When the blind passengers enter a train carriage, the server receives data of a train passenger information system PIS and other vehicle-mounted systems and transmits the data to second type Bluetooth beacons at all positions of the train through second type Bluetooth gateways, the intelligent blind stick starts navigation and positioning in the coverage range of the second type Bluetooth beacons in the train, static position information and train dynamic information are broadcasted through voice, and the blind passengers can independently move in the carriage.
When the train arrives at the station, the blind passengers walk out of the train compartment under the guidance of the intelligent blind stick and get off the train to enter a target position (namely a destination platform) according to voice prompt. The intelligent blind stick is automatically added into the Bluetooth network in the destination platform for communication, the blind passenger can arrive at the service platform in the destination platform and return the intelligent blind stick according to the prompt of the intelligent blind stick, and the navigation is finished.
The intelligent tactile stick in the embodiment of the invention mainly provides real-time position information, provides walking voice navigation service under the support of software, and can realize the functions of inputting a target position by voice and the like by pressing a voice input button when the intelligent tactile stick is started. Under the cooperation of system software, the intelligent blind stick can also provide services such as voice, short messages, road condition and traffic information receiving, weather forecast, emergency call for help and the like.
Furthermore, when the blind passengers use the intelligent blind stick, the blind passengers can normally walk according to behavior habits, the intelligent blind stick also comprises a voice broadcast speed adjusting module and an intelligent blind stick movement speed detecting module, the intelligent blind stick movement speed detecting module can be controlled by a processor to detect the walking speed of the blind passengers, the voice broadcast speed adjusting module is controlled according to the walking speed to adjust the playing speed of the voice module, and the playing speed of the prompt voice is intelligently adjusted, namely when the walking speed of the blind passengers is higher, the repeated prompt voice can be automatically ignored; when the blind passenger walks at a slow speed, the previous prompt voice can be played again; meanwhile, the prompt voice can realize the switching of prompt voices of different languages such as Chinese, English and the like.
When the blind passenger approaches fixed facilities and mobile equipment in or at a station (such as a waiting room/waiting area, a platform, a train door, a toilet door, a hot water room, a hand washing pool and the like), the intelligent blind stick can automatically give out voice prompt.
If the blind passenger has a question about the current position in the traveling process, the intelligent blind stick can send out voice to inform current position information by pressing a real-time position button, wherein the position information comprises the current position, nearby facility equipment and the like.
If the blind passenger has the desired target position, the blind passenger can press the voice input button, and the intelligent blind stick can guide the blind passenger to reach the target position through voice input of the target position.
The input module can also comprise a train number information button, at the moment, if the blind passenger wants to know the train number information in the platform or the carriage, the blind passenger presses the train number information button, and the voice module in the intelligent blind stick sends out voice to inform the arrival and departure time of the train, the speed per hour of the train and the train number information, and sends out voice together to inform the weather condition of the current time and the target position.

The railway blind guidance system of claim 1 wherein the spacing between each two of the first type bluetooth beacons in the plurality of first type bluetooth beacons is within a first predetermined range; the distance between every two second-class Bluetooth beacons in the second-class Bluetooth beacons is within the first preset range.
