A04. A distributor receives a distribution request, scans and loads materials through an industrial PDA, distributes the materials to a position line side library, scans and codes the materials by the position line side library, receives the materials after confirming that an order is correct, and sends the information of the received materials to an MES system; the conditions of delivery error, delivery more and delivery less when different orders of a plurality of production lines are delivered simultaneously are avoided.
A05. And when the residual material quantity of the position line side library is reduced to an early warning value and the total material distribution quantity is less than the required quantity of the order, the position line side library gives an alarm, material urging information is sent, the MES system pushes the material urging information to the material warehouse, and the step A03 is executed again until the order is completed.

Under the condition of material urging, if the MES system receives the information that the material worker starts to deliver the material and does not receive the information that the material worker side library confirms to receive the material after exceeding the limited time, the MES system pushes the information to a material flow manager, and the material flow manager confirms the material receiving condition and feeds the information back to the MES system; and the logistics worker sends information for starting distribution to the station line side library to confirm that the information for receiving the materials is 3-5 minutes.
The material urging process is monitored by the MES system, and is regulated and controlled in multiple ways by matching with a material preparer, a logistics worker, a logistics manager and the line side warehouse, so that the flow direction of the material can be tracked in time, the stock of the line side warehouse can be supplemented in time, the delivery efficiency of the material is improved, the situations of multi-delivery, wrong delivery and missing delivery are avoided, and the production efficiency is improved.
Specifically, the preparers, distributors and station operators receive and send information through the industrial PDA, and the flow direction of materials is monitored through the electronic billboard.
More specifically, each station of the assembly line body of the air-conditioning workshop is provided with an industrial PDA, a process bar code label and a work line side library bar code label, in the assembly process, the bar code labels on the orders are matched with the bar code labels on the materials, the scanning installation is carried out, and meanwhile, the consumption information of the materials is fed back to the MES system, so that the materials can be supplemented in time.
