The system of claim 1, wherein the portable voice blind guide apparatus comprises: the system comprises an information processing control unit, a positioning unit, a route determining unit, a first voice synthesizing unit, a traffic position determining unit, a detecting unit and a second voice synthesizing unit; wherein,
the information processing control unit is used for receiving an external voice command, wherein the voice command comprises a destination which a user wants to reach currently, identifying the destination which the user wants to reach currently according to the voice command, and sending identified destination information to the route determining unit;
the positioning unit is used for positioning the current position of the user, sending the positioned current position information to the route determining unit, guiding the user to go to the traffic position after receiving the traffic position information sent by the traffic position determining unit, and sending a detection notice to the detection unit when recognizing that the user arrives at the traffic position;
the route determining unit is used for determining various kinds of traffic route information reaching the destination from the current position according to the received destination information and the current position information;
the first voice synthesis unit is used for providing various traffic route information determined by the route determination unit to a user through voice;
the traffic position determining unit is used for determining a traffic position closest to the current position in the traffic route information according to the traffic route information selected by the user and sending the traffic position information to the positioning unit;
the detection unit is used for detecting the guide information storage device after receiving the detection notice sent by the positioning unit, reading various traffic information of the riding vehicles stored in the detected guide information storage device when the guide information storage device is detected, and sending the read various traffic information to the second voice synthesis unit;
the second voice synthesis unit is used for providing the received various traffic information to the user through voice.

the traffic position determining unit determines the traffic position closest to the current position in the route according to the route selected by the user, and sends the traffic position information to the positioning unit.
