背景技术
传统的钢丝绳耐腐蚀性一般,钢丝绳用于海洋捕鱼作业时长期泡在海水中,钢丝绳本体长时间直接与海水接触容易腐蚀,导致使用寿命比较短。

步骤一;预处理:将不锈钢盘条置于放线架上,用机械进行清洁处理,清洁完成后进入涂硼设备进行涂硼处理,最后进入烘干设备烘干,得预处理线材;
步骤二;拉拔:将预处理线材置于拉拔机进行多次拉拔,拉拔完成后收线得到半成品线材;
步骤三;热处理:将拉拔处理后的半成品线材放入热处理炉进行加热处理,加热完成后进行清洗、冷却;
步骤四;拧股成绳:将热处理后的半品线材放于拧股机上进行捻股合绳,得成品钢丝绳;
步骤五;包裹薄膜层:在钢丝绳表面包裹薄膜层,隔绝钢丝绳本体直接与外部接触。
作为优选,所述步骤三所述热处理炉的温度在700-800℃范围内。

1.一种耐腐蚀钢丝绳加工工艺,其特征在于,所述耐腐蚀钢丝绳加工工艺将不锈钢作为原材料进行加工,它包括以下步骤:
步骤一;预处理:将不锈钢盘条置于放线架上,用机械进行清洁处理,清洁完成后进入涂硼设备进行涂硼处理,最后进入烘干设备烘干,得预处理线材;
步骤二;拉拔:将预处理线材置于拉拔机进行多次拉拔,拉拔完成后收线得到半成品线材;
步骤三;热处理:将拉拔处理后的半成品线材放入热处理炉进行加热处理,加热完成后进行清洗、冷却;
步骤四;拧股成绳:将热处理后的半品线材放于拧股机上进行捻股合绳,得成品钢丝绳;
步骤五;包裹薄膜层:在钢丝绳表面包裹薄膜层,隔绝钢丝绳本体直接与外部接触。
