Abstract

the judging module 302 is configured to judge whether the real-time line side information of the material meets the distribution condition, so as to obtain a first judging result;
the first processing module 303 is configured to process the real-time line side information of the material by using a preset material dynamic distribution rule to obtain material distribution parameter information when the first determination result is yes;
the second processing module 304 is configured to process the material distribution parameter information by using a preset distribution instruction generation rule, so as to obtain a distribution instruction set; the delivery instruction set is used for indicating material delivery.

processing the line edge safety stock value and the real-time line edge information of the material by using a preset first distribution time model to obtain first distribution time;
processing real-time line side information of the material by using a preset second distribution time model to obtain second distribution time;
and processing the first delivery time and the second delivery time by using a preset third delivery time model to obtain delivery time information.
Therefore, the data processing device for material distribution described in fig. 4 can be implemented to comprehensively process the data information by using the first distribution time model, the second distribution time model and the third distribution time model to obtain distribution time information, which is favorable for realizing accurate matching of material demand and distribution, further reducing material distribution cost and improving operation efficiency.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the real-time line side information of the material includes a dispensing cycle and a consumption rate;
the second processing sub-module 3032 processes the real-time line side information of the material by using a preset distribution quantity determining rule, and the specific mode for obtaining the distribution quantity information is as follows:
determining periodic delivery quantity according to the delivery period;
and processing the periodic distribution quantity and the consumption speed by using a preset demand correction model to obtain distribution quantity information.
Therefore, the data processing device for material distribution described in fig. 4 can determine the periodic distribution amount through the distribution period, and obtain the distribution amount information through further processing of the demand correction model, which is more beneficial to realizing accurate matching of material demand and distribution, further reducing material distribution cost and improving operation efficiency.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the second processing sub-module 3032 determines a periodic delivery volume according to a delivery period, including:
determining the total demand amount in the current period according to the distribution period;
solving the model according to the current demand total amount and the preset amount, and determining a target amount model;
and analyzing the target quantity model to obtain the periodic distribution quantity.
Therefore, the data processing device for material distribution described in fig. 4 can obtain the target quantity model through comprehensive processing of the distribution period, and analyze the target quantity model to obtain the periodic distribution quantity, which is more beneficial to realizing accurate matching of material demand and distribution, further reducing material distribution cost and improving operation efficiency.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the material delivery parameter information includes delivery time information and delivery quantity information;
the second processing module 304 processes the material distribution parameter information by using a preset distribution instruction generation rule, and the specific manner of obtaining the distribution instruction set is as follows:
acquiring current time information;
judging whether the current time information and the delivery time information meet the time condition or not to obtain a second judging result;
and when the second judgment result is yes, determining a delivery instruction set according to the delivery quantity information.
Therefore, the data processing device for material distribution described in fig. 4 can determine the distribution parameter information by judging the real-time line side information and the distribution condition of the material and comprehensively processing the real-time line side information by utilizing the dynamic material distribution rule, and then generate the distribution instruction for indicating the material distribution by comprehensively processing the current time information and the material distribution parameter information, thereby being beneficial to realizing the accurate matching of the material requirement and distribution, further reducing the material distribution cost and improving the operation efficiency.

processing real-time line side information of the material to obtain distribution path information;
acquiring distribution vehicle information;
generating a loading instruction according to the delivery vehicle information and the delivery quantity information; the loading instruction is used for instructing the delivery vehicle to load the materials with the quantity matched with the delivery vehicle;
generating a material distribution instruction according to the distribution path information and the distribution vehicle information; the material dispensing instructions are for instructing a dispensing vehicle to dispense material to the line side.
Therefore, the data processing device for material distribution described in fig. 4 can obtain the loading instruction and the material distribution instruction through comprehensive processing of the real-time line side information, the distribution vehicle information and the distribution quantity information of the material, which is more beneficial to realizing accurate matching of material demand and distribution, further reducing material distribution cost and improving operation efficiency.

Claims (10)
1. A data processing method for material distribution, the method comprising:
acquiring real-time line side information of a material;
judging whether the real-time line side information of the material meets the distribution condition or not to obtain a first judgment result;
when the first judgment result is yes, processing the real-time line side information of the materials by using a preset material dynamic distribution rule to obtain material distribution parameter information;
processing the material distribution parameter information by using a preset distribution instruction generation rule to obtain a distribution instruction set; the delivery instruction set is used for indicating material delivery.
2. The method for processing data for material distribution according to claim 1, wherein the processing the real-time line side information of the material by using a preset material dynamic distribution rule to obtain material distribution parameter information includes:
processing the real-time line side information of the material by using a preset distribution time determining rule to obtain distribution time information;
and processing the real-time line side information of the materials by using a preset distribution quantity determining rule to obtain distribution quantity information.
3. The data processing method for material distribution according to claim 2, wherein the processing the real-time line side information of the material using a preset distribution time determining rule to obtain distribution time information includes:
acquiring a line edge safety stock value;
processing the line-side safety stock value and the real-time line-side information of the material by using a preset first distribution time model to obtain a first distribution time;
processing the real-time line side information of the material by using a preset second distribution time model to obtain second distribution time;
and processing the first delivery time and the second delivery time by using a preset third delivery time model to obtain delivery time information.
4. The data processing method for material distribution according to claim 2, wherein the material real-time line side information includes a distribution period and a consumption rate;
the processing the real-time line side information of the material by using a preset distribution quantity determining rule to obtain distribution quantity information comprises the following steps:
determining periodic delivery quantity according to the delivery period;
and processing the periodic distribution quantity and the consumption speed by using a preset demand correction model to obtain distribution quantity information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining the periodic delivery amount based on the delivery period comprises:
determining the total demand amount in the current period according to the distribution period;
solving the model according to the current demand total amount and the preset amount, and determining a target amount model;
and analyzing the target quantity model to obtain the periodic distribution quantity.
6. The data processing method for material distribution according to claim 1, wherein the material distribution parameter information includes distribution time information and distribution number information;
the processing the material distribution parameter information by using a preset distribution instruction generation rule to obtain a distribution instruction set, including:
acquiring current time information;
judging whether the current time information and the delivery time information meet a time condition or not to obtain a second judging result;
and when the second judgment result is yes, determining a distribution instruction set according to the distribution quantity information.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein determining a set of delivery instructions based on the delivery quantity information comprises:
processing the real-time line side information of the material to obtain distribution path information;
acquiring distribution vehicle information;
generating a loading instruction according to the delivery vehicle information and the delivery quantity information; the loading instruction is used for indicating the delivery vehicle to load the materials with the quantity matched with the delivery vehicle;
generating a material distribution instruction according to the distribution path information and the distribution vehicle information; the material delivery instruction is used for indicating the delivery vehicle to deliver the material to the line side.
8. A data processing apparatus for dispensing material, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring real-time line side information of the materials;
the judging module is used for judging whether the real-time line side information of the material meets the distribution condition or not to obtain a first judging result;
the first processing module is used for processing the real-time line side information of the materials by utilizing a preset material dynamic distribution rule when the first judgment result is yes, so as to obtain material distribution parameter information;
the second processing module is used for processing the material distribution parameter information by utilizing a preset distribution instruction generation rule to obtain a distribution instruction set; the delivery instruction set is used for indicating material delivery.
9. A data processing apparatus for dispensing material, the apparatus comprising:
a memory storing executable program code;
a processor coupled to the memory;
the processor invokes the executable program code stored in the memory to perform the data processing method for material delivery as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer storage medium storing computer instructions which, when invoked, are adapted to perform the data processing method for the distribution of materials according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
