In the present invention, the grinding can further flatten the corners of the recycled aggregate, thereby further reducing the voids in the recycled aggregate.
In the invention, the grinding is preferably carried out in a grinding mill, the inner diameter and length of a grinding cylinder of the grinding mill are preferably phi 500mm multiplied by 500mm, the external dimension is preferably 1582mm multiplied by 760mm multiplied by 1053mm, the power of a motor is preferably 1.5KW, the power supply voltage is preferably 380V, the frequency is preferably 50Hz, the rotating speed of the grinding mill is preferably 48r/min, the loading amount of recycled aggregate is preferably 20kg, and the grinding time is preferably 10min. The grinding bodies are preferably steel balls and steel sections; the diameter of the steel balls is preferably 40mm, and the number of the steel balls is preferably 50; the diameter and length of the steel segments are preferably 20mm and 30mm respectively, and the number is preferably 500.
In the present invention, the mixing is preferably performed under stirring, and in the present invention, the rotation speed of the stirring is preferably 40 to 50 revolutions/min, and the time is preferably 1min.
After the mixture is obtained, the mixture, the water reducing agent, the defoaming agent and the water are mixed to obtain the mixed slurry. In the present invention, the mixing is preferably performed under stirring conditions, and the stirring speed is not particularly limited, and may be a speed well known to those skilled in the art; the stirring time is preferably 4min.
After the mixed slurry is obtained, the mixed slurry is subjected to vibration forming, initial curing and later curing in sequence to obtain the recycled concrete artware.
In the present invention, the mold is preferably a silicone mold. The inner surface of the mould is preferably guaranteed to be smooth.
In the invention, the vibration frequency of the vibration forming is preferably more than or equal to 47Hz, and more preferably 50Hz; the unloaded amplitude is preferably 0.2-0.6 mm, more preferably 0.35-0.50 mm; the vibration time is preferably 10 to 40 seconds, more preferably 20 to 30 seconds. In the invention, when the height of the recycled concrete handicraft is less than or equal to 4cm, the vibration molding is to pour the mixed slurry into a mould and fix the mould on a horizontal vibration table for vibration molding treatment; when the height of the recycled concrete handicraft is more than 4cm, the vibration molding is a process of pouring and vibration molding the mixed slurry in a mold for multiple times, and the height of each pouring and vibration molding is less than or equal to 4cm.
In the invention, the humidity of the initial curing is preferably more than or equal to 80 percent, the temperature is preferably 15-35 ℃, and more preferably 20-30 ℃; the time is preferably 24h.
After the initial maintenance, the invention also preferably comprises the step of removing the mould; the present invention does not have any particular limitation on the removal, and may be performed by a process known to those skilled in the art.
In the invention, the humidity of the later-stage curing is preferably more than or equal to 90%, the temperature is preferably 15-35 ℃, and more preferably 20-30 ℃; the time period is preferably 14 days.
The recycled concrete artware and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention are described in detail with reference to the following examples, but the invention is not to be construed as being limited by the scope of the invention.
The parts in each of the preparation raw materials in examples 1 to 2 are parts by weight, and the parts by weight are understood that the amount of the preparation raw materials used is not required for a unit grade, and may be "g", "kg", or "t", etc.
Example 1
Recycled concrete artwork (hexagonal prism pen container):
size:
the diameter of the middle cylinder: 55mm, thickness of the pen container: 11mm, height: 95mm, the color is the natural color of the concrete;
preparing raw materials:
cement: 100 parts of P.O42.5 portland cement;
mineral powder: 15 parts, grade S95 specified in GB/T18046 granulated blast furnace slag powder for cement and concrete;
silica fume: 5 parts of silica fume specified in GB/T18736 mineral admixture for high-strength and high-performance concrete;
recycled aggregate: 600 parts of water;
water reducing agent: 1.5 parts of a viscosity-reducing low-air-entraining type polycarboxylate superplasticizer GBH produced by Guangdong red wall GmbH, wherein the solid content is 40%;
defoaming agent: 1 part of J I-901 polyether defoamer produced by Jing Tech technologies, inc. in Fushan City;
magnesium aluminum silicate: 2 parts of (1);
fiber: 0.4 part of monofilament polypropylene fiber, which meets the requirements of GB/T21120 synthetic fiber for cement concrete and mortar, and has the nominal length of 12mm and the equivalent diameter of 18 mu m;
water: 45 parts of water, which is specified in JGJ 63 Water Standard for concrete mixing;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
grinding the recycled aggregate for 10min, removing the recycled aggregate with the particle size of more than 9.5mm and less than 0.15mm, and then screening the recycled aggregate with the particle size of 0.15-9.5 mm into the recycled aggregate with the particle size of 0.15-0.3 mm, 0.30-0.60 mm, 0.60-1.18 mm, 1.18-2.36 mm, 2.36-4.75 mm, 4.75-7 mm and 7-9.5 mm for later use; selecting recycled aggregate with the grain sizes of 4.75-7 mm, 0.60-1.18 mm and 0.15-0.30 mm, and controlling the mass ratio to be 2:0.7:0.3 as recycled aggregate of the present example;
stirring cement, mineral powder, silica fume, recycled aggregate, magnesium aluminum silicate and fibers in a stirrer at the rotating speed of 47 revolutions per minute for 1min to obtain a mixture;
mixing and stirring the mixture, the water reducing agent, the defoaming agent and water for 4min to obtain mixed slurry;
pouring the mixed slurry into a silica gel mold (the height of about 4cm is poured each time) for three times, and performing vibration molding (each pouring layer vibrates for 25s, the vibration frequency is 50Hz, the no-load amplitude is 0.3 mm), curing (the humidity is more than or equal to 80%, the temperature is 30 ℃, the time is 24 h), demolding and post-curing (the humidity is more than or equal to 90%, the temperature is 25 ℃, the time is 14 days) to obtain the recycled concrete handicraft (the physical diagram is shown in figure 1);
the recycled concrete artware can not see bubbles with naked eyes, the surface roughness is less than or equal to 1.6 mu m, and the process drying shrinkage rate is less than or equal to 0.030 percent; the recycled concrete artware is freely dropped onto the C30 concrete ground from a height of 1 meter, and the process is repeated for 5 times without visible cracks.
Example 2
Recycled concrete artware (plum blossom-shaped ash collecting ashtray with a solid cylinder inwards concave):
size:
diameter: 100mm, height: 30mm, a solid cylinder is inwards concaved into a quincunx ash collecting ashtray, the width of the ash collecting inner cylinder is 70mm, the thickness of the inner cylinder is 10mm, and the color of the inner cylinder is light yellow;
preparing raw materials:
cement: 100 parts of P.W42.5 white portland cement;
mineral powder: 10 parts, grade S105 specified in GB/T18046 granulated blast furnace slag powder for cement and concrete;
silica fume: 5 parts of silica fume specified in GB/T18736 mineral admixture for high-strength and high-performance concrete;
recycled aggregate: 500 parts;
water reducing agent: 2.0 part of viscosity-reducing low-air-entraining polycarboxylate superplasticizer GBH produced by Guangdong red wall GmbH, wherein the solid content is 40 percent;
defoaming agent: 1.5 parts of J I-901 polyether defoamer produced by Jing technologies Co., ltd, fushan City;
magnesium aluminum silicate: 2 parts of a mixture;
fiber: 0.5 part of monofilament polypropylene fiber, which meets the requirements of GB/T21120 synthetic fiber for cement concrete and mortar, and has the nominal length of 16mm and the equivalent diameter of 25 mu m;
water: 50 parts of water, which is specified in JGJ 63 Water Standard for concrete mixing;
pigment: 1 part of iron oxide yellow S313 produced by Shanghai Yipin pigment Co., ltd, and first-grade C.I. pigment yellow;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
grinding the recycled aggregate for 10min, removing the recycled aggregate with the particle size of more than 9.5mm and less than 0.15mm, and then screening the recycled aggregate with the particle size of 0.15-9.5 mm into recycled aggregate with the particle size of 0.15-0.3 mm, 0.30-0.60 mm, 0.60-1.18 mm, 1.18-2.36 mm, 2.36-4.75 mm, 4.75-7 mm and 7-9.5 mm for later use; selecting recycled aggregate with the grain sizes of 7-9.5 mm, 0.60-1.18 mm and 0.15-0.30 mm, and controlling the mass ratio to be 2:0.8:0.35 as recycled aggregate of the present example;
stirring cement, mineral powder, silica fume, recycled aggregate, magnesium aluminum silicate and fibers in a stirrer at the rotating speed of 47 revolutions per minute for 1min to obtain a mixture;
mixing and stirring the mixture, the water reducing agent, the defoaming agent and water for 4min to obtain mixed slurry;
pouring the mixed slurry into a silica gel mold at one time, and carrying out vibration molding (the vibration frequency is 47Hz, the no-load amplitude is 0.5mm, the vibration time is 20 s), maintenance (the humidity is more than or equal to 80%, the temperature is 20 ℃, the time is 24 h) and later-stage maintenance (the humidity is more than or equal to 90%, the temperature is 26 ℃, the time is 14 days) to obtain the recycled concrete artware (the material object diagram is shown in figure 2);
the recycled concrete handicraft cannot see bubbles with naked eyes, the surface roughness is less than or equal to 1.4 mu m, and the process drying shrinkage rate is less than or equal to 0.025 percent; the recycled concrete artware is freely dropped onto the C30 concrete ground from a height of 1 meter, and the process is repeated for 5 times without visible cracks.

the minimum thickness of the recycled concrete handicraft is recorded as d;
when d is larger than 11mm, the grading of the recycled aggregate is as follows: 7-9.5 mm, 0.60-1.18 mm and 0.15-0.30 mm; the mass ratio of the recycled aggregate of 7-9.5 mm, 0.60-1.18 mm and 0.15-0.30 mm is 2: (0.5-1): (0.25-0.5);
when d is more than or equal to 8mm and less than 11mm, the grading of the recycled aggregate is as follows: 4.75-7 mm, 0.60-1.18 mm and 0.15-0.30 mm; the mass ratio of the recycled aggregate of 4.75-7 mm, 0.60-1.18 mm and 0.15-0.30 mm is 2: (0.5-1): (0.25-0.5);
when d is more than or equal to 5.0mm and less than 8mm, the grading of the recycled aggregate is as follows: 2.36-4.75 mm, 0.60-1.18 mm and 0.15-0.30 mm; the mass ratio of the recycled aggregate of 2.36-4.75 mm, 0.60-1.18 mm and 0.15-0.30 mm is 2: (0.5-1): (0.25-0.5);
when d is more than or equal to 2.5mm and less than 5.0mm, the grading of the recycled aggregate is as follows: 1.18-2.36 mm and 0.15-0.30 mm; the mass ratio of the recycled aggregate of 1.18-2.36 mm to the recycled aggregate of 0.15-0.30 mm is 1: (0.5-1).

mixing cement, mineral powder, silica fume, recycled aggregate, magnesium aluminum silicate and fibers to obtain a mixture;

and sequentially carrying out vibration molding, initial curing and later curing on the mixed slurry to obtain the recycled concrete handicraft.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the vibration frequency of the vibration molding is not less than 47Hz, the no-load amplitude is 0.2-0.6 mm, and the vibration time is 10-40 s.
4. The preparation method according to claim 2, wherein the humidity of the initial curing is not less than 80%, the temperature is 15-35 ℃, and the time is 24h.
