管，所述横管和纵管之间通过弧度为140°-150°的弧形管连接，所述弧形管上设有加固板，所述加固板与弧形管内壁之间空隙中填充有缓冲棉，所述横管顶部中设有单向阀，所述加固板上设有吸风机，所述吸风机通过支架固定，所述纵管顶部设有加压室，所述加压室连接喷头；
所述固定装置包括减震板，所述减震板两侧设有减震棉，通过减震薄膜包裹，所述减震薄膜两侧通过连接件连接调节箍上的固定环，通过限位块固定，所述调节箍另一侧连接减震杆，所述减震杆固定在螺旋接头上，通过固定杆呈45°固定。
优选的，所述主管包括本体，所述本体内壁上设有抗冲击层，所述抗冲击层上设有耐热层，所述本体外侧连接有耐磨层，所述耐磨层上设有防护层，所述本体采用不锈钢铝合金材料，所述抗冲击层采用缓冲板，所述耐热层采用钛合金材料，所述耐磨层采用耐磨钢，所述防护层采用防腐涂料。
优选的，所述过滤装置包括壳体，所述壳体内部设有缓冲板，所述缓冲板两端设有双层过滤网，所述缓冲板内部填充有活性氧化铝、碳分子筛和活性炭的混合物。
优选的，所述排气口和排气管道之间设有密封圈。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、本发明中的管道呈L形状，设有的耐磨板有效降低气流的冲击，并通过吸风机的使用加快气体的流动，缩短时间，提高工作效率，通过过滤装置有效提高气体的质量，保证其洁净，提高环保性能，增压室有效增强压力，从喷头中喷出有效提高喷射速率和面积；
2、本发明固定装置的使用有效对主管和管道实现固定，并根据实际情况进行调节调节箍，提高结构的牢固性，通过减震杆的使用加强结构的稳定和安全，通过减震板及其减震棉有效实现两管道之间的连接，并实现减震效果；
3、本发明的主管由多层结构组成，具有良好的耐磨、防腐、抗压、抗冲击和耐热效果，结构牢固，使用寿命长。

一种蒸馏塔专用换气装置,包括保护壳1，所述保护壳1顶部设有排气口2，所述排气口2上连接排气管道3，所述排气口2和排气管道3之间设有密封圈，所述排气管道3顶部设有单向阀31，所述排气管道3连接主管4，所述主管4延伸出保护壳1，底部连接螺旋接头5，所述螺旋接头5中连接有进气管道7，所述主管4和进气管道7通过固定装置12固定在螺旋接头5中，所述进气管道7较主管4长，所述进气管道7顶部连接过滤装置9，所述过滤装置9连接延伸至保护壳1外侧的管道6，通过固定件8连接，所述管道6上设有阀门，所述保护壳1底部设有气压表10。
本实施例中，所述进气管道7包括横管71和纵管72，所述横管71和纵管72之间通过弧度为140°-150°的弧形管73连接，所述弧形管73上设有加固板74，所述加固板74与弧形管73内壁之间空隙中填充有缓冲棉75，所述横管71顶部中设有单向阀，所述加固板74上设有吸风机78，所述吸风机78通过支架79固定，所述纵管72顶部设有加压室76，所述加压室76连接喷头77。
本实施例中，所述固定装置12包括减震板121，所述减震板121两侧设有减震棉122，通过减震薄膜123包裹，所述减震薄膜123两侧通过连接件124连接调节箍125上的固定环126，通过限位块127固定，所述调节箍125另一侧连接减震杆128，所述减震杆128固定在螺旋接头5上，通过固定杆129呈45°固定。
本实施例中，所述主管4包括本体41，所述本体41内壁上设有抗冲击层42，所述抗冲击层42上设有耐热层43，所述本体41外侧连接有耐磨层44，所述耐磨层44上设有防护层45，所述本体41采用不锈钢铝合金材料，所述抗冲击层42采用缓冲板，所述耐热层43采用钛合金材料，所述耐磨层44采用耐磨钢，所述防护层45采用防腐涂料。
本实施例中，所述过滤装置9包括壳体91，所述壳体91内部设有缓冲板92，所述缓冲板92两端设有双层过滤网93，所述缓冲板92内部填充有活性氧化铝、碳分子筛和活性炭的混合物。
工作原理：将结构连接蒸馏塔中的电源进行供电，开启单向阀使其上升气体从主管中上升至排气管道中进行排出，结构内部气压过低，并开启管道中的阀门，外部气体自动吸入管道中，并通过过滤装置进行过滤、吸附，进入进气管道中，通过吸风机的使用使其进行快速流入，通过增压室的增压后从喷头中喷出。
以上实施例中，本发明具有牢固的结构，抗压性能良好，通过进气管道提高进气速率，配合过滤装置提高进气的洁净和质量，增压室连接喷嘴提高工作效率，主管的多层结构组成有效提高耐磨、耐热、抗压效果，延长使用寿命，固定装置的使用提高管件之间的连接，增强牢固性。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种蒸馏塔专用换气装置,包括保护壳（1），其特征在于：所述保护壳（1）顶部设有排气口（2），所述排气口（2）上连接排气管道（3），所述排气管道（3）顶部设有单向阀（31），所述排气管道（3）连接主管（4），所述主管（4）延伸出保护壳（1），底部连接螺旋接头（5），所述螺旋接头（5）中连接有进气管道（7），所述主管（4）和进气管道（7）通过固定装置（12）固定在螺旋接头（5）中，所述进气管道（7）较主管（4）长，所述进气管道（7）顶部连接过滤装置（9），所述过滤装置（9）连接延伸至保护壳（1）外侧的管道（6），通过固定件（8）连接，所述管道（6）上设有阀门，所述保护壳（1）底部设有气压表（10）；
所述进气管道（7）包括横管（71）和纵管（72），所述横管（71）和纵管（72）之间通过弧度为140°-150°的弧形管（73）连接，所述弧形管（73）上设有加固板（74），所述加固板（74）与弧形管（73）内壁之间空隙中填充有缓冲棉（75），所述横管（71）顶部中设有单向阀（11），所述加固板（74）上设有吸风机（78），所述吸风机（78）通过支架（79）固定，所述纵管（72）顶部设有加压室（76），所述加压室（76）连接喷头（77）；
所述固定装置（12）包括减震板（121），所述减震板（121）两侧设有减震棉（122），通过减震薄膜（123）包裹，所述减震薄膜（123）两侧通过连接件（124）连接调节箍（125）上的固定环（126），通过限位块（127）固定，所述调节箍（125）另一侧连接减震杆（128），所述减震杆（128）固定在螺旋接头（5）上，通过固定杆（129）呈45°固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蒸馏塔专用换气装置，其特征在于：所述主管（4）包括本体（41），所述本体（41）内壁上设有抗冲击层（42），所述抗冲击层（42）上设有耐热层（43），所述本体（41）外侧连接有耐磨层（44），所述耐磨层（44）上设有防护层（45），所述本体（41）采用不锈钢铝合金材料，所述抗冲击层（42）采用缓冲板，所述耐热层（43）采用钛合金材料，所述耐磨层（44）采用耐磨钢，所述防护层（45）采用防腐涂料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蒸馏塔专用换气装置，其特征在于：所述过滤装置（9）包括壳体（91），所述壳体（91）内部设有缓冲板（92），所述缓冲板（92）两端设有双层过滤网（93），所述缓冲板（92）内部填充有活性氧化铝、碳分子筛和活性炭的混合物。
