The second reset spring 405 fixes the sliding control switch knob 407 at a rotating position, so that the seat cushion is convenient to adjust and move, after the adjustment is completed, the sliding control switch knob 407 is pulled out, and the pin head is popped up under the action of the third reset spring 411 to realize the positioning of the seat cushion.
The sliding control switch knob 407 is an unlocking switch for forward pushing of the cushion assembly, and the stay wire in the stay wire track 409 is pulled by rotation of the sliding control switch knob 407 to drive the pin head to stretch inwards against the force of the third reset spring 411, so that the pin head leaves a positioning groove at a fixed position on the pushing track 204, and the forward pushing position lock of the cushion is unlocked.
The transfer device has a simple structure, is used for transferring the inconvenient person, can conveniently transfer the inconvenient person from one position to another position, does not need to take effort to support the patient for turning around and transfer the patient, saves time and labor during use, has good comfort for the patient in the whole process, and has stronger practicability and better application prospect.

Claims (16)

1. The transfer device is characterized in that: the seat cushion assembly is connected with a lifting mechanism capable of controlling lifting of the seat cushion assembly, and the seat cushion assembly can be pushed out or pulled back along a pushing track arranged below the seat cushion assembly; the chair back assembly comprises a chair back framework and a chair back supporting surface connected to the chair back framework, a headrest support is connected above the chair back framework, and a headrest is connected to the headrest support; the chair back framework comprises a main core framework and a supporting framework supported at the rear of the main core framework, the main core framework comprises main side frameworks which are symmetrically arranged at intervals on two sides and transverse frameworks which are connected between the main side frameworks, and the supporting framework comprises supporting side frameworks which are symmetrically arranged at intervals on two sides and transverse pushing rods which are connected between the supporting side frameworks; the cushion assembly comprises a cushion body and side cushions connected to two sides of the cushion body, a cushion framework is arranged below the cushion body, a pushing track fixedly arranged on a connecting support is arranged below the cushion framework, and the cushion assembly can slide along the pushing track; the upper section of the main side framework is of a forwardly-protruding arch structure, and the upper section of the supporting side framework is of an arch structure with the direction opposite to that of the protruding main side framework; the headrest support extends from top to bottom along the arch-shaped surface of the main side framework in a fitting way.
2. The transfer device of claim 1, wherein: the upper end of the main side skeleton is provided with a handle connecting rod which is formed by extending backwards and is used for installing a handle.

A transfer device according to claim 2, wherein: the headrest support is of a U-shaped structure, one end of an opening of the U-shaped structure is connected to the transverse framework, the other end of the opening of the U-shaped structure extends from top to bottom along the arch-shaped surface of the main side framework in a fitting mode, and the headrest is detachably sleeved on the headrest support.

The transfer device of claim 1, wherein: the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting main cylinder and a control connecting rod for driving the piston top rod end of the lifting main cylinder to move upwards, and the extending end of the piston top rod of the lifting main cylinder is connected to the connecting support.

The transfer device of claim 4, wherein: the lifting mechanism is further provided with a lifting auxiliary cylinder, the control connecting rod is connected to the piston rod end of the lifting auxiliary cylinder, and the lifting auxiliary cylinder is connected to the lifting main cylinder through an oil outlet pipe.

The transfer device of claim 1, wherein: the movable base comprises two base bodies which are arranged at intervals in parallel, an extension base capable of sliding and stretching along the base bodies is connected in the base bodies, a main travelling wheel is connected to the rear of the base bodies, and an auxiliary travelling wheel is arranged at the front end of the extension base.
7. The transfer device of claim 6, wherein: the rear end of the base body is provided with an arc pedal bracket.

The transfer device of claim 7, wherein: the two base bodies are connected through a connecting assembly, the connecting assembly comprises a main supporting plate and side supporting plates arranged on two sides of the main supporting plate, and two sides of the side supporting plates are respectively hinged to the base bodies and the main supporting plates.
9. The transfer device of claim 8, wherein: the base body is provided with a mounting groove connected with the side support plate at the upper outer side edge, and a hinge shaft connected with the side support plate is arranged in the mounting groove.
10. Transfer device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that: the cushion assembly is connected with the chair back assembly through a connection control mechanism.

The transfer device of claim 10, wherein: the connecting control mechanism comprises a cushion fixing plate connected below the cushion assembly and a seat back fixing plate connected at the lower end of the seat back assembly, mounting holes which correspondingly penetrate through a connecting shaft are formed in the cushion fixing plate and the seat back fixing plate, and a first reset spring is arranged on the connecting shaft.

The transfer device of claim 11, wherein: the seat cushion fixing plate is provided with a positioning hole, the seat cushion positioning pin is inserted into a positioning groove arranged on the pushing track through the positioning hole, and two ends of the seat cushion positioning pin are of telescopic pin head structures.
13. The transfer device of claim 12, wherein: one side of the cushion assembly is provided with a sliding control switch for controlling the pin heads at two ends of the cushion positioning pin to stretch out and draw back.

The transfer device of claim 13, wherein: the sliding control switch comprises a sliding control switch body and a sliding control switch knob, wherein a reel wound with a pull wire is arranged on the sliding control switch body, a polygonal clamping groove is formed in one end of the reel, a clamping block which is clamped in the polygonal clamping groove in a matched mode is arranged at one end of the sliding control switch knob, and the pull wire is connected to the pin head respectively.
15. The transfer device of claim 14, wherein: and a third reset spring is arranged between the pin heads at the two ends.
16. The transfer device of claim 15, wherein: and a second reset spring is arranged on the sliding control switch knob.
