The high-pressure-resistance and long-life water permeable plate prepared by the embodiments of the invention is subjected to compressive strength and flexural strength tests, and the obtained test data are as follows:

The compressive strength of the prior art porous plate is about 42-44MPa, and the flexural strength is about 12-13 MPa; according to the experimental data, compared with the prior art, the high-compression-resistance long-service-life water permeable plate has the advantages that the compression strength is improved by 20% -25%, the rupture strength is improved by 28% -40%, and the water permeable plate has excellent mechanical properties.
The raw material components of the high-pressure-resistance and long-life water permeable plate are matched with each other, and the proportion of the components is strictly controlled, so that the pressure resistance, the breaking resistance, the ageing resistance, the chemical resistance and the weather resistance of the water permeable plate are improved, the water permeable plate has a certain self-cleaning function, the service life of the water permeable plate is prolonged, and in addition, the manufacturing cost is lower. the waste ash is one or more of fly ash, red mud, powder in artificial sand, concrete powder, waste brick powder, waste glass powder and waste mortar powder;
the waste residue is one or more of concrete waste, waste glass, waste ceramic chips, waste marble granite chips and waste bricks and tiles;
the reinforcing agent consists of phenolic resin, polyanionic cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, graphite powder, glass beads, calcium oxide, calcium carbonate whiskers and polyacrylamide in a weight ratio of 15:6:2:7:4:4: 4.
2. The permeable plate with high compression resistance and long service life as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw material components in parts by weight:
150 parts of waste ash, 100 parts of waste residues, 15 parts of polymer fibers, 13 parts of zirconia fibers, 7 parts of polyether polyamine, 15 parts of nano silicon micropowder, 11 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 6 parts of nano titanium dioxide and 6 parts of reinforcing agent.
