Abstract
本发明提供一种丁腈胶高压胶管,所述橡胶由以下重量份数的原料制成:丁腈橡胶80‑100份,炭黑N33020‑40份,N550炭黑50‑70份,酯类增塑剂1‑10份,氧化锌1‑5份,硬脂酸0.5份,硫磺1‑2份,促进剂2‑4份,通过中添加酯类增塑剂来提高了胶管的性能,通过酯类增塑剂为磷酸三甲苯酯或磷酸二苯辛酯或磷酸三丁酯或磷酸三辛酯,从而提高了丁腈胶管的抗寒性、绝缘性和弹性,大大提高了物理机械的性能和跟钢丝的粘合性能,大大提高了产品的使用时间。

技术领域
本发明是一种丁腈胶高压胶管,属于橡胶技术领域。
背景技术
丁腈橡胶的耐油、耐热性能和物理机械性能优异,可用于生产输送非极性或者弱极性介质的耐油胶管。一般丁腈胶管,其缺点是耐低温性差、绝缘性能低劣,弹性稍低。因此,提出了一种丁腈胶高压胶管。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种丁腈胶高压胶管,通过中添加酯类增塑剂来提高了胶管的性能,通过酯类增塑剂为磷酸三甲苯酯或磷酸二苯辛酯或磷酸三丁酯或磷酸三辛酯,从而提高了丁腈胶管的抗寒性、绝缘性和弹性,大大提高了物理机械的性能和跟钢丝的粘合性能,大大提高了产品的使用时间。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种丁腈胶高压胶管,所述橡胶由以下重量份数的原料制成:丁腈橡胶80-100份,炭黑N33020-40份,N550炭黑50-70份,酯类增塑剂1-10份,氧化锌1-5份,硬脂酸0.5份,硫磺1-2份,促进剂2-4份。
进一步改进在于:所述橡胶由以下重量份数的原料制成:丁腈橡胶100份,炭黑N33040份,N550炭黑70份,酯类增塑剂10份,氧化锌5份,硬脂酸0.5份,硫磺1.5份,促进剂4份。
进一步改进在于:所述酯类增塑剂为磷酸三甲苯酯或磷酸二苯辛酯或磷酸三丁酯或磷酸三辛酯。
本发明的有益效果是:通过中添加酯类增塑剂来提高了胶管的性能,通过酯类增塑剂为磷酸三甲苯酯或磷酸二苯辛酯或磷酸三丁酯或磷酸三辛酯,从而提高了丁腈胶管的抗寒性、绝缘性和弹性,大大提高了物理机械的性能和跟钢丝的粘合性能,大大提高了产品的使用时间。

本发明提供一种丁腈胶高压胶管,所述橡胶由以下重量份数的原料制成:丁腈橡胶100份,炭黑N33040份,N550炭黑70份,酯类增塑剂10份,氧化锌5份,硬脂酸0.5份,硫磺1.5份,促进剂4份。
实施例二
本发明提供一种丁腈胶高压胶管,所述橡胶由以下重量份数的原料制成:丁腈橡胶90份,炭黑N33030份,N550炭黑60份,酯类增塑剂5份,氧化锌1份,硬脂酸0.5份,硫磺1份,促进剂3份。
实施例三
本发明提供一种丁腈胶高压胶管,所述橡胶由以下重量份数的原料制成:丁腈橡胶80份,炭黑N33020份,N550炭黑50份,酯类增塑剂1份,氧化锌3份,硬脂酸0.5份,硫磺2份,促进剂2份。
通过中添加酯类增塑剂来提高了胶管的性能,通过酯类增塑剂为磷酸三甲苯酯或磷酸二苯辛酯或磷酸三丁酯或磷酸三辛酯,从而提高了丁腈胶管的抗寒性、绝缘性和弹性,大大提高了物理机械的性能和跟钢丝的粘合性能,大大提高了产品的使用时间。

1.一种丁腈胶高压胶管,其特征在于,所述橡胶由以下重量份数的原料制成:丁腈橡胶80-100份,炭黑N33020-40份,N550炭黑50-70份,酯类增塑剂1-10份,氧化锌1-5份,硬脂酸0.5份,硫磺1-2份,促进剂2-4份。
