Abstract
The invention discloses an SMD (surface mounted device) material wire rod code scanning and automatic grabbing device which comprises a material disc supporting seat, a material disc jacking mechanism, a material disc code reading intelligent camera and a material disc grabbing robot. The tray jacking mechanism is arranged on one side of the tray supporting seat. The tray jacking mechanism comprises a supporting arm which moves up and down, and the front end of the supporting arm extends to the upper part of the tray supporting seat. The intelligent charging tray code reading camera is arranged right above the charging tray supporting seat; the tray grabbing robot is located above the jacking mechanism. The SMD material disc bar code scanning and automatic grabbing device is used for the bar code scanning management and storage process of the SMD material disc, and can provide automation and intelligent level in the scanning and storage process.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a robot pickup system of an SMD (surface mounted device) material disc of an electronic manufacturing enterprise, in particular to an SMD material disc bar code scanning and automatic grabbing device.
Background
At present, barcode scanning management and storage of an SMD (surface mounted device) material tray of an electronic manufacturing enterprise are usually carried out manually, and the problems of low efficiency, high error rate and the like exist. Therefore, aiming at devices required in the bar code scanning and storage processes of the SMD material tray, a matched device suitable for automatic and intelligent management is developed and designed.

the invention relates to an SMD (surface mounted device) material wire rod code scanning and automatic grabbing device which comprises a material disc supporting seat, a material disc jacking mechanism, a material disc code reading intelligent camera and a material disc grabbing robot, wherein the material disc supporting seat is arranged on the material disc jacking mechanism; the tray jacking mechanism is arranged on one side of the tray supporting seat; the tray jacking mechanism comprises a supporting arm which moves up and down, and the front end of the supporting arm extends to the upper part of the tray supporting seat; the intelligent charging tray code reading camera is arranged right above the charging tray supporting seat; the tray grabbing robot is located above the jacking mechanism.
Further, a guide rod extending vertically upwards is arranged in the center of the tray supporting seat.
Further, a cylinder is arranged below the tray supporting seat, and a piston rod of the cylinder upwards penetrates through the upper surface of the tray supporting seat and then upwards jacks up the SMD tray placed on the tray supporting seat.
Further, the tray jacking mechanism further comprises a supporting vertical plate, a driving motor and a screw rod, wherein the screw rod is arranged on one side of the supporting vertical plate along the vertical direction, and an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the screw rod through a belt to drive the screw rod to rotate; the support arm is installed on the lead screw through the installation piece, threaded connection between installation piece and the lead screw.
Further, bearings and bearing seats are provided at the upper and lower ends of the screw shaft to rotatably mount the screw shaft on the support riser.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples, which are not intended to limit the invention, so that those skilled in the art may better understand the invention and practice it.
As shown in fig. 1, the invention relates to an SMD material disc bar code scanning and automatic grabbing device, which comprises a material disc supporting seat 1, a material disc lifting mechanism 2, a material disc bar code reading intelligent camera 3 and a material disc grabbing robot 4. The tray jacking mechanism 2 is arranged on one side of the tray supporting seat 1 and is used for jacking, carrying and moving the SMD tray placed on the tray supporting seat 1 upwards. The tray lifting mechanism 2 comprises a supporting arm 20 which moves up and down, and the front end of the supporting arm 20 extends to the upper part of the tray supporting seat 1 and is used for supporting the bottom of the SMD tray. The tray bar code reading intelligent camera 3 is arranged right above the tray supporting seat 1 and used for scanning bar codes on the SMD tray so as to obtain bar code information and transmit the bar code information to the WMS management system. The tray grabbing robot 4 is located above the jacking mechanism and is used for automatically grabbing the SMD trays after the stacking from the tray supporting seat 1 to the storage position.
In the present embodiment, a guide bar 10 extending vertically upward is provided at the center of the tray support 1, and the smd tray is overlapped and fitted on the guide bar 10.
An air cylinder 11 is arranged below the tray supporting seat 1, and a piston rod of the air cylinder 11 upwards penetrates through the upper surface of the tray supporting seat 1 and then upwards jacks up the SMD tray placed on the tray supporting seat 1, so that the supporting arm 20 supports from the bottom of the SMD tray.
The tray jacking mechanism 2 further comprises a supporting vertical plate 21, a driving motor and a screw rod 22, wherein the screw rod 22 is arranged on one side of the supporting vertical plate 21 along the vertical direction, and an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the screw rod 22 through a belt 23 so as to drive the screw rod 22 to rotate. The support arm 20 is mounted on the lead screw 22 by a mounting block 24, and the mounting block 24 is in threaded connection with the lead screw 22.
Bearings and bearing seats are provided at upper and lower ends of the screw 22 to rotatably mount the screw 22 on the support riser 21.
A pair of guide rails 25 are provided on the support riser 21 in the vertical direction, the pair of guide rails 25 are located on both sides of the screw 22, and the mounting block 24 is slidably connected with the guide rails 25.
In this embodiment, the support arm 20 is U-shaped.
When the device works, the driving motor drives the screw rod 22 to rotate, so that the mounting block 24 is driven to slide up and down along the guide rail 25, so that the supporting arm 20 is lifted upwards to adjust the position of the SMD material tray, for example, the uppermost SMD material tray is lifted upwards to be at the highest position so as to facilitate bar code scanning.
In the present embodiment, the tray gripping robot 4 includes a robot arm 41, a gripping head 42, and a pneumatic device 43, the gripping head 42 is provided at the lower portion of the outer end of the robot arm 41, and the pneumatic device 43 is pneumatically connected to the gripping head 42. When gripping, the gripping head 42 is inserted into the hole in the middle of the SMD tray, and the pneumatic device 43 expands the gripping head 42, i.e., outwardly, to tightly fit between the gripping head 42 and the SMD tray, thereby gripping and transferring it to a designated storage position.
The SMD material disc bar code scanning and automatic grabbing device is used for the bar code scanning management and storage process of the SMD material disc, and can provide automation and intelligent level in the scanning and storage process.

a guide rod extending upwards and vertically is arranged in the center of the tray supporting seat;
a cylinder is arranged below the tray supporting seat, and a piston rod of the cylinder upwards penetrates through the upper surface of the tray supporting seat and then upwards jacks up the SMD tray placed on the tray supporting seat;
the material tray jacking mechanism further comprises a supporting vertical plate, a driving motor and a screw rod, wherein the screw rod is arranged on one side of the supporting vertical plate along the vertical direction, and an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the screw rod through a belt so as to drive the screw rod to rotate; the support arm is installed on the lead screw through the installation block, the installation block with threaded connection between the lead screw.
2. The SMD wire rod code scanning and auto-grabbing device of claim 1, wherein: bearings and bearing seats are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the screw rod so as to rotatably mount the screw rod on the supporting vertical plate.

The SMD wire rod code scanning and auto-grabbing device of claim 2, wherein: the support vertical plate is provided with a pair of guide rails along the vertical direction, the pair of guide rails are positioned on two sides of the screw rod, and the installation block is in sliding connection with the guide rails.
